If Rockstar actually made this, then we can all bet it should be perfect…to its original form and playability.

If it remains its classic look and feel, it wont be 60fps. Too much game engine and physics changes. Forcing 60fps on pc version breaks the physics. Gunna have to be a mighty big upgrade but hopefully its a rockstar project and not an outside source porting it like with the ps3 san andreas

Maybe ill check it out. I do miss Jersey Devil. Even if they remaster Jersey Devil, it wont be the same…

A game that has dips from 60fps to mid 50s should have a perfect 60fps now as 55fps to a solid 60fps is easier to do than 50fps to 55fps. So games that have small random dips off 60fps should be perfect 60 now but also a game update would of done the same thing but costs devs more time to still dial in a game years after launch. Devs would rather spend that time on a new project. Im a PS guy since 1995 but if Xbox can optimize their console better it would be a game changing console compared to the PS5 but its Microsoft so i doubt they will

I think they have been on edge ever since the psn attacks 10 years ago. I applaud Sony for trying its best not to have data breached. That site could have been a wolf dressed like a sheep

Yes its plays very well on PS5, i wish their was more npcs though like the xsx. But it plays pretty flawless for frame rate on ps5. May wait for ps5 version to play again

So it never had it while actively racing? Was it always just during certain parts?

Well.... same for Microsoft. Did they even release a game they announced in the last 2 years?? Just proving a point. At least sony shipped at least 5 first party games so far on ps5. Damn probably at least 10 games to this point

Most of the times delays are good. In Sony's case, a delay on their IPs is always a good delay. Unlike CD Projekt Red.
I want to play the game badly, but as a current supporting industry dev.

They feel they need a delay, so its best for them and us to have a delay

Ps2 didnt reach that number until the end of its life cycle. Im confident the ps4 will surpass the ps2 in total sales. Even more so with the scalping issue and component crisis. In my area every store is well stocked on ps4s. Only 8 years in the lifecycle. It will go till 2025 at least on smaller 3rd party and sports games.
They hit a home run with the ps2, did the same with the ps4. Ps3 had too many wrongs from the start and even up to the end. As a dev we couldnt wait to throw our dev units away lol.

I actually still have my PS3 Tool on my shelf and a couple unfinished games on disc. Actually still unannounced games. Maybe ill post them up one day...

I played through the last Grid. I hope it gets back to be like Race Driver Grid but probably not. It was the only game i knew of at the time that wen you set your audio name to dude. The crew chief and the lady in the menu would call you dude. Turn on the game "welcome back dude"

I really cant wait for GT7. GT games always pushed the features of playstation consoles. Even features that no one ever used. Like gt4 epson printer features, gt5 and gtpsp car trading and linking and gt6 real world data logging with nissan cars. Cant wait to feel haptics on GT7

Its truly amazing. Looks amazing, no load times. Alot better than other games you guys gave 10s to imo.

I dont trust review sites anymore that gave TLOU Part 2 a 10 anyway, like you Push Square. But im not against you guys making money...

Yep thats how it works and should work. If Xbox had good exclusives, i would buy an Xbox. Simple as that, i dont care for console wars yet it does help push the tech. If i gotta buy 3 consoles again like i did in 2001 with Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube, thats fine. Good games sell consoles.
Now if its 1 or 2 Xbox games i want to play, im sure it will play on my gaming PC just as good.
If Xbox wants console sales they need to have console exclusives. Its been simple logic for Sony since 1995. If i wanna play a Playstation game, gotta buy a Playstation.

To be fair, bethesda was always dos and microsoft and then xbox. Thats why elderscroll 4 and fallout 3 were the first ones to Sony consoles.

Now ID did Doom and Wolfenstien and they were ported alot after floppy release on pc until bethesda took them over

@FatalBubbles Ive been playing it since Saturday night, no issues whatsoever I had a couple issues when on ps5 remote play from another room with my ps4 in it.

I did notice on some games like rift apart, you cant view patch notes on console. Just thought id throw that out there, maybe im looking wrong. Lol

Ive learned this from other games with similar upgrades. I always go for health first, i can always somehow skeet my way through a section with just a tad bit more health. My 25 years of hammering through Doom really pays off in these types of games. Run and gun and keep running lol

@Kang81 Well this happens every console generation. Im sure Motorstorm and ratchet and clank future would have played good on PS2. Now Gran Turismo 3 on PS1, ehh would have been too many trade offs. And Mario 64 on SNES? Haha....no

@fR_eeBritney listening to the latest ratchet and clank digital foundry video, talking with the dev. I believe when they say they tried to run it on ps4 and it just couldnt do it on a disk hard drive. All others are bs, im sure there was work arounds to get rift apart to run on ps4 but i agree it would have been to choppy and slow between worlds and areas.

I got bored with Godfall pretty quick. Didnt the devs say Godfall wasnt possible on ps4 also? Or something about why it wont be on ps4

When did GTA5 launch on PC again? More than just Sony. Its strategy

I got platinum on Astro's Playroom the first week of launch. Im thinking of playing through it again as my brain is starting to forget it.

My only thing is that you can only have 1 save file and it took me what felt like forever to get all the pieces of the mural and artififacts. So like i dont want to start it over. I guess i can make another system user. I always forget about that

Gta 4 is still my favorite. Im forced to play it on pc with mods and 60fps, 360 version can play on X at 60fps i think but still the city is aged and not much to do other than missions and taking Roman out bowling.
A full remaster with strangers and freaks side missions would be amazing. I still had alot of fun on gta 4 online. Once gta 5 online came out i was well into my 20s and tired of online play. As im a 90s kid

Which one is the upgrade? The one thats looks like 360 graphics or the one that looks like 2010 pc graphics? Still awful looking, they should of just added the original games to ea play, or ps now.

It wont come to series X i bet. Not enough dev time with the new xbox consoles.

I use the game cards all the time, its just so quick. Go from red dead 2 to astros playroom into the level i want instantly. And then jump into my current spiderman mission instantly. I love it. Never did the game help but telling me the mission takes 10mins is a good feature of it also

Figures, i just bought Grid ultimate the other week at whatever it cost. Im at the point soon that if i want to spontaneously play a game, i better wait for it to be on sale.
