As we reported previously, your progress in The Finals and Genshin Impact will transfer to the PS5 once their servers are disabled, so you’ll be able to continue your progress there.
The same is true of Tower of Fantasy, although while the game will be delisted in early April, you’ll have until 20th October to transition to PS5. In-game purchases will be disabled in September.
Firewall Ultra was hastily yanked off the PS Store without any prior notice on 17th March. Sony has since confirmed that its online services will be disabled on 17th September.
King of Meat’s short-lived lifespan will come to an end on 9th April, although all in-game purchases will be refunded, considering the game is only six or so months old.
The same won’t be true for Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt, which has been around a bit longer. Its servers will be disabled and it’ll be completely taken offline from 28th April.
Granblue: Fantasy Versus will still remain playable in various offline modes after its online services are downscaled on 20th April, but just be aware that certain Trophies will no longer be unlockable. Its updated re-release Granblue: Fantasy Versus Rising will be unaffected.
Which perhaps brings us to the most notable delisting during this period: Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection. This compilation will be removed from the PS Store entirely from 1st April for licensing reasons.
If you already own the game – and it’s been on sale recently – then it’ll remain available in your library. Physical versions also exist, but expect their prices to rise significantly as this bundle gets scarcer.

I promise, no Marathon jokes here.
Rest in peace, 2k24, you will be missed.
Nothing whatsoever in that list to be disappointed about.
I thought genshin impact was popular? Obvs not then
@GamingGod it’s only the ps4 version disappearing, from now on Genshin Impact will only support the ps5 version
It's crazy those 2k games essentially stop working after like 2 years or so absolutely wild
@GamingGod reading the article might help understand why it’s being delisted!
@GamingGod totes obvs, m8
@GamingGod If only the article explained things, then you might not have had to post that silly statement.
I can see why Genshin shuts down due to unpopularity, but shutting down The Finals is beyond my comprehension.
@Czar_Khastik lol what world and if u read the article it only ps4 versions of the games
@dskatter not sure there was any need for that. Currently doing housework making lunches annd juggling kids. (Not literally) Only went out for a vape and read the headline. My bad I guess 🫡
Gotta make sure I grab that Jurassic Park collection before it gets delisted.
@naruball If you don’t prep, you’re basically setting yourself up to flop, deadass no cap.
I know low-key sus when I see it - skibidi.
That’s fr fr how it goes, on god, fam, as we bussin, cuz.
I put that on err'thang, fam, an' that's on sight - lock in.
Planning ahead?
6–7 behavior.
Had no idea Granblue was being delisted. Makes sense considering Rising is basically the replacement for it, but I'm pretty sure it's single player mode was unique still. Oh well, at least I got it for free on PS Plus so I'm in the clear
@RiotShieldsHurt word
I don't see why the finals and genshin online services for ps4 are being disabled. Is that the devs/publishers doing or Sony? It's not like those games are being disabled for lower end pcs.
@VeganH They are increasing the minimum PC requirements though. You need a slightly larger toaster to run it. https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/m/en/news/detail/158502
Please keep these monthly lists coming. This is great stuff! I would have been gutted if I had not bought the Jurassic Park Collection!
PS4 is finally riding into the sunset, not sure if I should be sad or happy its finally hapenning.
@Max_the_German
At least for now, right?
Major? Okiedokies 😉
So if you buy the physical version of jurrasic park would that be worth some money as I presume theyll be making no more copies
@Boomers-r-us Dunno if you're being sarcastic or not, but I couldn't care less about a single one of those garbage games being delisted.
@Czar_Khastik damn Caesar, did you read the article? The reason they shut down The Finals is because they’re in The Midterms, duh!
@RiotShieldsHurt bro you may want to seek medical help for what you are experiencing! In the medical field I believe that’s referred to as having a stroke. That nonsense word salad is a sure sign. If by some miracle you are not having a stroke , then for the love of all that Is holy speak some form of English.
@RiotShieldsHurt My mate from Brooklyn would love you 😉
I thought Granblue Rising was a sequel not a rerelease.
More people play on PS4 than PS5 and shutting it down on PS4 isnt going to make them switch if they dont want a PS5 due to the lack of games. You just lose another fan and on top PS plus thats not worth the cost but you had plenty who wouldve kept it if you didnt stop support. This is their fault thinking it will drive up sales when it will do the opposite and push more and more to steam.
Other then the Jurassic Park/World collection which I have in my Switch wishlist, not that interested but I might take a look if I care enough, I got Star Trek Prodigy's delisted game cheap before it went just encase I wanted to check it out.
I didn't care for the discount last time the Jurassic Park/World collection, the rest are sports/gacha or live service moving to PS5 or just delisting sports games because of course they do that.
Nothing really being missed here.
Yet another prime example, of people only reading the headlines...
Yikes, why would anyone give 2K money for their WWE games if they test consumers like that?
Dragon age inquisition is in my backlog. What does update mean for the game? I am not fussed if it doesn't prevent single player completion but just concerned it is something I need to do?
"Dragon Age: Inquisition (PS3): 28th April (Online Services Disabled)"
Does this mean the PS4 version is still up?
@CielloArc The end of PS4? No, just some online services going (including some PS5 ones) and Genshin Impact being PS5 only. Probably had trouble getting that heap of unoptimised tosh to run on the old stager. I tried it on the PS4 Pro - no way such a graphically limited game as that should ramp the fans up so much.
