It would be better if Xbox just became a game publisher and put their funds towards that. No use in having a console war. It pushes tech but full of cons everywhere else.

@Member_the_game Even if there is a sale with 5 days left on your subscription you can still buy the sale price. It will just add it on so you would have 1 year and 5 days left at that time. You can buy as many subscriptions as you want at anytime. It just pushes the renewal out.

@get2sammyb Its safe to assume there will be Switch 2 updates for current switch games since it has near fully BC. Cant wait for the endless posts about which switch games get switch 2 updates. Tbh i cant wait for Pokemon SV switch 2 update assuming there will be one.

@LifeGirl Kinda doubt it, GTA 5 released in 2013. It would launch on ps5 and have an updated release for ps6. Easy money, gta 5 is still on high on the weekly sales list

@OldGamer999 Yes, smooth gameplay over graphics anyday. Some games i switch over when doing photo modes and when bored. But playing im always at the best fps. Like gt7 with vrr its around 120fps

So we “no longer have to choose between performance and fidelity”. But now i see a choice i cant decide on, weeks before i get my Pro. Modern games take too much thought on settings rather than just slapping in the cartridge and playing.

@Futureshark even the B4 Oled has 4 hdmi 2.1 ports. You probably need to enable it on your ps5 but then again it should automatically be turned on

Ill definitely be buying it but i know better with Ubisoft games. Ill wait till around Christmas when i have time to play also. And usually the Ubisoft games are decent 3-4 months after release. And i can get it on sale usually.

Idk but on Spyro 3 Hunter tells you to press the ex button. Many games on ps1 and ps2 told you to press the ex button. Now i call the square button the box button because some ps1 games called it the box button. They cant change these button names after 30 years.

Ill pick it up at Christmas time to play, by then im sure the game will blow me away. Only games worth getting day 1 or early is Rockstar or Playstation Studios. These AAA multi-plat games have had bad launches for over 10 years. They dont live up to the hype day 1. Ive been playing Astro Bot, i agree with Mark Cerny. Now this is a game

@Jrs1 Shift 2 is the best for feeling like you are in a race. Sony failed evolution studios. After seeing some talks with the devs and creative directors who went to codemasters and slightly mad afterwards. Sony wanted an online club type game and pushed a team with experience on that scale. Looking back at driveclub, if anything stands out which is rare 10 or so years later. It is still among the best in visual and content and pure driving fun on ps4 launch edition specs. Never had a pro update.

Im at work but Amazon says mine was delivered today. Kinds weird how they usually ship games a day or 2 early when you live in the middle of nowhere. I guess it’s just to assure its delivery at launch. Probably cant play it till Saturday anyway. I got GTA 5 a day early back in 2013. Now that was awesome. This is just meh

Wanted to get it but after seeing all these early access gameplay videos, the game is a huge let down. Not even talking about reviews or bugs. Things that probably cant be patched in at this point. They had the greatest opportunity to make the first open world Star Wars game a very special game. They just missed it. Obviously the devs didnt put the care into the game as DICE did, Gameplay and bugs aside.

@AdamNovice Short season, only play the rivals once a season. Rotate every year from home and away. One loss can destroy the season. Not to bad in the first couple games as it can be recovered but most big college teams play small local colleges for the first 3 games. Now college players are paid couple years back all the excitement came from the players working their draft stock for the nfl. @playstation1995 You are right. Star Wars in the name it will sell out. The last EA Jedi game was literally broken and still sold very well at launch.

It will most likely be broke at launch and need at least 3 updates to be tolerable. Better off putting funds into pre release game testing then day 1 marketing.

Oh yea. Back maybe 10 years ago now when they started the fighting aspect of the game they had the Fight Night boxing team create that part. Easy way to take out some sports anger. Other than racing sports games just dont have it. Would love MLB the show to have a mortal kombat mode with the baseball bat or moto gp games to go full out Road Rash

@nessisonett Yea i gave up on their emulation years ago. I have my old consoles still hooked up and play them more than the ps5 still. Even with the glitches and the way the new ps2 classic games run on ps5. You’re better off just playing them on native hardware as they were pretty perfected on release or just pick up a Greatest Hits copy as they were like the patched versions.

Thats good. I dont need to know anytime soon. Best bet their new game will cause me a long while of frustration and then happy tears once i finally beat it. So they can take their time. Allow me to stock up some used controllers lol

Im sure it was developed for the next switch console. It may work for the current switch but the devs wouldnt pour it all into nintendo if they didnt have machine to handle it. With the rumors being the next switch is comparable to the ps4 makes alot of sense and i hope the next switch sees a ton of playstation games. Why would sony make a new handheld hardware when they could just partner with nintendo in any form…
