I finished Little Nightmares on steamdeck few days ago. Right after that I started first Hellblade game and will continue playing this on steamdeck- actually giving it 2nd try now, tried it first time few years back on PC but put it down for another game as I usually do. But now I'll try to finish it as I really like it and it's quite short game.
Apart from that, it's Valentine day so this evening will spend with my wife, probably watching some romantic as per her preference, drinking some wine...
Happy Valentine day and happy gaming, all!
Edit: tried demo for Darwin's Paradox and it's super fun, on my wishlist now.
Slowly progressing through Little Nightmares and RE Revelations on steamdeck. Currently hard to find more time for ps5 gameplay, but I hope this will improve until RE Requiem is out.
Today also looking forward to watching LFC vs Man City, hopefully with some good result for LFC.
On ps5 nothing personally, but downloaded My first GT demo for my kids who played also little bit of Astrobot.
When I have time, I'm playing on steamdeck mostly. Finished Journey during the week, just 2 hrs long but what an experience. I'll continue playing Little Nightmares and RE Revelations.
My ps5 will rest probably until RE Requiem so mainly playing on steamdeck when I have a time. Currently prefering short experiences like Journey, Little Nightmares DE, RE Revelations, mixing up with Balatro.
Looking forward to PL today ARS vs ManU, some NHL this evening too.
I dropped Spiderman Remastered few days ago after 2nd act, just lost interest to continue playing it (really showed SM is not my favorite superhero, prefer Batman or Wolverine in this regard). On PS5 I'll probably wait for my biggest game of the year - RE Requiem. Until then, I'll be testing my steamdeck oled - already downloaded 10 or so games, so far everything works fine, great ergonomics just as they say, oled screen is the highlight here for sure.
The one I do every year is to work on my backlog of ps4 and ps5 games plus this year plan to work also on my steam backlog via steamdeck. However, I'd like to try more games and if they don't click with me then put them down with no remorse like I used to do because of feeling I need to finish all games I start. This will take some time to adapt to a new mindset, but will try hard working on that.
From the older games I don't have yet but would like to definitely try is Cyberpunk 2077. And one from upcoming games I want to pick up is RE Requiem. Which leads me to 'buy less, play more what I already have' resolution.
To have some plans/resolutions is good imo, but also not forget to do what you feel is best at the moment so I have my plans but I'll be not strict about them at all
I'll continue playing Spiderman Remastered which is good but I'm not into SM universe so not sure if I also finish it. Also waiting for my late xmas gift (steamdeck oled) to play something from my steam library, it was a while since I sold my gaming PC so PC handheld is the best way for me to get back to my steam library so really excited how it works for me.
Tbh I'm not interested in ps6 at all. I plan to stick with ps5 as long as possible and considering how long ps4 is supported, ps5 is here to stay maybe for next 10 years under current circumstances. And I'm going to give a handheld gaming a try as my steam deck is on the way. If it works for me, I'll pick up ps6 handheld only...as RAM shortage will last several years, I'm covered HW-wise and can only spend money on games. But fore sure hopefully it will be resolved asap
I tried and dropped several games from my backlog recently, I just did not have fun playing them or maybe just picked wrong time for them. So I finally started Spiderman Remastered! was on my gaming plan for a long time, just in the beginning so too soon to judge but graphics are amazing.
Probably not much gaming this weekend but if I do then I´ll continue playing Tales of Arise.
Since I picked up few of my favorite movies on blu-ray discs, I´ll be watching and enjoying them along with some PL, NHL, F1 and also some online chess.
I´m happy with my PS5 and dualsense is definitely best PS controller so far. I wish we had more 1st party games by now, but it is as it is. BC is great, have still lot of PS4 games to play...and that´s also one of the reason I really don´t care about PS6 at all. PS5 will be supported definitely few years after PS6 launch and I believe it´ll be harder for Sony to make me buy PS6 any time soon (Bloodborne remake for PS6 only might change that...) and god knows what the prices will be in 2027-2028 so that´s another factor for me to stick with PS5 as long as it´s acceptable for me
Ragnarok was big letdown for me, I think the hype was too high in my head and trailers were great but when I played the game it just was not fun and was really glad when it was done. I love GoW2018 - I even came back earlier this year to this game and collected all the remaining trophies which I almost never do.
I also liked Tsushima but did not feel Yotei as day1 purchase. I planned to pick it up for X-mas but now I´m not sure...I think Sony has a sequel problem but it might be just me problem, hard to explain it. Does not mean I would not like to seeing Days Gone 2 or new Uncharted, but right now I would not bet at all they´ll be 100% bangers as everyone might expect
Yesterday I finished Uncharted 3 from Nathan Drake Collection as my nostalgia fix, reminds me how I love the series and hate QTE
Right after that I returned to Tales of Arise - actually giving it a second chance, dropped it first time after maybe 2h for something else. Hope this time it grabs me fully eventhough it´s not my cup of tea game, but I´d like to try something new.
For Black Friday sale I picked up It takes two for my kids and AC Origins for me - I´m not AC fan but Egypt is tempting and since it received 60fps patch few years back, I finally bought it and really looking forward to playing it any time soon. I have a huge backlog, but I don´t complain, I´m glad I have a great choice what to play next...
I´m interested as I have big steam library of games I´ve never touched while I had a PC few years back...actually I´m debating with myself if I could pick up steam deck to play games I have on steam, then this announcement came along and will take some time now, will check reviews and looking forward to revealing price...but this is in my opinion no threat to PS, possibly to next xbox.
I finished Last of Us Part2 remastered few days ago, did some runs in No return mode but this is not really my cup of tea. Last of Us part2 still masterpiece imho, love the gameplay and just hope we'll get part3 someday in the future.
On nostalgia train I installed Uncharted 3 remastered, not in mood for long games atm. And also trying The Witness, got reviewed 9/10 here on Push□ so let's see, long time did not play something like that.
My next BIG thing to play gotta be Ghost of Yotei but probably during Xmas holidays.
I´ll continue playing Last of Us Part2 Remastered this weekend. Also downloading games just to be prepared for whatever I´ll be in the mood after I finish Part2.
Will also check F1 GP, Grand Slam of darts, PL - definitely looking forward to ManCity vs LFC tomorrow.
I´ll be playing Last of Us Part 2 Remastered - actually returned back after few weeks because I just wasn´t in the right mood for this game, but now I´m ready. Not far in the game, playing Ellie day2 in Seattle...wondering about gameplay in Intergalactic too, really keen to watch some gameplay trailer finally.
I play horror games when I'm in the right mood for that. But last week I played Still Wakes the Deep and I plan to return to Last of Us Part2 Remastered, maybe not proper horror game but atmoshere is great.
I definitely want to watch some Halloween movies, Alien, The Thing...this is tradition for me
Last weekend I finished Mafia Old Country which I really liked. Gaming-wise I´m not usually keen to play something spooky/horror game around Halloween time, but this time I felt like I want to play something like that and picked up Still Wakes the Deep from current psn sale and already finished it during the week - short but great experience to be honest. As not-native speaker myself, english in this game was really painful for me, but apart from that I enjoyed this game a lot. really can´t remember when I played last time this kind of game /walking simulator kind of game/...in the same sale I also picked up Scorn to be on the spooky wave now so I´ll be trying this game out this weekend and possibly will start Spiderman Remastered too.
Yeah, hopefully some sport in TV as well. F1, darts, El Clásico tomorrow...let´s see.
@HaveTheSauce i bought RDR2 in the last sale in hope there will be an option to upgrade to ps5 version, but now when I´m thinking about that, it´s Rockstar so would be not surprised at all if there will be no option to upgrade, but that will be very anti-consumer for sure. I still believe they will provide upgrade path
I believe 2028 would be fine with me, but 2027 is just 7 year after ps5 came out which is standard let´s say. due to bloody covid and scalpers at the beginning of gen it looks like it´s really too soon for ps6. I agree that there are only few 1st party titles by Sony this gen, but overall this gen is full of great games, my backlog is only growing and there are still lot of ps4 games I´d like to play. yeah, MS will bring new gen probably by 2027 so Sony does not want to stay behind, but despite the fact Sony already won the console wars and getting xbox games day1 or some time later, looks like they want new HW probably with handheld out asap.
For me no rush for ps6! backlog is huge and looking back to ps5 and how long it took Sony to implement VRR or made available to extend ssd storage, I will definitely wait and see what Sony brings with ps6 and what exclusive games they offer at the beginning of new gen
I'm in no rush for ps6 atm because of my huge backlog of ps4 and ps5 games and ps handheld will not change it either. Most importantly, it will all depend on my financial situation around the time ps6 will launch. If I'll be good then I might buy ps6 day1 and pass ps5 to my sons into their room. My opinion would definitely change in case Bloodborne remake be exclusive to ps6 but don't think BB remake will happen anytime soon...
Last two weeks I´ve been playing God of War 2018 to get remaining trophies and happy that I got platinum trophy few days ago. I hate those with lot of collectibles, but thanks to youtube it´s doable. I definitely will not become trophy hunter but really proud I have for GoW and Bloodborne - my favorite ps4 games.
So now I´ll be playing Mafia Old Country...very tempted to buy Ghost of Yotei, but I guess I´ll keep that one for x-mas holidays.
After finishing Lies of P, really struggled to find the next game as usual when I finish souls-like game. So decided to go back to God of War 2018 and try to platinum it as there are only few trophies left and looks doable for me. Right now just 2 trophies left to get platinum trophy. GoW2018 is special for me, Ragnarok is a great game, but I had better time with 2018.
After that, Mafia Old Country awaits...later on planning to try Cronos New Dawn as I hear positive word from gamers.
very good for me. Saros, Wolverine, Crimson Desert, Nioh 3 all look great. Only letdown when they showed GoW gamepad and then I expected new GoW game (at least rumoured metroidvania one) will be shown to us, but no - that was mean Sony!
Ofc I wish more 1st party games, or proper showcase, but there is not enough to show I´m afraid (Bluepoint give me something already!), new IP from Cory would be also great...I hope Sony will bring something to Game Awards later this year...
I like SoP format, don´t think they have enough for proper showcase and I´m afraid showcases will be no more, just SoP´s. I´m fine with that if they show at least one new 1st party game per SoP.
I would personally love to see new God of War game, Saros, new IP by Cory Barlog and whatever Bluepoint cooking, but let´s see. hopefully it´ll be really good SoP for PS fans
Probably nothing as I need little break after beating Lies of P this week. Also, what a game it is - final chapter was absolutely fantastic!
I tried Hell is Us demo and think this game is my cup of tea, so looking forward to checking the reviews.
After finishing a souls(like) game always struggle to find the next game that will be able to grab me fully, so not sure now what to play next, but main candidates are Returnal, Rise of Ronin or Judgement, but also tempted to pick up Gears and Mafia Old Country
I'm currently through the last chapter in the fantastic Lies o P, but got stuck on boss fight last night and after that possibly the final boss waiting...I'm playing on easy and it was only until King of puppets boss fight, from there it's quite hard even on easy difficulty. Right now not sure if I buy DLC, probably not as I'm usually pretty exhausted after playing a souls(like) game
I'll continue playing Lies of P. It's really great game and can confirm it's the closest to Bloodborne as it gets. Also got platinum trophy in Astro's playroom - it's team work, I played it when I bought ps5, finished the game and i was done with it. but then my sons played it a lot and they got lot of trophies so it was tempting to grab few harder ones left. I'm no trophy hunter myself, but it feels great to get one. Now they play Astrobot so let's see how this turns out, but I'm sure this time it will be certainly much harder to platinum it.
Dissapointed LFC lost today, but that's sport, you can't always win everything.
Have a nice rest of a weekend and happy gaming, everyone!
I took few weeks off from gaming as I felt really not in the mood. Started several new games back then, but nothing really grabbed me. Now let´s see if it worked, yesterday started Lies of P so will be playing that. Looking forward to new Mafia game and also Gears of War Reloaded - hope it´s high quality remaster and definitely want to buy it in physical.
looking forward to this one, loved SH2 remake and hopefully they really raised their level of output from there onwards. I would really take Dead Space 2 remaster/remake, 1 was great
Still not really commited to any new game. I started TLoU Part 2 remastered as I planned to replay this ps5 version for some time. also installed Lies of P and Stellar Blade, but these will have to wait for now as I downloaded Khazan demo from ps store - heard good things about the game and just wanted to try. I also purchased Gris on sale, looks unique and short indie game - played about an hour and it´s really interesting puzzle game.
What a pity it's not 2025, but also not so far away. Prefer it's not open-world as it was rumoured, but I guess I'll buy day 1 anyway as I love this franchise
I think this SoP was very good, actually one of the best recently. Some updates, some release dates announced finally, few surprises, but overall I´m satisfied...my stoodouts:
Pragmata
Nioh 3
007 First Light (can not help but reminds me Uncharted)
I´m already sold on MGS3 and Ghost of Yotei, not really sure about Silent Hill F - will wait for the reviews and then decide, definitely loved SH2 remake but not in the mood for new SH any time soon
Looking forward to SGF and what Playstation will show us in there
Don't know what I'll be playing, honestly nothing I started recently was able to grab my attention to really stick with the game for any longer than 2-3 hours. In such case I usually start with some souls(like) game and problem solved so maybe time to start Lies of P or at least Stellar Blade, both in my backlog for some time and saving them for the situation like this.
I was waiting for Days of Play to renew my ps+ essential for another year, but what a letdown I can´t do it for better price. It´s really not a big deal in terms of actual money, but I´m dissapointed by how Sony "rewards" their long-time ps+ subscribers, shame on Sony! I´m really thinking not to renew and after long time cancel ps+ completely
My main issue with pro is that I already have OG ps5 with BR disc drive and I'm satisfied with it and surprisingly don't feel any fomo this time around. I'd only buy pro if my OG suddenly dies, but I hope it'll live until ps6 will launch. However I'm happy for those who picked up pro and are OK with the purchase, good for them.
Last week I finished Plague Tale Innocence on ps5 and was really having great time with this game. Already installed the sequel, but for now started Control which is in my backlog for years now. Rn downloading Mafia 2 DE - played Mafia 1 DE on PC some time ago and would like to play M2 before Old Country is out later this year. Atm I'm in the mood for some shorter singleplayer games, not every new game must be open world so glad new Mafia game is not like that and is priced accordingly.

very good for me.
Re: Rumoured PS5 Showcase Seems Set for Next Week
I like SoP format, don´t think they have enough for proper showcase and I´m afraid showcases will be no more, just SoP´s. I´m fine with that if they show at least one new 1st party game per SoP.
I would personally love to see new God of War game, Saros, new IP by Cory Barlog and whatever Bluepoint cooking, but let´s see. hopefully it´ll be really good SoP for PS fans
Re: What PS5 Games Have the Best Graphics?
My list will be as follows:
Honorable mention: Dead Space remake (love this game)
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 595
Have a nice weekend and happy gaming!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 594
Have a great weekend and happy gaming, everyone!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 593
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 592
Have a nice weekend and happy gaming, everyone!
Re: There's a Lot of Hype for PS5 Horror Cronos: The New Dawn
looking forward to this one, loved SH2 remake and hopefully they really raised their level of output from there onwards. I would really take Dead Space 2 remaster/remake, 1 was great
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 585
I'll continue playing Last of Us part2 remastered and also started Stellar Blade on PS5.
We have nice weather all weekend so I'm outside with kids and wife enjoying sun a little.
In TV, probably F1 and some darts.
Happy gaming, everyone!
Re: Stellar Blade Goes Nuclear on PC, Obliterates All Sony Single Player Records on Steam
I´m about to start this game on ps5 this weekend hopefully, also glad it´s successful on PC.
Off topic: I had almost 30gb update yesterday for Lies of P, do you know any details? I did not see any article here
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 584
Whatever you´re playing, have fun!
Re: Resident Evil Requiem Revealed, Out on 27th February 2026
FINALLY!
What a pity it's not 2025, but also not so far away. Prefer it's not open-world as it was rumoured, but I guess I'll buy day 1 anyway as I love this franchise
Re: Rumour: Red Dead Redemption 2 PS5 Version Is Real, Out This Year
60fps patch should be out the same time as for Red Dead 1...no excuses here, Rockstar!
Re: Poll: How Would You Rate State of Play for June 2025?
I think this SoP was very good, actually one of the best recently. Some updates, some release dates announced finally, few surprises, but overall I´m satisfied...my stoodouts:
I´m already sold on MGS3 and Ghost of Yotei, not really sure about Silent Hill F - will wait for the reviews and then decide, definitely loved SH2 remake but not in the mood for new SH any time soon
Looking forward to SGF and what Playstation will show us in there
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 583
Have a nice weekend and happy gaming, everyone!
Re: PS Plus Subscription Sale Takes 33% Off, But There's a Big Catch
I was waiting for Days of Play to renew my ps+ essential for another year, but what a letdown I can´t do it for better price. It´s really not a big deal in terms of actual money, but I´m dissapointed by how Sony "rewards" their long-time ps+ subscribers, shame on Sony! I´m really thinking not to renew and after long time cancel ps+ completely
Re: Talking Point: What Do You Think of the PS5 Pro, Six Months Later?
My main issue with pro is that I already have OG ps5 with BR disc drive and I'm satisfied with it and surprisingly don't feel any fomo this time around. I'd only buy pro if my OG suddenly dies, but I hope it'll live until ps6 will launch. However I'm happy for those who picked up pro and are OK with the purchase, good for them.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 580
Have a nice weekend and happy gaming, everyone!
