The spookiest time of the year is upon us, but does Halloween actually impact your gaming habits? It's something we've always wondered...
Of course, the PS5 is home to loads of really highly rated, horror-based games. The Resident Evil series will always be an option — a franchise packed with classics, many of which have been brilliantly remade.
But just this year alone, we've had the likes of Silent Hill F and Cronos: The New Dawn offering up especially scary excursions.
Even PS Plus has been pushing horror titles, with Alan Wake 2 being one of October's Essential additions, and Silent Hill 2 being available via PS Plus Extra. How very fitting.
Much like sitting down to watch a creepy movie or two when Halloween season rolls along, we do think it can be nice to get into the spirit of things with a suitable video game. But obviously, not everyone's a fan of horror to begin with.
So, we need to ask: do you actually end up playing horror games around Halloween? Or do your gaming habits simply stay the same as always? Vote in our polls, and then light some candles in comments section below.
