Pretty good show, nice reveals too. Geoff Keighley deserves all the praise for making it what it is. Naughty Dog deserved everything they got awarded to them for tLoU. Insanely good game.

I didn't even know you could cheat on console. I've seen it on PC where you can install stupid aimbots etc, didn't think it possible for console players.

@clvr bit of an odd comment, I have loads of games. Odd proposition that someone would stick to playing one or two games for years but hey. I'm not depending anyone, I just can't get my head around a crybaby attitude over something that a company is doing very well. It's an odd concept this, but you don't actually have to play it or spend your time seething. Move on.

I think a word or two is due about the sound of this game. Whether it's the procedural soundtrack that dips in and out on a Breath of the Wild-type basis, which is a key ingredient of many incidents and events in the game, the distant cry of some alien race that either puts wonder or dread in the players head or the sound of another ship (and possibly another human player) whooshing past/above you (particularly great with headphones on), both the sound design and soundtrack is top notch and quite important to the overall experience.

Love this, great interview! Although it's extremely cheeky of push square to ask him for an interview when there was literally not even one sentence mentioning either his music or even the game's sound design in the site's review (of a Star Wars game. Really?). Love to see more content like this, though!

In the meantime changing the output to -1 or -2 can be a decent short term fix for some, although you sacrifice true hdr for it

It's all marketing, and MS have the better gimmicky name. "Game Pass" sounds so much less boring than "Playstation Now/Plus" If the product is good enough you won't even need to have the word Playstation in there.

@Robinsad I agree, it's nothing to do with it. Stealth sections were decent, but that's subjective.

Never understood the complaints about that to be honest, it helped break the game up in a fresh way for me. A lot of it that I have seen basically boils down to "whY am i plAyiNg as A WOMAN it's an ageNDa it's supposed to be spiderMAN" etc etc.

1. Dualsense mic - talk to text, talk to friends etc.
2. New better, faster PS Store
3. Designed with 4k tvs in mind. Forward thinking - 4k adoption rate will be miles higher by the time most people have a PS5.
4. Trophy progression updates.
5. Main menu (finally) natively supports HDR straight out of the box
6. SPEED

Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, less than four quid for one of the best science fiction experiences money can buy. Astounding value.

I mean, a 6 out of ten still means it's a very good game. It's just... such a pointless venture when it's not even as fulfilling, diverse or fun as Battlefront 2's Starfighter Assault. Such an odd decision to go ahead with making it at all.

Well worth a measly £15-£20 for a 60fps spider man full game. Anyone who says otherwise is high.
