So what if there are microtransactions? CDPR are a great company who don't exactly rip you off, you get more money for your pound than most other games. Happy to support even more content if they do implement them, particularly as it increases the likelihood of Cyberpunk being a long term game.

I was thinking about heading back into Watch Dogs 2 for the hugely addictive player hacking mode again, unfortunately I've lost my disc so WD2 would be hugely appreciated! (and thus save me about eight quid)

Any word on the sound design, or soundtrack/ accompanying score if there is one? Particularly interested in sound design for psvr games as it's can be so much more important than regular games.

Games like this should stick to the Switch, but it's easily one of the best gaming experiences of the last few years. I'd be tempted to buy it for a second time just for the trophies.

The best way to do another one would be a 1970s adventure with Chloe Frazer's dad. He was a big adventurer/treasure hunter, Chloe alluded to a few of his adventures in Lost Legacy.

I still think it's mental that they gave away such a well developed, depth, lengthy, repeatable game away for free. It's arguably the one must have (I'd put it level with Astrobot or even higher for the diversity)

Nice review! But it's quite remiss to not even mention the score/soundtrack which is both incredible and an important part of the game. I'm not sure why game reviews consistently pay little to no attention to this important pillar of games.

@RainbowGazelle unfortunately, the reality is that most online games would simply either not exist or not be as good/stable. Cosmetics or similar things that don't enhance your chances of winning don't do any harm.

To be fair, sites like this (which I love, don't get me wrong) and others are important cogs in the hype machine for these events and help to ramp it up. It stands to reason that there will be people who read into it all that are left with a "meh" feeling afterwards.

@Alex_Bevan it does make commercial sense in every way. A six year old last gen game, but even so everyone (including me) would be celebrating it and increases goodwill and hype. It's a no brainer over the next few months.
