@HotGoomba I don’t buy the early build. It’s releasing in a few months. I saw a trailer for Ghost like 2 years ago and it looked incredible, like a small slice of the game you ended up with. Same thing with Uncharted 4 but that’s obviously not open world.

The art style is soooo good. Almost like a ps1 version of the Octopath engine. I don’t do Kickstarter but I’d definitely be down for this game.

They always used to pay homage to their own games - lots of sly references in second son. Still, this is a cool next step

I liked what they did with “modern day” stuff in Unity. That’s about it 😂

@GADG3Tx87 In my opinion, last of us 1 was a “pretty good game”, but I think last of us 2 is incredible, and that’s not joking.

@Akimi do you like souls games? Salt and Sanctuary feels like an amazing 2D Dark Souls type.

@ellsworth004 it’s the precursor to dark souls and some of the series traditions were created in this entry. Shares similarities for sure. I played it a long time ago.

Okay, so I read the actual quote in the article and I can see where that appears to be misleading. I still think they know what Microsoft has to offer and understands the blowback it would be if there are a lot of compatibility issues. I’m gonna wait for more info before passing judgement.

@roe how is it misleading? What do you mean by “they’re not testing 4000 titles”. That’s what it says in the direct quote

@AzlanWake13 it’s possible at launch and it’s possible next year. We don’t know. You’re saying it’s not possible but I literally just told you they launched a title on the PS4, and they’re also the Sony studio that has had the most time between games.

@AzlanWake13 I think Horizon is a real possibility. Guerilla games launched a game on PS4.

@ShogunRok it would be nice if we didn’t have to deal with the 1 hr restriction for a 100+ hour game 😂 but I get why they do it. We’ve used share play a bunch in the past for various reasons. We even co-op played salt and sanctuary which is traditionally only a local co-op game.

I’m literally into 65 hours of watching one of my best friends play Persona 5 Royal via share play 😂 it’s so fun watching him experience one of my favorite games for the first time

@suikoden playing remnant right now with a friend. Definitely easier than the souls games I’ve played, but I can see where it would be really challenging in solo play.

I’m definitely stoked that this is a sequel and not necessarily just a spin off. That sold me on the game. I love this cast!

Just started “Remnant: From the Ashes”. Hadn’t heard of it til Twitter this week, but it’s supposed to be a dark souls type that’s more of a co-op shooter. Fun so far playing with one other person.

@NathanUC I was really excited to play a new co-op game with my friend. MHW wasn’t it for us. Here’s what I thought:
A character that looked SO significantly worse than what I made in the creator
Awful, clunky controls (movement also felt really weird to me)
A story I didn’t care about
Characters I didn’t care about (especially considering I love cats and that whole palico thing was a good idea I thought)
Really awkward to join co-op
Unimpressive graphics/world

I understand others like it and it’s just my opinion. But the game turned me off so bad that someone would have to pay me to give the series another shot.

Monster Hunter World was probably the most disappointing game all gen. Gonna stay as far away as I can from the expansion.

God of War (2018) is my PS game of the decade 👌

This is one of the games that just didn’t resonate with me. I didn’t hate it, but I loathed it being near the top of every Top 30 best PS4 games you can play list that Push Square put out 😂

Sekiro was great but as I’m nearing the end of Death Stranding, that definitely should’ve won imo.
