Phew! Quality over quantity folks, and we do have a couple of interesting new PS5 games coming out this week.
Specifically, the latest game from Until Dawn dev Supermassive Games has caught our eye: the sci-fi space horror effort Directive 8020. Look out for a review of that soon.
We’re also all big fans of the PS1 from the 90s here, so how can we not mention Rugrats: Retro Rewind? Search for Reptar was iconic.

New PS5, PS4 Games This Week (11th-17th May)

- Call of the Elder Gods (12th May - PS5): "All is not well at Miskatonic University. - Outbound (14th May - PS5): "Explore a colorful world and build your own cozy home on wheels. Craft workstations, and source energy from the sun, wind, or water. Upgrade and customize your vehicle, grow crops, and live sustainably off-grid with up to 4 players.
- RoadOut (14th May - PS5): "RoadOut is a story-driven action RPG that combines twin stick action with rubber-burning driving mechanics. Explore a vast post-apocalyptic world in your car, then battle your way through puzzle-filled dungeons on foot."
- The Caribou Trail (14th May - PS5): "Far from home, Fisher leaves his quiet harbor town in Newfoundland to join the British war effort with his friends. They expect a short-lived adventure full of tales to bring back home."
- Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos Complete (15th May - PS5): "The land of Anthos was a peaceful and harmonious land watched over by the Harvest Goddess and the Harvest Sprites, who protected the inhabitants of Anthos from natural disasters such as storms, earthquakes, and the like."
- Rugrats: Retro Rewind (15th May - PS5): "Rugrats: Retro Rewind Collection is a compendium of six classic Rugrats titles featuring the iconic babies from the ’90s."
