Bugsnax put in an extremely welcome appearance during Sony's State of Play livestream, debuting a new slice of gameplay. Yes, we can finally see what Bugsnax actually plays like rather than just singing the theme song from Kero Kero Bonito to ourselves the entire time. Check it out above.
It looks like you'll be equipped with your own camera and traps to collect a variety of Bugsnax across the island. And it's all done with a pretty comedic tone. We love the look of this one and it's coming to PlayStation 5 at the same time the console launches. Perfect stuff.

Like Pokemon Snap more than some people saying it's an FPS. Definitely intriguing.
I don't want to be the negative Nelly, but I see zero appeal in the characters, music or gameplay. This is a talented company so maybe it will win me over in the end, but for now all I see worth salt on PS5 is Demons Souls and Ratchet.

Was a bit deflating for me. This was a maybe when it was announced but quickly off once they showed gameplay. I hope others find some fun in it though!
The reveal was charming enough, but I simply dont get the appeal....now, Spelunky 2 on the other hand.....

suprised that it's a first person game.
It looks great! I thought it would be in the third-person like Octodad, but this got me more hyped to try it out.
I had zero interest before, but now it actually got my interest.
I will keep an eye on it from now on.
This game reminds me so much of Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath!
It looks like a blend of Slime Rancher and Pokemon Snap. I'm in the camp that wasn't feeling the debut trailer, but I'm intrigued by the sense of community and exploration that seems to be at the heart of this. And there are fully voiced characters, which is a plus for me!
The game play doesn't look bad, but that theme song is like knifes in my ears.
This kinda reminds me of Slime Rancher.

Yeah, I thought of Slime Rancher, too. I like the end bit, the idea of big bugs is cool. Something like a boss bug, rather than just all small puzzles would definitely keep it stimulating.
