I'm very pro Sony but let's be real. They're not even giving free PS4 to PS5 upgrades on upcoming games. I really don't see them doing a remaster of the original Horizon for free.

My favorite announcement of the day and I'm so excited it's coming to PS5! I'll definitely get it on there. I loved this game so much, it's my favorite switch game.

This list felt pretty meh of me til it got to Trials of Mana. That’s one I’ve been waiting for a deep sale so I’ll definitely give that one a shot 😁

@Milktastrophe @This_Guy my progress didn’t seem to be reset on characters that are now locked. Maybe it was a glitch for certain players?

@Steve30000 it doesn’t work because it thinks my sub has expired. I tried doing that and thought it worked but I ended up getting charged full price for the game. I had to get a refund 😅

Really frustrated by it all

I have a really weird glitch that has happened to me recently. I upgraded to ps plus premium for 10 days (the amount of time left on my plan). I decided on day nine to downgrade to extra and made the change. My plan never renewed. I’ve been placed into some weird tier called ps plus gifting tier_30 7 days.

I can play ps plus extra games and can download more (maybe premium too, haven’t tried) but I can’t play or download essential games and my whole library of free games is unavailable due to my sub being expired. In some places it says my sub is expired and in other it says active.

Ask PlayStation wasn’t helpful but pushed me to live chat support. No one can give me any answers and they apparently can’t cancel my sub (so I can renew correctly). I’m not having to pay for the extra games right now which sounds nice but I have the money needed in my ps wallet and I just want my sub to go back to normal. And I can’t add Crash 4 to my library. It’s been almost 3 weeks 😔

@Deoxyr1bose thankfully, I can't even tell it's the voice of Sophia from Strikers. Even though I also loved Bernadetta in Three Houses, the only voice I can really recognize is Erica Lindbeck.

It’s so weird. When looking to upgrade I can see the ps5/ps4 list, the ps2/ps1 list, the game trials list…but no ps3 list. So bizarre!

I want to say it’s free to play because they promised PVE and it’s not going to be ready. I definitely think they’ll charge for the single player part of the game 😅

@huyi Don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved the game. But after 3 months of being my big TV game, I'm ready to move onto the next game after my vacation this coming week (Guardians of the Galaxy) and there's only so much space on the PS5 so I took the opportunity to clear up some space haha

After 3 months of playing on Performance mode, I literally just finished and got the plat and deleted the game this week. Crazy timing. Not going to reinstall just to try it but I guess that'll be good for any eventual dlc.

I LOVED this show and honestly thought this was the game show I could win big money on when I got older. Didn’t the show get cancelled a long time ago? This feels really irrelevant 😂

I’m definitely in the “it’s ok” group. I didn’t feel like it was the legendary life changing indie game experience everyone made it out to be.

I was actually really excited about getting this on plus but this endgame only crap is one of the worst plus offerings I’ve seen since I’ve been subscribed. And that was on the PS3 😅

@ShogunRok ok gotcha. Wasn’t sure if it would look much nicer (on a non 4K tv). I saw some graphics mods that can bring the visuals up but those obviously disable trophies. I appreciate the heads up though! 😁

It's kind of annoying that they haven't said or shown what the free upgrade actually does. Hopefully we find out today.

No one has said anything so it’s probably a no - but the Persistence also got a non VR version right? Is that an extra mode or are they separate games?

@OneManDroid you could only put it in rest mode. This is a wise change, Save and quit is the only thing it needed. If I’m playing Returnal and my friends get online, I wouldn’t be able to play with them without losing my save. Now I’d be able to play a multiplayer game with them and jump back in without losing progress. There’s still no permanent save, which would have broken the game. With 2-3 hour runs, it was a huge commitment to do a full run without anything losing progress.

@KingPev I’ve been watching some videos on it and am definitely interested. I noticed the version with all the dlc is 7.99, so I’ll probably snag that one.

I just didn’t want to pay 24.99 for it considering how old it was 😅

@SoulsBourne128 it sounds like her perks are pretty game changing or game breaking. She can set boon totems to take over dull totems and make them beneficial to the survivors. One per totem per perk but if it gets negated by the killer, you can reapply it. Sounds interesting but hopefully not too strong (as someone who only plays survivor these days)

@StylesT they said they tried to do it for single players. That’s why you can only have one friend with you, they wanted to keep the single player vibe.

I really want to play Deathloop but have been busy with other games and haven't paid yet. I haven't paid full price on a game since Returnal. That's not to say it isn't worth it but I game a little less than before and I've been mostly playing ps plus or digital titles I got on sale with a psn gift card I had

I have Apple Music over Spotify and would absolutely love this! I originally had Spotify but dumped it for Playstation Music - I actually loved their service! Gave Spotify another chance when they made a partnership but just preferred Apple Music in the end.

I'm enjoying Like a Dragon - currently on the final chapter. I've really only died during one battle in the entire game, although there were some definite challenging sections. I died in that battle like 3 times (the infamous chapter 12 difficulty spike). So that was surprising but I do love the game. Love the characters, love the side stories. It's my first Yakuza game.

God of War Ragnarok? Never heard of it.

@nomither6 I agree that it’s probably the best indoor map. I do like Raccoon City if that counts. But So bizarre.

I think PS Plus offers good value and I'm not necessarily suggesting they need to do anything, although continually providing great games is a bonus. Side note for the conversation if PSNow gets added - when a game is on PSNow, for goodness sakes, make sure we get the PS5 version when applicable. I feel like that's kinda embarrassing when the other platform gets that but we don't. I.E. Avengers should allow a free upgrade to PS5 since it's offered for people who own it on PS4. If there's an upcharge already, that can be up for discussion, but free upgrades should be applied to PSNow.

I thought it was one of the most overrated Metroidvanias. But I’m glad people are looking forward to it!

Hands down my favorite announcement (and a surprise one!) was Salt and Sacrifice.

Also on topic, they did a test run a while back of a 3(dps)-2(healer)-1(tank) composition in experimental. The tanks all had some different abilities to let them solo tank and honestly it was a lot more fun than expected. I’d say give the 2-2-1 a try or at least wait for impressions/reviews.

@Legacy2K definitely not a dead game. I’ve been playing it semi regularly and I never have any problems finding a match. I’d say the last year has been the roughest as the team is really focusing on Overwatch 2.

Winston is one of the characters they’ve already showed tweaks for. Sounds like he has an alt fire that lets him charge and shoot a laser projectile. I’m sure a lot of heroes are being tweaked for this change.

@Jaz007 while I prefer role queue, I do want to point out there is quick play classic and open queue ranked which gives you the original 6 v 6 pick whoever experience. Not sure what’ll be on the next game but I’d assume it’s the same since Overwatch 1 will follow suit.

Only reason I’m not buying is because I have a deal with a friend where we both buy different games and then trade to save money. He’s the one buying Ratchet (and more recently Miles Morales) and I bought Returnal (and Demon Souls). I’m definitely sold on the game though.

Housemarque make arcade shooters. That’s their specialty and what they want to make, so it probably wouldn’t be as good otherwise.

@Mega-Gazz I understand the sentiment and definitely wait - but there’s no way it could’ve been dlc. So many core things were fundamentally changed throughout that it would require a new playthrough. It’s not some extra section of the game that was added that you can visit later in the game. Especially since the game is on a calendar system.

My friend invited me to play It Takes Two with him. We’re a few chapters in but I can’t believe how much fun I’m having with it. It’s seriously really, really good 😁

@Rjak FYI though the entire main game and first expansion is free through the free trial. You can level up to like lvl 60 on the free trial

@Olmaz I’m glad people have different opinions, but the God of War trilogy always just seemed like ok games. I feel like God of war 2018 brought it from good to amazing, and it also wouldn’t have been the same game if Kratos hadn’t been reflecting on past games, so I’m really glad it wasn’t a new ip
