@Blacksmith1985 if (as I believe is correct?) the ps5 upgrade is free, your comment has no logic. Surely anyone without a copy who has a ps5 would pick up a ps4 copy for peanuts

I've only had ps plus for 3 months and am still finding enough to keep me going on the PS plus collection. Think I've missed out on some good recent plus games (control) but oh well.

Will give hitman a go and will add overcooked to the library on the off chance I ever get another dualsense (and a friend......)

@Robinsad I've completed it once on a fairly quick playthrough with loads of side missions left. The amount of times I've started a new game only for a substantial patch to come out I've decided to wait now for the native ps5 version that will have the benefit of these patches, nicer visuals and hopefully a much denser population in the city. The recent digital foundry comparison of xbox and PS is pretty stark in terms of the number of npc's, although we (ps5 bc) do get a better framerate

@RS1 did you read the patch notes? How can you say it contains so little?

Another huge patch, hopefully they can now begin adding to the game and improving it more than just bug fixing.

Pretty underwhelmed by the DLC though, bit embarrassing to call it that.

I read a rumour the ps5 game could be godfall (something about increasing the player base prior to ps4 release).

There really aren't that many ps5 games in existence. I'm a very very late adopter of ps plus, August being my second month, enjoyed playing detroit so far and just started plague tale.

Playing this now for the first time. Really enjoying it. Part of the PS plus ps5 shenanigans

As someone who hasn't bought a football game for a number of years, and never plays online, can someone explain to me how this would work for me - can I download this for free and play single player?

Why have demos seemed to become a thing of the past? Especially given the price of ps5 games - I'm not willing to risk £70 or so on games like demons souls and returnal that I've never played the likes of before and may be put off by the difficulty or nature of them. Give us 10 mins of gameplay or something, it would surely convert into more sales.

I think push square really need to review their 'review' process. So because Sammy got out of bed the wrong side one day and "wasn't really in the mood for it" the game is scored a 6, which can definitely influence peoples likelihood of purchasing and supporting the developer.

At least have two or more staff have input into reviews and even have opposing scores.

@hypnotoad absolutely. Used to love cex, but their ps5 scalping prices have really put me off ever shopping there, and I'm finding new copies of games at base are cheaper than 2nd hand at cex nowadays (ratchet, returnal etc)

In the UK you can buy a new physical copy from base for £23 or second hand from cex for £22 so not a great sale by any stretch of the imagination.

Finished my second playthrough last night, first time on ps5. The ps5 patch has done wonders. Enjoyed the story a lot more this time around, though still no need for 'that' scene

Why would this be a free upgrade when ghost of tsushima, death stranding, spiderman, gta5 and no doubt last of us will be charged? Have CDPR explicitly said it will be free?

It'll have to be around the £30 mark for me to consider giving this a go

So your excitement is dampened because:

-it was delayed due to covid (and not forcing crunch)
-there has been too much coverage/content shown (none of which you had to watch)
-there won't be a playstation sequel (could say that about every single game released)

I found outerworlds boring, I bought it based on the review from this site. Respawning enemies, confusing map and waypoints. Fallout 4 is much better in my opinion.
