@UltimateOtaku91 I'm on my second playthrough now and enjoyed it far more this time round. Mind you I'll give it a good while before a third run as the game doesn't change drastically enough to go for another ending.

Nevermind Killzone or Halo, let's get a new entry in the Resistance franchise. Failing that remasters of the original trilogy.

Sounds like a bullet dodged. They should just give us a true sequel to Days Gone without any multi-player cobblers.

Tried it as it was free for a few hours but quickly got bored.
Can't beat the PS5 version of Fallout 4 might even give that another punt soon.

Second playthrough of Silent Hill f and Life Is Strange Remastered. Digging how LIS and the first Last Of Us have the exact same ending albeit one with a choice. Who'd have thought Chloe Price and Joel had so much in common?

@Oram77 Yeah but it is better to. I played the first and then the second immediately after. And fair play to the developers didn't get fatigue from either considering they are both long games. Folkers also make out the first is janky but really didn't come across that also the DLC is a bit stronger with the first part granted I haven't delved into all of the second part's stuff.

Would much rather a new entry in the Resistance franchise or even total remasters of the original trilogy. Halo and Gears are old hat now surely?

Can we get AI generated governments? They couldn't possibly be worse than the globalist slop we've got currently can they?

@bazchillin Nonsense, I've never dusted mine apart from blowing the grills and it's more silent than me mogsters purring even during heavy lifting like Death Stranding 2. Mind you I'm in the UK so it may be different in some Thai brothel type clime...

@Dr-zoidburg Unless my base PS5 goes bandy I'll just wait for the PS6 simply cannot see the point of the Pro as most of my favourite current gen games perform abysmally on it in theory.

@Oram77 Silent Hill f is easily 8/10, had my issues on first playthrough but on my second it's a blast. Apart from Cronos and until Requiem doubt the survival horror genre has any other competition at the mo.

I'm up for this once I finish the first, I found the save system a bit of a pain but will return to it as it seemed a solid game. Unlike those damn Remothered games, they were janky as Hell.

Surely it would have made more sense to feature Morgana and/or the van??!?!

@Oram77 I tried it once and couldn't see the appeal. Then again think the only multi-player game I ever dug was The Last Of Us: Factions. Well that and the online aspects of Souls games simply to pull my butt out of the fire.

Not sure this is the route to go with Dragon Quest. It's not The Last Of Us is it so let a franchise do what it's best at. Also the whole "let's get edgy with a franchise" thing ran it's course a decade or so ago at least in Hollywad so they are likely going to p*ss off a lot of fans. At this rate they'll bring back Pa Rappa Da Crappa and give him a meth addiction sheesh!

They should have concentrated on an earlier release for Control 2 and made Firebreak an add-on extra to that release. I love AW, it's sequel and Control let alone the franchise in general but can't even be bothered to try Firebreak which is free on Plus. So if you can't sell it to the fans it's a non-starter...

If they haven't moved on by now may as well wait for the PS6 as assume it'll be backward compatible at least with PS5 games possibly even PS4 titles?

@Oram77 A secret cameo from the Yuffie voice actress featuring in SHf was bad enough. I changed the voix for my second playthrough and had to check IMDB for unintentional comedy. Well if Yuffie is now in Silent Hill and in a screechy way that is.

It's not the side quests that are the problem it's the damn graphics still looking blurry as Hell at least on the base PS5. That ending too (SPOILERS NOW) Is she dead isn't she dead I mean WTF is that all about it just reeked of some Swayze/Moore Ghost type cobblers impending for Part 3. Also doesn't help Chaddage looks like a young Boris Johnson!

It works a treat, I removed the fuse from the plug and stare at a black screen. I've saved a penny a day using this method.

Daft thing is this was my next game to buy, but if DLC is in the offing I'll wait for the complete edition. So it's swings and roundabouts as they've now lost a potential sale for a year or two.

@Oram77 I don't want a RE1 remake simply because the spiders with this gen's graphics would be a bridge even I couldn't cross.

Some people may like to polish a turd but after seeing some supposed 5 star high rated flicks certainly don't!

A solid month, nothing to complain about there even if you do already own some of 'em. Also the Until Dawn remake runs fine granted there may have been a few patches since launch but noticed no issues a month or so ago...

Littles Nightmares PS5 Enhanced Version and LIS: Before The Storm Remastered. But itching to get back to Silent Hill f for a second run-through/new game plus stint.

Just can't see it working outside of an animated version.
It'll be a CGI fest with little to no substance otherwise.

@awp69 To be fair Microsoft in general are doing it to themselves. Ignoring Gate's weird extra curricular activities they are seemingly shooting themselves in the foot left, right and centre. What worries me is if you take the Xbox out of the console market it could lead to Sony becoming complacent and pushing any old nonsense on PlayStation fans. Competition leads to great dividends on both sides, if Sony become the only going concern I'm not sure any of us will be happy...

@nessisonett Utter nonsense, if that was the case they'd stop stocking the game. There are a thousand possible reasons this was cancelled prospective sales being the most likely. Let's not go all cancel culture and portray Akira, one of the greatest game composers, as some kind of villain sheesh.

It should also be pointed out the digital soundtrack included with the Deluxe Digital Edition is via an app there is no option to listen to the tunes outside of the app. So all round a bit ropey for anyone who digs the soundtrack.

It'll be interesting to see if these developments have any bearing on EA's partnership with Tencent. Personally I'd rather geo-politics were kept out of gaming (and art/media) but that's sadly the world we're living in now.

@EfYI It's more a crime drama although fair play it's a solid month for us subscribers and will download it and V Rising too. Could have sworn though one of the actors looks like Joshua Jackson in the game poster!

I'm still reeling from the weird graphics of Rebirth. Granted it may be better on the Pro but the entire game looked blurry as Hell even without a drink or several! I tried it recently for a second run through and thought this is still pretty ropey. The story beats weren't as emotional as the original either which didn't help.

@EfYI As Dusk Falls isn't a horror game though?
