I'm guessing when they announced GT7 delay to 2022 is when decision for PS4 version made. Ready to give up on consoles and gaming entirely. Too long to make, too big - code-wise - and they are just PC's now with continual updates. And as for Polyphony Digital don't expect PS4 GT7 until mid 2022 and PS5 GT7 until late 2023 with 2 years of updates to get it to an acceptable state. Sony is running the PS5 like the webstore. Next-gen my a**. You'll all be playing remastered PS2 games sooner than you think.

Retro racing games always get the short shift in these collections. Usually why I don't buy them.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be a playable game on PS4 before Sony has a useable webstore.

God, how hard can it be for Sony to hire some damn interns. Tried the new sorting filters and the "genre" filter is blocked by the bottom section of blue where the region selection is - it's like 4" deep on my screen. Who knows if there's other filters below that as I can't see or select them... makes me not want a PS5.

If you haven't bought a PS3/PSP/PSV digital game by now... boo fn hoo. No one cries fowl when a store goes out of stock. This is no different. Why people think they should have anything available at all times forever is unfathomable to me.

This will be so old when it releases you'll be able to buy the OG edition, the Complete Edition with all DLC, the Remastered Edition on whatever gen is current, the Legacy PS+ Edition with original graphics all in one easy package on Humble day one!!

Searched for "Tomb Raider". Rise was listed 10th. TR and Shadow were nowhere to be seen after a minute of scrolling. Oh well, Amazon knows how to sell stuff.

So how many actually bought Maneater on PS5? Can't see it being much. Most who would can't even get a PS5!

I'd say the most prominent culprits were the "never in stock" PS5 and a "sale" where the storefront has less functionality than an '80s Yugo than anything else .

@Rob_230 coding a fixed animation where it's the same everytime you watch it is a lot different than an interactive game that changes with every playthrough and often dependent on items carried or previous events. Don't pass C2077 issues off on the developers as they don't decide release dates. This was 100% a management fiasco driven by greed pre-Christmas. As for the refund, what about physical copies under the tree and unopened until the 25th? CDPR still screwing consumers well into 2021. F-CDPR.

No Man's Sky was a small studio with too many ideas. Cyberpunk 2077 is a reasonably large studio driven by CEO/investor greed. Sony needs to stamp it out or every investor-led studio will follow.

They BRAGGED about making back development costs DAY ONE!! That's because they KNEW they wouldn't on day two. F-CDPR.

Why would they?

People need to actively NOT SUPPORT management that actively deceives consumers to pad their pockets. It's not enough to provide refunds or frankly even for Sony to remove the game (presumably until it passes certification?).

CDPR should be banned and have their PS account removed for actively engaging in deception and IMO fraud... if any PS user did same, Sony would ban no questions or recourse.

Their apology rings hollow and stinks with "steal now, repent later" mentality - all too common these days. For me, its Goodbye CDPR! I will never buy a game with your involvement.

I would allow them time to fix it, watch and see if it's trending positively and maybe purchase it down the line. But right now it's a little bit too much. Sad this got released in this state. Maybe CDPR really want to become the new Bethesda with crappy initial releases.

They could've just put out a 1/2 pg press release with the winners. No reason for this at all. None. Nothing interesting announced for me at all.

@Cypher95x a remaster collection the first 4 games leading to a new game would be nice. I dont think Sucker Punch has any interest but maybe Sanzaru? Also, Bluepoint needs to remake ICO forthwith.

@Ear_wiG you'll pay for it either through plus or higher game prices. The alternative is every dev doing their own thing on their own servers leading to having to pay individually for each online game, inconsistencies in quality, connection issues, etc. These are greatly reduced by having PS online under one umbrella.

Of the 70 or so games I've redeemed on PS4, I'd guess I've never downloaded around 40. Of the remaining 30, I would maybe buy 5-7. Maybe 10 games I bought were added to Plus after my purchase. I still feel it's a cost effective way to try games you wouldn't otherwise spend $$ on but I do tend to redeem games I know I have zero interest in. I also do not redeem everything.

PS Store is a joke. Not randomly browsing ever. Store needs filter and sort options pronto. No $$ from me until then.

If the people got them legitimately... and can make $ off of impatient people more power to them. Simple rule of buy low sell high.

But if they got them illegally like switching products in Amazon packages I say send in the wolves.

Haha. Best PS5 game ... out of what? 5 games at most. I see Sony's doubling down on making the best of a generation be remakes/masters of the previous gens (plural intended). Classic... just follow Hollywood into irrelevance. Garbage to my eyes.

Higher game prices won't push me to Xbox. It may lead me to purchase less for PS. I bought two games on PS4 day one - Ace Combat 7 and something else. Everything else generally 40% or more off in PS Store sales.

Wait until games are pushing the PS5 to its limits then say its quiet. Or when the inevitable Slim reduces the heat sink and removes liquid cooling.

$56 CDN... I feel a Need for 56% Off! Sub $25 I might think about it and as it's something I've played I can wait for the price drop.

Netflix & YouTube on TV; blu-ray player for movies (almost never use) and PlayStation for games - now 100% digital. Never used PS for anything but games. Maybe once

After 6 years, I finally disassembled my PS3 to vacuum it out and there wasn't more than a spec of dust. I've never done it to my PS4. Doubt I'd do it to the PS5.

Given they have practically 3 different store fronts depending on how you access it (PS4/PC/phone) saying they'll have this or that feature is pointless until we see how its implemented across platforms.

I'd ask for a upgrade to the search feature as its beyond help on PS4.
