Flipping between the delightful Astrobot and Spider-Man remastered. I decided to replay that before starting Miles Morales to refresh my memory on the story and get used to the new Pete. Got to say there is lots of shiny flooring to show off the snazzy raytraced reflections. Also there are puddles everywhere.

Just kidding of course, sounds promising and a good match of studio to IP.

@LiamCroft It looks like the PS5 makes you more aware of it by displaying press options button (which I don't think PS4 does). But yeah press options while on your profile and you can choice offline/online but 'busy' is new.

You can do this on PS4. Done it many a time.

Yep and don't go back until the first of December. Booked it with Cyberpunk in mind (3rd hol it's missed) but thankfully the PS5 was the same date so it's still good.

I'm wondering if God of War is progressing quicker than planned and HFW a little slower (maybe due to Guerrilla Games working on 2 titles) and we are heading to another TLOU2 and GoT situation of two titles being ready close together.

Is the remaster classed as a new game though, so you could plat it again if you got the PS4 one? Or would you just have the new trophies to go for?

@Auxiliarydex Well done. Unobservant me was me looking up by the progress symbols which lacked a platinum one (not sure why?) and failed to notice the big 'card' saying platinum not earned.

@Rob_230 Being EA I'm expecting just a resolution boost, at a stretch also fps. To be honest that would be enough for me to play it again but would love to see more done.

My excitement for this is directly proportional to the effort put into the port/remaster/remake.

That 100x combo doesn't sound simple to me. I don't remember going that high in the original.

Took a punt a while ago on Space Crew as it looked fun and a bit different. Enjoying so far and a got for £12 with Bomber Crew included so well worth the price. I've kept all my crew alive so far but just got into the high risk missions.

I decided not to watch. I'm at the point where I know I'm getting the game so would rather see it all fresh when I play. Don't mind reading about it though and we now know Peter is still around in the game. I'm guessing something is going to happen further in to the game to leave Miles to deal with stuff on his own.

@gamer_since_83 yeah I've pondered whether he has quit making games for good or after a break might decide to start all over and create another studio. It will also be interesting to see if his absence is noticeable in Rockstar's future games seeing the important role he played in them.

I'll get the novel (and quite possibly the artbook). I enjoyed the prequel novel for the first game and the extra background on their versions of the characters. Plus it was a very cool touch how the the final events of the book were literally the opening of the game.

I'm interested to see what my playtime was for my first playthrough. It would be fun if it could tell you how long you spent in photomode.

This just shows me how often launch games fade into obscurity. Almost everything except the PS4 ones were guesses.

The face is a bit of a shock but if it allows them to better portray Yuri's performance (which is great) I look forward to seeing it in motion. I think most of the other parts matched the voice actors already, except MJ. I wonder if they have made any changes to her face?

Having now completed Ghost of Tsushima I’ve made a start on CoD WW2 campaign. Also continuing with Resident Evil 7 which has been better than I expected for the most part. Although I still prefer the recent remakes.

I still refuse to get my hopes up until it's official revealed. N7 day would seem like an ideal time.

Every PS5 has it's own Twitter account and tweets about what you do with it. If you have PS + you get an Instagram account where your PS5 can share it's beach pics.

Blimey! Bold move Microsoft. Elder Scrolls is one of the biggest ips in gaming. They might have finally got me to even ponder getting an Xbox, although most likely I will just have to play them on PC now. That’s if Bethesda can return to form that is.

Finally reached Act III of Ghost of Tsushima. I'm on hol for a week so I will probably see the ending in a few days. If I don't get too distracted in the new photo-tempting snowy scenery.

With this and a PS5 turning up on the same day I'm going to be eagerly staring out the window for delivery trucks.
Despite no proper upgrade, hopefully it might get a resolution bump and be super smooth playing on the PS5.

Don't forget they are doing something at PAX tommorrow.
