Mass Effect Legendary Edition was officially announced back in November of last year, following on from months of rumours and speculation. And now, we finally get to see the remastered trilogy in action. We also have a confirmed release date: the 14th May, 2021. It's coming to PS4, but PS5 players will be able to enjoy it via backwards compatibility with various "enhancements", apparently.

To recap, Mass Effect Legendary Edition includes all three games from the original Mass Effect trilogy starring Commander Shepard, along with all of the DLC packs and expansions that were released for each title. The trilogy has been remastered with enhanced visuals and performance.
