Surely it must be easy for them to do though, the PS3, PSP & Vita could run them. And they already have them stored on the PS Store.

I agree with some others, it is great getting "free content" but you do have to question whether the content was finished in the first place and they just decided to cut bits out of the game to release at a later date for good pr.
But if it was made after the game releases then yeah I think that is good on them.

EA hasn't made anything I have been interested in for years.

Loved the Bullfrog games on PS1 as a kid. I own Two Point Hospital to replace Theme Hospital. Just need someone to make a new/similar Populous game and I will be happy.

I still play with 1080p so a option for FHD users to get 60fps would be awesome.

Aha, asked the developers of Planet Coaster if they are releasing a PS5 physical version to no response. So this confirms it for me.

6, I don't play many first person shooters or Japanese titles so didn't do to well.

With the upcoming Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed & Far Cry gold editions costing around £80 on PS4 alone. I think when i do get a PS5 I am going to hold off for a sale of each game. As £240 for 3 games is to much for me.

Would rather have 1080p or 1440p with 60fps tbh

Has probably made Sony tons of money and all with no Micro-transactions, no long 100+ hour grind, and no Season Pass. Ubisoft should be taking hints with the Assassin's creed franchise going forward.

Probably done it so people abandon the game and switch over to GTA Online instead.

If you buy a next gen console. You would expect the first-party titles to show off the consoles capabilities the best they can. Not having to be held back.

So many developers need to learn from Hello Games. The game was by no means perfect in the beginning. But they have certainly turned it around.
And best of all, it being all free as well.

Wait til they add a casino somewhere in the game. Then they will focus on it.

So I take it this means if the Ubisoft servers go down. You will be forced to play just the main quests.
Or is it like Red Dead where it is built into the game and you find random people asking for help on the road?

Hope so, there isn't really anything similar that comes to mind. Back in the PS3 days it would of been Prototype but that series has vanished to.

@LiamCroft Don't see the harm asking. Their previous game you could create your own Male/Female character.

I liked Greedfall, it wasn't perfect. But when it is made from a small studio working on a new franchise with a smaller budget compared to other RPG makers. I think I can look the other way on some of the issues with it.

Hope so, My RDR2 bundled Pro was quiet for ages when I bought it. but recently this year In some games now it seems to go from quiet to max fan speed in one second during some scenes that usually have effects like fog/Smoke etc.

I have had the issue for days. Don't see what is taking them so long.

Can only imagine what Tifa will look like with PS5 graphics in the sequel

To think it has nearly been a decade since it came out. Makes me wonder what Sony could pull off now.
Especially since the Switch has been out a few years now so it could possibly compare much closer to a PS4's graphics.

Maybe it's because I have a Pro now, but I booted up Mafia 3 last week (to try out the dlc's) and the amount of fan noise coming out of the PS4 was terrible. So I didn't play that long as I don't want to risk any lasting damage.

Have never been interested in Final Fantasy in the past 20 years, and I have played 100s of games in all different genres.
But this one actually got me interested. And I am glad I played it. And can't wait for the next part (whenever it arrives)

And people are paying full price for the trilogy while having no idea how the 1st game is going to look & run.
There is no game play for it so that should be a big of enough concern.

Got the other 2 dlc's but "faster,baby" is listed at £11.99 still as well. which is odd.

No one knows how good the remastered 1st game is yet other than the short trailer. Could have terrible fps for all we know without actual gameplay.

But where is the retail release?

Before long it will end up like a Just Cause sized map. With the same pointless stuff to do inside of them.

And to think, that Graphics usually get better into the console generation through optimisation. So PS5 could after a couple of years look even better than this.

Good, the series was turning into a Just Cause game. Massive map with the same locations over and over.
Quality over quantity.

Perhaps PS5 in the future will use the PS1 games already on the store for PS3 & Vita. And they thought it wouldn't hurt releasing them now for extra revenue?

Seems a bit stupid to be putting two open world games made by the same company out at the same time.

If true I will just move to PC after PS4's times up. Since I tend to wait for sales of new games anyway. And it wont hurt waiting a little longer.

Was playing Greedfall the other day and for some reason one of the NPC's causes the game to spike whenever they start talking.
Made me slightly jump as the fans run silent throughout. And then all of a sudden without warning "Woosh" it kicks in full power almost instantly. And then dies back down.
Almost thought it was going to blow up.

If true I will just switch to PC to play games from PS & Xbox under one system.
And then possibly buy a Switch for the portable experience.

I hope this doesn't mean the end for Media Molecule somewhere down the line. Sony have been closing their UK studios over the last couple of years. And with their previous game "Tearaway" not selling well either (Not entirely their fault) but still.
Worse case scenario they would close them down and keep the servers running. And let it be similar to LBP3

Technically, there is the communities section on PS4 or via app that still will work. And serves a similar purpose.
Although I kind of think Sony abandoned that a while ago as well.

Probably runs and looks better than fallout
