Don't care tbh but good for them. So where is the AAA RPG game? Hope we see some kind of trailer this summer season. Also do we know Last Ronin game is still coming? Live-action movie is cancelled but I don't remember game having any news like that.

Speaking of "lost" games; I wonder if we will see Marvel 1943 ever at this point.

The funny thing is I want to start the series but og LiS games of 1st and 2nd never goes on sale; always the remastered version which I heard bad things about.

I am aware all the "outside influence" when it comes to prices like I said in the first part of my message and all companies hit by that but they also have different situations:

Nintendo is on their own league and I'd even argue that they know they can sell even in that price since they have a weird loyalty. I say in every opportunity that they are the greediest in the bunch.

Xbox basically threw the towel way before those increases and they couldn't care less how expensive their console is at this point.

Steam machine will be a compact PC in principle.

Suggesting that Sony has no fault and it only increase the prices according to those and nothing else is wrong in my opinion. They would still increase them with outside world factors but %100 sure that increase would not be this much if their only direct competitor(which is Xbox once upon a time) was in a good shape is the gist.

While there are also other factors outside the console market too; if you really think their only direct competition being still in the race strong enough wouldn't change the amount of increases they did, then you should look in the mirror.

I hope things won't be a bleak in two years time so 2028 fall release of PS6 can be more acceptable...

You are so right about the failures of live-service. They wasted A LOT OF money on that front.

I feel like there is no way PS6 is 2027 at this point.

BEST NEWS EVER ABOUT THIS GAME! ***** FINALLY! My biggest gripe with Returnal. A roguelike should make you say "One more run!" not "Can't be bothered going all that again". Shorter runs=More incentive to try again and again which is what roguelike is.

Hypocrisy is in the behaviour of excluding PS5 platform while bringing it to other platforms. Since they "cry" about putting games in "one place" harms them you would expect them to expand their release platforms without "excluding" the ones they already brought their games.

I really couldn't care less about most of SE's IPs but it's really not hard to see the irony in their release strategy for their games after all articles about "unmet sales expectations" and "We will bring next FF to every machine with at least 512 mb RAM" talk.

That article's main point was hypocrisy from SE after all their "multiplatform" talk but sure.

They should had use the assets to make a game in LoU universe as a side-story in San Francisco in the similar scope of Miles Morales and Lost Legacy since game supposed have a story on its own too and I will die on that hill.

Maybe they didn't because they will use them for Final Part?(I like to call it that much more than Part III)

Saw it some comment on Youtube and couldn't be truer: 2027 is shaping up to be a sci-fi year with Intergalactic, Exodus and now this.

For Expanse series I only heard praises and really want to watch it once I finish my other countless "Need to finish"es.

I am very much looking forward to this since the reveal. The impact and weight of combat and graphics look great. Also since I can't be bothered with Yakuza as a series; this being its own thing is great just like Judgment games.

Sad news if true. I am just glad I got my PS5 Pro and updated the PC before all these price increases hit...

I am looking forward to Stranger than Heaven the most. I don't care about Serious Sam but my buddy does so it being co-op from what I understand is great news! I was looking forward to Eternal Life of Goldman but after trying the demo I tempered my expectations a bit.

Still need to play first one. I am so curious but kind of obssessive about playing Bastion and Transistor first from the studio. We will see.

I liked first one and liked second one even more. Unless reviews are too low I will play the third one too.

I would argue that some open world have great narratives and I like crafted storied that I get to explore more than creating my own tbh in media. But to each to their own.

Called it on the forum thread and not surprised. I will play it when it gets a good discount on PC. Overall it not having anything meaningful story wise makes me really unbothere by not experiencing it right out of the gate.

Oh, didn't l know that then I won't think I played "slower" overall. Still most of the gamers call under 20 hours "short" and it was one of the most criticized aspects of the game which I don't agree obviously. It seems like "short" games indeed sell which is what we need much more for game lengths.

Here is a crazy idea: Make shorter games, sell them cheaper, therefore sell more copies in most cases, make profits quicker.

I can't be less interested in the game but still sad to see it. Also yeah, world and lore is begging for a campaign. I am actually surprised game is not more popular, consensus seems to be good overall.

I am really surprised these devs are not in other industries with the talent and knowledge they have. Video game industry feels extra awful from outside perspective when it comes to "Working in a tech field."

Thankfully Spidey 2 team is nowhwere close to this from what I see.

I won't watch a single second of it since it's already Day 1 for me. I am still sad these presentations spoiled the best mission of Uncharted 4 and one of the best missions of Spidey 2. So yeah, would rather see whichever set-piece they will show while playing the game.

Stranger than Heaven will have a release date. I can feel it. Stalker 2 getting story DLC maybe? I wonder what the surprises will be.

Until RE2r demo I never played the series(Other than the 1 try I gave 4th one and quit immediately because of controls) and thought that it would be really scary for me. Trying RE2r demo changed my perception. The satisfaction of shooting zombies was incredible. Then I tried og 1st one on a PS1 mini in a mall and actually enjoyed it quite a bit and finishing RE2r full was the final thing to convince me I am a fan now! I finished 3r, 7, 8, 4og, 1dcog, 0 and finally Requiem this year. 4 is my favourite with 2r/8/1dcog all in 2nd place. I plan to play CVx, 4r, 1r, 3og all this year hopefully. Best 3rd party franchise ever to me. I love the gameplay loop of explore/shoot/solve puzzles. Hope 10th game has more puzzles and overall more like Grace's sections from 9th. Thank you Capcom, now bring more remakes and new entries! 🤩

I don't accept AI in the final product, simple as that. Use it however you want while developing but every art, performance and design will be human made in the end. Period.

I am curious about Damon and Baby. Only curious about LiS when it comes to reviews since last one was a fail. Marvel MaXimum Collection is a must as a big Marvel fan.
