Another mediocre season. At least it was a bit more enjoyable than the first season. Bella Ramsey is the main reason for this. I am not getting into ridiculous territory towards "her beauty" or anything but she is not Ellie at all! Both the resemblance and "feel" isn't there. Also almost all of the changes they made to the pacing and the story made it cheaper and shallow. Especially in the last episode where Ellie caught by Seraphites was incredibly unnecessary.

Really annoying to see one of the most beloved video games series gets this kind of adaptation. I wouldn't care at all if they cancel S03.

Well there hasn't been one "above average" SGF stream since its inception. So I expect nothing but mediocrity. Hard to get dissapointed at least. RE9 would be the best thing to see.

I really don't like drip-feed updates. Even not every year, at least give us a good showcase every other year. Dropping GoY release date like that was so weird.

So funny to see comments like this everytime SB mentioned. It's a good game, period. I also wrote FIST as another example from these "Hero Projects" but guess that didn't suit your shallow snark.

I finally quit Origins after 10 hours or so. It was kind of dissapointing after all the praise I heard for years.

Edit: Maybe 3D can be better.

They had to do this like Xbox's God of War. It was the expectations of most of the internet since the first reveal. Hope they don't waste their next 7 years or something with another mediocrity.

This ain't it chief. I couldn't even watch the whole video. When it comes to AA or "Hero Project" give me more Stellar Blade or even FIST which was a really good metroidvania. I don't care about glorified walking sims unless it really surprises with the reception at release.

Can't help but feel if Microsoft hadn't given up their "exclusives"/console they would still be in the competition this gen. Biggest problem is their games came late to the race. Imagine how the perception would be different if last 2 years were their first three years in the gen. I am happy we get to play Xbox games now but I am sad that Playstation's only real rival is gone.

Hope 2&3 are coming. I was waiting to play this for years just because I don't have Xbox to play the rest.

Playing GoT currently for the first time, I'm in 10ish hours in and while it's solid, it's nothing extraordinary or anything and definetely not in the same league with GoW, LoU, Uncharted, Spidey or even the Horizon: Zero Dawn. Also GoY doesn't look "next gen" enough.

As long as I keep hear "Story is mediocre and missions are like MMO" for new ACs I couldn't care less, I thought Shadows would be different but I already heard it from some reliable people I follow. I am a bit curious about remakes though.

I would like it to be shorter then if that's what they went for. First trailer was much better.

Yeah, I want at least 40 fps option and hoping for it. I am not even dreaming 60 and that's okay as long as steady 40 on Pro.

I get the hype and excitement around this game. I am not as hyped about it but still want to play. With that said, sorry but this was a mediocre trailer. In terms of details etc, sure impressive especially "base PS5" aspect. But from editing point and the flow it was mid at best.

I'm sure they are considering it. Keep waiting for that and remember the news a couple days ago about Sony considering reviving old IPs. Budget Sly Cooper title and the animated movie together, looks like their strategy goes like this for IPs now.

I will repeat this in every comment section that I write about this series: Ellie casting is awful.

Other than that, it look alright. I was not impressed by first season.

I like Sony's attempt at turning PS frachises into multi-media IPs. Hope its fun, I love teen slasher genre.

My friends and I are excited about Marvel Rivals. I am not into mp games at all but hopefully this will be fun for us all to play together for some future.

Yeah, not a lot to look forward. None for me if I'm being honest. But can't wait for "Most Anticipated Games of 2025" kind of lists all around. Death Stranding 2, Marvel 1943 and Judas are my Top 3 for now. Couldn't care less about Ghost of Yotei since GoT didn't do anything for me. I hopefully play GTA 6 on release but I am really not excited, just a bit curious.

"Brute forcing" is not a thing to praise. ***** optimization is to blame more like.

Ghostwire: Tokyo is a borefest. I don't enjoy racing. May try Death Note one but not more than couple of matches probably.

Weak month. And feels like it's happening lot more after new tiers came to existence.

Well, supporting Deck Nine first then answering further quesitons with "I wouldn't do it like that" makes whole thing meaningless. If you are showing support at least say something like "I respect their choices" etc.

All I need is what PS' future is. 2025 needs a "good" showcase for 1st party stuff that's coming. We have:

DS2, GoY, Wolverine, Marathon, Fairgames known as of today.

Now show us what Bend, Santa Monica, Naughty Dog, Bluepoint are all doing. All in al: Give me something to look forward to! Hell I would be happy with rumored Atreus story aking to Miles Morales and Lost Legacy. Speaking of, let another studio make a new Uncharted with the guidance of ND. I need it!

Edit: Herman comes of even worse than Ryan as of late and that is saying something. Just give Shawn Layden enough money to convince making a comeback.

Yeah! I despise this thinking of "Guess we really need Pro." No, we need good optimization and devs who does their best to use the hardware they are working with. I won't buy Pro.

Not sorry. Actions have consequences. Keep continue building mediocrity and this is what you will get. To be honest I am not even sorry for the devs; they knew what they were doing after all.

Never played DA games.

I guess it's just me but GoY looks nothing new. Can't tell it's a sequel at all other than the main character. Mediocre show as always. Keep it up Sony.

I get the annoyance but I can't take it seriously considering all other compainies that do this and get away with it in the end.

RE9 and Wolverine would make this enough for me.

Awesome news! I passionately hate turn-based combat and it's the main reason I still didn't play this. Hope it gets better.

Call me crazy but I feel like a new Wolverine trailer will be there. Even if it's the only exciting thing. At this point in the year, they have to have at least "1 thing" to get excited.

If there is no upgrade path, ***** them! Even if it has, still ***** them. Also Last of Us Remaketered was a big ***** disgrace. If you remake it, make it worth it and actually put some effort to upgrade it to Part 2 levels of gameplay mechanics you greedy *****.

Last few months has been dissapointing mostly. Hope they improve things around with selections.

They are not even trying at this point.

I will be another Geoff mediocrity just like always. Waste of time but if you have nothing better to do... Then still not worth a watch probably.

Shooting is not satisfying, story lost its charm quick, Jesse is bland af, ending is weak af. Overall not a fun one and I just pushed myself to finish because of this "shared universe" thing. 3/5

I am going Remedy catalogue to play Alan Wake 2 finally while taking everything in full. Control wasn't anything special and I only liked AWE expansion, so sequel has to prove itself first to me.

Max Payne 1&2 should be goooood.

In other news I bought both Judgement games in the last PS Store sale.

Yeap, I hope their main focus continues to be 3rd person cinematic action/adventures. No one in the industry make them as good as PS.

I am a bit obsessive so mainlining wouldn't suit me. :/

I hate them as much as I hate gaas. Ridiculous checkpoint system, depressing art design, mediocre graphics and animations, waste of time "difficulty level" etc. Don't forget that you have to read every spare slip slop's bottom to understand the story and the world too.

They are one of the worst things in gaming for some years now.

At this point I'm convinced I will never play main Yakuza series. Too much time and every game being 30+ hours is just a big fat no.

I am curious about Judgement and its sequel though. Those I will play hopefully.

I feel like it having even a 6-7 hours above average campaign would make it better in people's eyes. Can't say I am sorry about the current situation. Be better.

Maybe it's just me but I don't get excited about any of the titles in the poll. Sure there are good games but nothing screams "GOTY!" to me.

Essential has been bad to crap for last couple of months. Hope they pick it up back sooner rathen than later.

My favourite series ever! I still think Uncharted 4 needed at least two more set-pieces in the story flow but it was still a great farewell. Lost Legacy should be the way series continue, it was awesome; especially final chapter was one of the best. Chloe&Nadine dynamic worked so well too. I need a sequel! 3rd game is still a classic, can't believe we don't have anything like that plane scene in modern gaming even with this gen. Golden Abyss was dissapointing and Vita couldn't handle what it tried to achieve unfortunately.
