Way too close to nioh 3 which takes no.1 priority

I enjoyed my time with it a lot. I don't think it's a bad game at all but definitely a disappointing one in many ways. I plan to get back into it but on pc on a good sale. Hopefully by that time the expansion is close to releasing so I can just have a ton of content to get thru

Was holding off on ps cause I didn't want to pay for online. And had to hold off on the pc version too because of that ridiculous amount of storage it takes up. I'll finally be able to try it out... on a sale anyway 😂

I hope to god they've applied this thought and knowledge with metaphor because I just barely bought it a few days ago and if they announce a re release I'm gonna-

Anybody complaining about sequels feeling samey or just that they exist in general must not have liked the previous installment in the 1st place. No Sony does not have a sequel problem and they sure as hell aren't the only one making iterative sequels lol

I really did wanna pick this up on ps5 but I also wanna see how it looks on pc. The 1st one was gorgeous on ps5. That was honestly a really short wait this time tho, will for sure be buying now

The console itself is amazing, I have had 0 issues with it like I did with a ps3 and 4. It's super fast and responsive. 3rd party software has been amazing, 1st party has been awful. And any accessories or extra attachments/enhancements/revisions have been dreadful especially in price

I am so ready for the sequel. It has the potential to be absolutely amazing if they pull it off

Still going thru Tales of Graces F, am on chapter 5. It's working its way up so fast into my top 5 Tales of games already. I don't think combat is particularly special, neither better or worse than most other games in the series but it's as fun as ever. Easily one of my favorite cast of characters and the story is so good

I know chart placement isn't really important but still kinda crazy how it's being painted as a disaster and yet it's no.1 lol

An absolute masterpiece of a game and my favorite tales of. But I'm just wondering what's the difference between this and the one already on steam. If I'm gonna replay this, which I want to, it'll be the pc version this time but I guess that's the reason it never went on sale lol

I can't really say much of the goty noms cause I've only played e33 and I don't really consider it my goty lol. I guess it's weird that kcd2 game is in, it kinda felt like it came and went tbh. As for e33, I hope it wins best score, but it definitely does not deserve best narrative

@TruestoryYep not a fan of how they did open world for Zelda, and much less a fan of how they did both the remake of LA and Zeldas 1st-ish outing and the ugly toy graphics they used for both. So that really only left me the Skyward Sword remaster which was amazing. So I'd definitely say it was less than stellar

This movie is gonna be awful but should be fun to watch and laugh with a group. Plus it's Zelda. One of my favorite ips, despite the less than stellar switch gen it had. I still look forward to it the way I do the sonic movies lol

I don't get what the big deal is about the mobile games. Every video game company, hardware wise or not, has used their ips for a mobile pc game not on console 😭

The horizon one has potential on pc for sure tho

Finished Kirby and the Forgotten Land. There are fun great moments but then there are some stages that tend to be overly long but the gameplay is too repetitive for that. So it tends to drag. It's also kinda too easy, only the true final boss poses any real challenge. But abilities are awesome to use, and it has a neat variety of little things to do which I like

And I also started up Tales of Graces F. Been wanting to play this one forever and it does not disappoint. Absolutely love the characters and the dialogue. Story starts off pretty troupey but there's never a dull moment yet at least. And the style of the game is gorgeous

It's a threat the same way pc in general is. I don't think it's gonna actually do much if it's not priced accordingly and isn't promoted like a regular console is. If they sell it the way they sell steam decks it's guaranteed to not warrant such an article in the 1st place

Only played Clair obscur from that list but idk if I'd say it's my goty. It's really not as special of a game as its made out to be. In a better world, MH Wilds wouldnt have fumbled the way it did and itd be my goty easily. I'd probably give it to sonic racing but that's not really a goty tier game and it's not even on the list so idk lol

Cloud and aerith were instantly recognizable in that admittedly kinda ugly artstyle that CO doesn't even use I think. But couldn't tell who Nomura drew at 1st. Idk if that speaks to Nomura just not being in his A game with this drawing or how iconic FF character designs are lmao

This year I didn't intentionally start one but I was interested in finally getting into Higurashi When They Cry so that's been my spooky game for the season I guess lol

My favorite shooter series back when I had a 360. Those were some awesome times, can't believe it's on PS now. Would be more exciting if I hadn't already bought the master chief collection recently

The last sonic racing game had its sales leaked way back and apparently sold 3.5 million lifetime and did 1.3 of that in its 1st year. While this one has done 1m in its 1st month. Not to mention the last one was a $40 game while this is $70. I'd say it's doing amazing as long as it has legs

Also I'm a bit miffed the p5 soundtrack only has 2 songs lol. You'd think with Miku having like 5 or 6 tracks in there, they could get more for an ip they truly own themselves lol

Should have never even made the dlc for the 1st game. It was bad enough being split into 3 parts. But to split it up even further with a bunch of dlcs? Come on now

I'll never understand such a dumb criticism when it's all optional save for like one area. But aside from that one small part in the story it's all completely optional. And I love there being a bunch of stuff to do outside of the main story. It literally embodies the jrpg adventure perfectly. That being said, this being the final stretch of the story I would imagine it gets less open and more like Remake so I don't mind the tone down as long as there's still plenty of fun side stuff to do for down time

Obviously he knows you cant truly ever please everyone but i have no doubt it'll be a phenomenal game like the other 2 parts. Can't believe we're almost at the finale

Nope now that I have a pc, Sony is in the same spot as Nintendo is for me. Both have just been so utterly disappointing, hard carried by 3rd parties. I hope they do exciting stuff in the future but as is, I don't see myself getting new console hardware for a while

I doubt itll be that hard to make a non inferior version, its a life sim lol. But yea that's just AC in all but name

I'm buying a lot less new games day 1. But now it's all over the place and random for me cuz there are times when I can get them for reasonable prices. I think the 2 most recent day 1s this year I've bought were mh wilds and sonic crossworlds. And the sonic one I still managed to get for 50 instead of 70

@Boxmonkey saying this under the very article talking about them charging $30 for a single skin is why I can't take it seriously lol. I appreciate fighting the good fight to stop the evil corpos but starting from the one thing that was actually a plus towards the player, unless again you have no self control, was not it

This is literally every live service game ever. I will never forget that the complaining over the nothing burger lootboxes caused them to just outright sell cosmetics at stupid prices

Can't even be mad if they do a re-release cuz I never bought the full game. That being said if it does get announced I'm still gonna wait on a sale before getting it. I came close to pulling the trigger when I could get it for $28

I do really hope there's a 2nd pass cuz I'm not that interested in the ips of the 1st outside of pacman and megaman but with how fun this has been I've been highly considering just getting the whole pass altogether for more content

And I'd rather the 2nd pass have anime characters if it needs to collab with ips outside of games since it's way more fitting to a sonic game. Sega already publishes demon slayer games so a crossover with that would be crazy cool

Normally I'd play and choose something like FF tactics but this time it was Sonic Racing Crossworlds. It's given me a new found appreciation for racing games and revitalized my love for the Sonic ip

Still so highly addicted to Sonic Racing Crossworlds. It's my go to multiplayer game except instead of playing for an hour or so I end up playing it more than my single player game. Which for now is gonna be Tales of Graces f, I finally picked up. Very excited to play a Tales of game again

Sonic Racing Crossworlds is as addicting as it was in the beta. Gonna be spending so much time on that. With the sonic high I'm on, I downloaded Sonic Unleased too, but I've only ever played the wii version. This xbox/ps3 version is absolutely amazing tho, it almost feels like a new game and it's amazing

I thought it was pretty bad but maybe they're just switching these shows up from new reveals to just more on already announced games. Cuz tbh this was all that it was. I think the only real new reveals were remasters and some more 2d indies. That said wolverine definitely looked good

Also that part where they mention how they revealed ff tactics made it seem like they were gonna do another big ff reveal only to just talk about the game some more as if it wasn't already about to release lmao

That tennis sneak 😂. As much as I'd love to get DQ, Yakuza,and RE I'm no where near ready for those installments yet and even if I was Nioh 3 still takes so much more priority. Plus the others will go on heavy discounts especially RE

So when they introduce new characters what? Do we just get them for free? Will they even be introducing new playable characters

And going from the post it'll still have gacha. Maybe those vehicles are super op and game changing or the houses give insane stat boosts lol

I rather enjoyed the very asian SoP we had last time with Nioh 3 among other awesome titles but the chance of there being a 2nd godly SoP like that right after is very low. So I'm just not gonna expect anything here lol

Yup this is the other gacha I'm anticipating. It looks absolutely high quality fun. Altho I'll feel pretty bad if NtE ends up underperforming like that tower game because of it 😭

Awesome to see but I'm gonna hold out for a bit while I go thru the originals 1st. Bought the 1st game on sale. Looking forward to finally really digging into this series. As much as I adored trails to zero, I wish I had started from trails in the sky instead
