Crazy updates star rail and zzz are having. I'm just happy both are treating me mostly good. I got Sunday and his cone, and fugue showed up in 20 rolls. I'm ready for big herta and agleae. And I'm gonna miss penacony. Everything about it was awesome except the truly awful monkey patch

Rebirth is a top 3 game

I was gonna go for rebirth or elden ring dlc. But then I remembered that Zenless Zone Zero is still a full on game. Released this year. And so that takes it for me. Easily oozes style. The character designs, both 3d models and the artstyle, are some of the best I've ever seen. And the animations are top tier

God I still have my DD2 copy wrapped. I really wanna give it a go now after all the patches. I'm glad it and stellar blade are at the top

Geez it's like they forget ninty has had flops just as bad as MS or Sony with the ps3 with their gamecube and wii u. And the only reason they were able to keep chugging on is because of their handheld side. Now that they've merged both. If their future consoles were to flop, theyd no longer have a successful handheld line to fall back on. And their handhelds are not immune either considering the 3ds went thru similar controversies and levels of success that the ps3 did

Anyway between ps and xbox I think it's obvious who's the one staying for now. And as much as I largely prefer ps and will likely never game on Xbox ever again. I wouldn't want to see it go. I just wish ms would stop buying up companies lol

Wow I'm really happy they're acknowledging and even showing how theyre actually working specifically on the ps5 version of performance mode even if I personally had almost 0 issues with how it ran in the beta

Man I'm so tired of these devs always leaving people in the dark about the platforms for this long whenever it's announced for switch first. Ms got that weird 3 day exclusivity with atlus. At least with ps they just tell you straight up or right after

Welp got to finally try it for myself and the reaction is overblown. You can't pan the camera all the way down without it fading. But if you move it mere centimeters the character is back in full view and you are literally still looking under burnices skirt. What a nothing burger man...

Monster Hunter is the big one for me. And now that I've played Death Stranding and loved it. DS2 is my next most anticipated. The rest on that list are just remasters lol. Lunar, Suikoden and Tales of Graces

I'm unbelievably hyped for project century despite having only played 1 game from the studio ever lol. Witcher 4 wasn't exactly a new announcement but it was nice to see a trailer for it. It was actually a really well put trailer

And character design aside, intergalactic was actually pretty interesting. The dialogue between the 2 characters we saw never felt... how should I put it. Like hr was in the room? And ending it with the clash against the scary looking robot was nice

They had them off from the start. They knew what they were getting into lol. I hate to be lumped in with those cringy people that wont shut up about games like concord and DA veilguard but her design is just not appealing. The thing is she would probably be far more well received if she actually looked like furiosa and had her personality. Furiosa screams bounty hunter desperate enough to go to a dangerous planet to catch some guy. But jordan doesn't really, at least to me

But apart from the fact that the final product just doesn't look as interesting as it did before release, all the noise surrounding the game also managed to turn me off from ever playing it. And that usually never gets to me. It didn't for stellar blade. This statement just cemented it further

Yep pretty happy. Been wanting to play sonic frontiers but not wanting to really pay for it no matter how cheap it's gotten. I played the switch demo but it was ugly as sin and ran awfully. I'm looking forward to the proper experience unless the game is really just that ugly across the board

It was a tough choice but ultimately had to cut off SMTV to fit in infinity nikki and zzz. FF7 Rebirth has been completely disrespected this award season so I'm putting it in 1st place

Eh this doesn't sound like a good enough game on its own unless it's packed with content. I know it says in a randomly shuffled limgrave but hopefully that's not the only area. And hope there's a good balance of new mobs and what I already fought thousands of time in elder ring and its dlc

Very good show. So many games I'm interested in but too much to list. It's definitely way too long tho. But it's been the best one yet aside from the absolute FF7 Rebirth snubbing. How do you give it so many nominations only for it to win 1 of them 😭

I thought Rebirth would be an instalock for it but every other award show or media outlet is hell bent on snubbing Rebirth for the grand prize so now idk. I still hope astro or rebirth take it but it's probably gonna be wukong or metaphor. Of which I think neither deserve it

At the very least, that goty orchestra at the end is probably gonna be killer with astro, rebirth, elden ring, and metaphor music in it

It's just a really fun game. Gorgeous looking world to explore, fun little side activities, plenty of customization, surprisingly great music. I hop on and I'm hooked for hours. Can't believe im saying this about what is essentially a dress up series lol

Still working thru Digimon Survive. There are times when it can be really slow. But the characters especially the Digimon themselves make it worthwhile to get invested in the story. The combat is extremely easy and simple still but it's fun enough to play to progress the story. Recruiting Digimon is pure torture tho way worse than in SMT

Gonna keep exploring the world in Infinity Nikki. It's so fun I couldn't stop playing lol. The gacha also seems pretty generous. I've gotten multiple 5 star pieces of outfits already

The three hoyo games, infinity nikki is actually so fun to play, if this turns out as amazing as it looks idk how I'll ever keep up..

@bazchillin I've seen comparison vids too. A lot of what they show are small trivial things that Ninty has no claims on. They didn't invent going down water slides lol. Or shooting guns. Flying on an interactive ps5 controller as a quick intro to a level is not the same as Kirby riding a warp star to a level in what seems to be purely a cutscene, etc

It looks better than Horizon tho lol. God if that comparison pic of the tribal people for Horizon is who I think they are. Their outfits have to be some of the most awful I've seen in all of gaming

I don't want the switch overtaking the crown of most sold consoles simply cause I didn't end up loving it. It's one of my least favorite Nintendo consoles ever. In a better world, the gamecube would've gone neck and neck with the ps2. And the DS and maybe to a certain extent the 3DS would've taken the crown despite being purely handhelds

I think I'd much rather play a remaster yea. I'm playing it on the 3ds for the 1st time. And it's good but I don't love it anywhere near as much as I love 4 and 11. The overworld just feels so needlessly big and the characters run too slow. The story and the characters do have great moments but the dialog man. I know DQ usually has goofy writing. But in this one it's a bit much sometimes

A remaster on proper hardware would alleviate some of my issues with the game at least

Digimon Survive I was interested in this but still hadn't bit the bullet. Now that it's on plus, I might as well give it a try. It's pretty interesting so far and feels kinda eerie like a horror vn despite being Digimon lol
