because all their fighting games are made the same. at least that’s my reason. guilty gear strive is the crappiest fighter i’ve ever seen, even worse than netherrealms games . Capcom fighters actually all feel different.

@amatmulisha they just ain’t my type of games, i get bored of small scale games. i heard the hades series is great though, i’ll try it one day. the only exception was outlast 1 - that’s the only indie that had me hooked in the past.

i couldn’t care less.

@SuperSilverback Were you there to experience GoW3 when it first came out on PS3 back in 2010? It was absolutely groundbreaking and a true showcase of the cell back in 2010. No game across any platform was doing what GoW3 was doing; to say that it was a spectacle or marvel is an understatement. Nowadays it's easy to look past, but just imagine how games are today, and then imagine that the PS3 was the only console doing it, analogy-wise. Graphics, gameplay, abilities, boss fights, were all peak.

I do agree though that the game falls off a bit. The story isn't as entertaining as GoW1 and GoW2.

@Zuljaras Greek saga is the only real god of war for me, everything else is fanfiction in my mind. I'm always glad to see when other people prefer the Greek version of this series. Thankfully, I've had my fill and have played and beaten all the Greek games a few times, so the shift of this series doesn't bother me as badly. There's a lot of Greek games to play.

@Leinad7 Well i did say that batman was the only good thing from DC (imo) so the arkham trilogy being better than anything from marvel games is not really a counter argument. Batman carries DC on his shoulders. Also, yeah, i agree about the corniness of Marvel & that it’s gotten really bad over the years and is just too childish at times; BUT - let’s not forget Marvel in the 2000’s back when it was grit, serious, or cool: Marvel Ultimate Alliance, X-Men Legends, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects, Spiderman: Web of Shadows, Hulk Ultimate Destruction, etc

As a 2000s kid, that’s the Marvel I remember & know. I heard the 90s of Marvel was different, but I liked the 2000s era of Marvel.

@Balie3000 it’s the same game just ported over. It’s no different than it being literally backwards compatible except there’s a price for this. and the price has always been this much, CODs are never cheap no matter how old they are. they’re still expensive to buy on ps3 and pc.

well COD has been complete ass since after Black ops 2 (with black ops 3 being a rare exception) so this is to be expected. These games are from a bygone era when COD was actually COD

Because the overpriced console is an incentive to pay for an expensive PC. there were three draws to console in the past: convenient, cheap, physical - it’s practically lost two of those, and the plug and play aspect isn’t much of a perk anymore considering how easier PC becomes by the day.

While i plan on getting a PS6 one day, it’s absolutely dumb & unintuitive for an inferior console to be priced that high. unless it’s cutting edge tech, fully backwards compatible, free online & introduces some new standard in media like the PS3 all did, then the PS6 is an absolute waste of excess money, and it’s only digital with paywalled online to add insult to injury

@Random_play05 sounds like your beef is just simply with digital and nothing else; you don’t like digital? ok that’s your prerogative - i ultimately don’t care enough about it, so it’s no sweat off my brow in comparison to how much value PC offers me. it’s petty to me, but it means a lot to you.

I feel like i own my games & have never had a problem with losing them. it’s never happened and im not gonna stress about something like that either. let the DRM monster take over after i die or something.
