Smart on $ony, because it’s dangerous to toy with PC as it’s a monolith in gaming right now. There isn’t anything it can’t do or play…except future $ony exclusives which is good on $ony’s end. Bring console some incentives beyond “plug and play” again

@Barry_vV it’s not outperforming any mid range PCs. Anytime you guys compare console to PC, you guys always target the outdated specs. that’s like comparing the pro to an original xbox one - how about comparing tech to its contemporaries? the pro is not outperforming a PC. Just because there’s people out there that won’t upgrade doesn’t mean the pro is outperforming PC in general, it’s not. The average mid range PC of today is more than a pro.

Also, the people that use the “problems/hassle” rhetoric 9 times out of 10 don’t even have a PC and is just making stuff up to re-assure themselves within their own ignorance and comfort zone.

also, games are made on PC so i’m pretty sure PC can run laps around a console with performance. it already does with the PS5s own exclusives.

@Propaperpusher facts. 7th generation was amazing. The PS3 was the last playstation that was connected to its roots, ps4 was great too but you began to notice the change in direction with $ony

it’s still the best playstation and was worth its expensive price unlike the ps5 “pro”

I didnt see anything that looks like it wouldn’t be able to run on a “base” ps5 in the video. The technicality of the game looks as advanced as any game from a decade ago

pure action and gameplay , less walking simulator exposition
fun aesthetic that doesn’t look like cinematic slop
very fantasy plotline that could only exist in a game

Overwatch will never be the same without him. They can backspace the “2” from the title all they want, the drop in quality and baggage from what they’ve done to this series is still there. It’s a shame how these companies treat (former) devs that made big contributions to their business.

@lazarus11 who said that? My entire argument is PC is simpler than it’s ever been; if you want to do extra, the option is there. Even tweaking graphics isn’t some complex or time consuming process, you’re just selecting choices

@ItsAlwaysSunnyyy You guys will never let go of the old days huh? you do not have to optimize games on PC anymore; i’ve only been on PC since 2022, and with a PREBUILT, and have never had to optimize a single game. It automatically does it for you. I literally use my PC as a console & only play with controller(s).

The hassle of PC is long gone, you think consoles are the only piece of tech evolving?

@4fold it’s no point at all for pc players to move to it considering xbox is fully integrated into pc as is. whenever im on pc im automatically signed into my xbox account and services & can use an Xbox controller to play games

The “remakes” should be remasters and not a remake, in other words, leave the classic games as they are for the classic fans. this shouldn’t be a game to cater to the pseudo modern audience and nu-god of war fans 👎 leave the original god of war pure
