@BAMozzy Have you ever took a look at steam charts by any chances? I’d argue that PC is the most populated and biggest supporter of HD2, its had a healthy player count since release often fluctuating between 30-100k and is always in the top 10 or 15. I believe all the cards are in HD2s favor. it’s a great game for xbox.

@HonestHick The difference would be $ony investing in reviving their dead IPs and focusing on what they’re best at. i think the only mistake $onys possibly made is porting their single player games to Xbox/PC, but live service games should be everywhere. now if it’s a game that has single player and multiplayer like the good old days (TLOU) , i think that should be exclusive as well. pure live service games shouldn’t.

I’m not bothered at all, it’s a live service game, not a single player. you say you can make the same argument for single player games sony released on pc - no you can’t, those games can’t be played with other people & are one and done purchases and experiences; live service brings consistent and or constant revenue that can be used to fund sonys other projects WHICH I DO BELIEVE SHOULD BE SINGLE PLAYER EXCLUSIVES and not on other platforms, we need reasons to boot up our console over the amazing pc.

but LIVE SERVICE? nah , yall are tripping . More players is better for both parties, consumers and companies alike.

@BAMozzy since gears of war is one of the most anticipated games on playstation i have no doubt HD2 will do good on xbox - especially since it has much longer longevity than gears 1

@LikelySatan i’m sorry to hear that. i can’t relatively compare the two time periods, but i can empathize with your sentiments of today’s economy. Everything is overpriced & im as frugal as ever. @twitchtvpat AC4 didn’t even age bad & you can still easily play it right now. the only reason they even do this crap is because the ps4 didn’t have BC and people saw big money to be made in re-releasing the same games again and it’s only gotten worse. imagine what pc players think considering they’re essentially playing remastered games from the beginning since console has downgraded versions. not that pc players should matter on a PS site, but i’m just saying to prove a point that remastering fairly recent games is a joke

since i have PC/PS3 & sony releases their MP games to PC day one, i have no reason for ps plus (or premium) on my PS5. the only time i ever waste my money on that scam is when i sub for an exclusive skin or item in a MP game like a sucker

if the ps5s that are overheating is because of the weather across the water, then ps5s over here should’ve caused wildfires by now. it’s not because of the weather, it’s a ps5 issue.

on the flip side though, weren’t we all waiting for true next gen games to finally push our consoles??

this is sad. i miss the days when the big 3 were all at eachothers neck and competition was pretty tight (6th/7th gen). now there’s just no reason to have an xbox anymore.

@Nakatomi_Uk The xbox one destroyed the xbox brand. i still hate that console to this day. At least the PS3 was still inline with traditional customs and expectations, just expensive. but the POS xbox one was a disaster on all fronts, the ugly ass UI on launch still haunts me

@Bluemoon2008 i should’ve specified that, here in america, they aren’t. A lot of “casuals” buy consoles here just to play 1-3 games on it. NBA2k & Madden are very popular here.

$ony won’t do gamepass because 1. The PS5 is the weakest first party generation & 2. The PS4s massive success has brought arrogant anti-consumer $ony back.

After all the bombarding & flak against BL3 from a lot of us, i’m sure it’s not hard for gearbox to see what not to do with BL4. Contrarily though, I think their biggest challenge with making this game is actually making a good story & characters. The gameplay, locations and guns will be as good as ever so that’s not really worrisome for anyone.

@rachetmarvel imo it’s pretty mid; it’s been so many years since i’ve last played it, so i can’t really explain why anymore. but being fresh off chronophantasma extend & then playing CF right afterwards, i liked CP:EX gameplay, story & roster better & the other reasons that you’ve already mentioned. I liked how hakumen played in CP:EX more than in CF so i think that’s a big reason why, too. Also, with Moiri leaving & CFs ending , yeah it’s bleak for blazblue. I think we’re in for a hiatus at least.
