@HonestHick right on , right on 😂 totally forgot that the xbox series s can do that. that’s pretty awesome. Xbox should’ve been made a pc-like console years ago, that’s their field. i remember games for windows live back in the day that had some sort of integration with xbox360.

and im definitely down for PC being the all in one (its almost there for me already) box, but at the same time, i’m torn between exclusives staying on console or being on PC too. PC is too good and too much of a monster these days & i still like consoles! 😂 the steam machine is a console , but it’s still steam!

@11001100110zero it’ll be slow for sure. i know i ain’t getting one. the ps5 still has untapped potential and we’re at the peak of diminishing returns . the only way ps6 may get some real motion is if GTA6 releases a remaster on PS6

@RBMango i am. if everyone owns ALL three platforms, that is. i agree with you, i thought having no exclusives to any console was good at first, but its hard as hell to use my ps5 when the same games are on PC; i’d love for reasons to use my PS5 just as much (or even more) again!

and lord knows if it weren’t for smash bros and a few mario games that i wouldn’t touch my switch

In honor of Nintendo finally bringing Gamecube games to their modern hardware, i’m playing F-zero GX & Metroid Prime 1 via dolphin for free. I’m hooked on F-zero GX, the gameplay is so ******* good and it plays and looks so much better vs when i played on gamecube. idk if it was the blurry resolution or the gamecube controller but im actually making more progress now

@HonestHick Tbf, Xbox peaked with the 360 & Playstation peaked with either the PS3 or PS4 (really tough for me to decide).

Nonetheless, both are past their prime and have been fumbling with making their current consoles worth more playtime over PC. I agree with you though, that PS needs to go back to single player, but if they do, they’ll just milk existing franchises instead of new IPs.

god i hope it’s good. i’m not expecting a left 4 dead replacement (learned my lesson with back 4 ass - i mean blood) but damn i’m dying for a game to bring me the same amount of enjoyment and playtime that left 4 dead has! left 4 dead is my absolute favorite game series of all time, i’ve played so much of it in the past (about 5000 hours over 6 years) that i’m still burnt out on it years later.

@TheArt Tbf, a lot of remakes do have a habit of changing the games atmosphere instead of just updating the resolution and adding more pixels. It’s one of the reasons i prefer originals.

@PuppetMaster Yeah but i still feel like the norse games eclipses the originals. GoW 2018 had a huge impact as a next gen game more than GoW3 on PS3 as a next gen at the time and the series pretty much has never been as big and popular to a bigger audience than now . The norse games revitalize the series and gave it a new & better life

MK1 deserved it; such a half-assed game that pretty much killed the series for me. i hate everything about it , it’s not MK 👎

i hope the ppl that shilled on twitter about this game on release are feeling it now, because any reasonable person saw from the beginning that Mk1 was just an even more boring reskinned MK11.

The reboot showed me just how unpopular the original was/is & how many people disliked it. New GoW is more for those that didn’t like the series originally

When i google or see anything GoW related these days , the new era reboot shows up, not the greek originals. makes me sad.
