@cburg I don’t disagree with that. I think demon souls remake is a more enjoyable experience. Elden ring is one of my least favorite from demon souls on. Sekiro and BB being my top tier. Maybe I just don’t mesh well with the more pure dark souls style.
Deserved. A great game and not a bloated experience. Nice and focused. I still haven’t finished Elden ring despite how much I liked it. There’s just too much game there.
@beltmenot why? If someone looks at a game from a company they used to like and see a game that isn’t what they want why shouldn’t they voice their opinions, or just not buy it. No one is obligated to give anything a chance. It’s on the company to entice us. Not the other way around.
@Fuzzymonkeyfunk I want to play this one so bad. Due to time constraints in life I usually finish 3-4 game a year. I hope to hit it soon. I’ve been trying to get through Ds1 directors cut. God I love that game. Just need to find the time to play it more
Sadly I’ve been busy with life and work. Death stranding and hades have been collecting dust this last two weeks. Starting tomorrow I’m off for 10 days my goal is to finish DS and maybe hades.
Eh. You can put any attractive woman in Laura costume and it will look good. But Sophie just doesn’t work for me. Yeah she’s attractive. But I really don’t see it.
@Oram77 in p5r they could have shortened the castles a lot and nothing would have been lost in the game. I like the social aspects of them too. But each castle especially after the 3rd was such a slog. Shorten the length a little, have more enemy variety and some more combat music variation. Could be nice.
I’m with wentos. They’re good games but 100+ hours is crazy. P5r was great until I hit about 2/3 of the way through by then I just wanted it to end and started trying to speed run it.
Played and finished 3 games this last year. With my schedule I can’t ask for much more than that. Continuing to work on eating better, not that I ever ate bad per se. But there’s always room for improvement.
I’m now bouncing between Death Stranding directors cut and hades. I booted up hades the other day because death stranding isn’t the best game for when you’re drinking. I love the loop on hades so far. It’s got the 1 more run feeling I got from returnal. Good stuff
I’m an executive chef at a hotel I regularly have to work 70+ hours. But I knew what I was signing up for when we agreed to my salary. It’s not unreasonable to think any responsible adult will know what they’re signing up for when going into a company. Likewise if it’s something they don’t like in the end they’re free to go find a job that suits their work schedule better. I’d be thankful to the gods if to earn my salary id be doing 60 hours sitting down.
Ahhh you guys must have never worked in the service industry. If someone calls off “sick” at my job someone’s going to have to get that extra work done. Crunch time baby. At least these guys get to crunch while sitting down in a comfy chair.

Hades. I thought I had my first run done the other day. Then lord hades recharged his health bar for another round. Still stuck there.

Re: Starfield 2.0 Overhaul Mentioned Yet Again as Wait for PS5 Announcement Continues
The difference with cyberpunk is there was a truly great game underneath all the bugs, glitches and performance issues. Not so much with Starfield.

Not surprised. I never expect much from Bethesda.

Yeah….. no one cares.
Re: It's Not Just Fans Who Are Fed Up with Waiting for The Elder Scrolls 6
It’s going to be a trash game. Games like this with far too much bloat and over thought up being mediocre slogs.

Re: Maybe There Is Still Hope for the Final Fantasy 13 Trilogy on PS5, After All
I’m surprised how many people like this one. It was the last ff I played until Remake came out. I tried 16 but fell off of that pretty quick.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 615
Probably a few runs in hades and I’ll try to get some death stranding in. It’s hard to game as much I’d like to these days
