Even though digital per se is obviously great - you don't have to get up and put in a new disc etc - I still try to have a physical version as long as possible. Why? Because it's way cheaper. I buy every new blockbuster game for 50-60 bucks and sell them after a month or so for 50-60 bucks. If the game was really great I'll get it in a sale 6-12 months later or something for 10-20 bucks (this time digitally).
Could never get a full price game for 60-80 bucks (digital is more expensive obviously) and never be able to sell it again. Dark times await us.

How the f do people call this a launch game. It comes to PS4 and PC as well, so it's not a launch game. A launch game is an exclusive game to the platform.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get some to sell them with profit. But it's always cool to capitalize on the dumbness of people (who always need their "new shiny capitalistic thingy" to be happy, for 2 seconds)

Funny that this mainstream AAA title is more innovative than pretty much every other game out there (including indies), there were so many new ideas and elements.
Too bad at the end it became pretty awful. But started very impressive.

This looks so effin boring. But then again, that's not a new realisation.

I really pray to the game gods there still will be at least a few developers who care more about an incredible cinematic experience and make their games on purpose with 30 frames and a lower resolution, like e.g. The Order back then. I know the masses love "sharpness through and through" but grain, and a lot of blur is so much more immersive.

Great game. Unfortunately nothing more, just a "game". Never felt anything but it's the first and only open world (Rockstar aside) that I finished and wanted to play, so that's already worth a lot.

Wished it was way less mainstreamy and gamey, but still, best open world out there.

Unfortunately this game never is "more than a game" but for that it's pretty awesome. Sure is no masterpiece or artwork like a TLoU2 or similar (way too "gamey" for that) but the world is just incredible. Could have been a masterpiece as well (without the "gamey" parts) but oh well. A "real" multiplayer would be awesome too, but probably not possible.

Well, good ones are, and always will be.
Crap you forget seconds after and you just play "for fun", sure, are not those.

Nothing about that has anything to do with "next-gen" and could be possible on "current gen" as well, but yeah.

Can anyone explain why anyone plays CoD multiplayer (or any of those shooting multiplayers)... What the f is fun about "spawn, shoot, dead, spawn, dead, spawn, shoot, kill, dead, spawn".
So can't wait for TLoU2 multiplayer where you actually are in a "fight". Where you can get away from a fight, shoot, get in cover, survive, heal, come back etc. instead of "spawn, spawn, spawn" every few seconds.

It will probably be the same as Xbox, so 500 (even though all the media clickbaits with 300 for "the new xbox!!!1"). So, I'll get it for around 400 in a sale somewhen next year. (not because of "financial situations" but because I don't waste money for nothing)

Would be so much cooler and better. Than there would be an actual impact when released end of next year when there are actually interesting/promising new titles coming at launch.

It's pretty well explained (and easy) on the official pre-order page, so nothing to ***** about.

So on the one hand you get every new game for 1 euro (or 5) per month, and on the other you get some for 70.
"Thanks" to Microsofts price dumping I don't think we will see the latter for a long time since customers will "expect" to get every new blockbuster for said bucks per month. Everything will go downhill from there of course.

Not many (or at all) games with a well told single player story campaigns (well told, not good story itself mind you), so looking forward to it. How can you not if you care for well staged action blockbusters. (Ok, ignoring the fact you "have to hate cod" of course because that's the "in" thing to do)
