The remaster basically cancelled the entire art direction of the original release and left UE4 realistically take care of what otherwise would have been hand-picked rasterized solutions.

You people are hella down on this, despite barely seen anything from what the game can do, but y'all still be getting and playing this game to death regardless.

Is there a complete list of digital-only PS3 exclusive games? I don't care about the top ones. I have a hard time finding one and all outlets, instead of helping people with a full list, go for top tens.

PS: Funnily enough, Hard Corps: Uprising is free this month with GWG. Huge Arc Sys. fan! All the soundtrack for their games is dope!

A huge shame they didn't address the Milk of Humankind quest, where when moving the boulder, if it touches the wall that faces the sea the cow stops following you. Had to revert to a save and lost 5 hours of progress when going for the Plat.

Happy they fixed the fish spawns. Those drove me crazy.

BUT I'm happy to see they added all these skills and abilities. A pleasant surprise.

I'm sure the game will be great, superb, but I've got to ask myself, is there not one title in my backlog that I could play while waiting for this to drop in price? Is this really something that I absolutely need to play at launch? It's definitely not RDR3/GTAVI.

@Balosi The patent doesn't forbid anyone to try and find another way, but every attempt grants the patent owner the right to drag them in court regardless of them being in the right or the wrong. They are betting on the fact that most developers won't want to suffer the costs of going into court. Unless someone with big cojones comes out and tells WB to go ***** themselves. Someone like Epic Games for instance. They have the capital to pull the rug underneath WB.

They need to do something to the way they export their trailers. People will think that's the actual framerate of the game, which is not the case, because other materials showed the game running at clean 60fps.

@JustATomato Nah, the stuff in AC wasn't that. What makes the Nemesis System unique is that when the player inflicts changes to NPC A, it also inflicts changes to NPCs B, C, D, etc. That's now what happens in AC Odyssey. When you kill one of those brutes looking for you on the map, it gets replaced by another NPC that has slightly better skills than the one you killed. There's no hierarchy present.

Yes, there's a map of targets you need to kill in ACO, ACOdyssey and Valhalla, (and also in the last two Ghost Recon games), but the targets don't communicate between each other. No matter the order you kill them, it's always the same result.

@OmegaStriver Don't think people can patent things that were already reproduced by others. Developers had a ***** ton of time to try and reproduce the Nemesis System, but they just didn't care, which is frustrating, because no one ever will.

In the same time, if all the games using it will be under this LOTR umbrella, I won't be able to care less.

Even scummier than this is if they actually never implement it in a game. EVER. Like what happened to the loading screen mini games patent. They patented that and never used it. It just sat there for 17 years.

@Voltan we'll just have to keep an eye on patch notes. They've been at it and fixing a lot of stuff. Positive this will be fixed in the next patch. Just keep in mind to revisit that place after the patches and see what you get.

Would this work on Xbox, too? I mean doing it without disabling achievements.

Apparently there's a Ragnar thing being triggered after you kill al 6 Drengrs, but it's broken and it never happens. They are looking into fixing it. But basically after you kill them you go to the snake pit in Northumbria and something should happen. Hope they fix that.

I thought X-rated as in Xbox owners might not stand watching all this goodness.

@AJDarkstar I've 17M right now. Over a half from PS Plus and Prime Gaming. Haven't had any reason to spend any of them. I won't feel the cost of this update. Been claiming the money all these months because I knew I would hate myself if I wouldn't and I was right. Still disappointed the map isn't free roam, but I'll take it.

@get2sammyb Very dep moments that almost brought me to tears were ruined by archaic controls and unresponsive AI. A shame. Getting past all that, I did enjoy the game. Imagine if it actually worked most of the times.

Sounds like Odyssey, and in all fairness there were some really rad cosmetic. I recall purchasing the Isu pack, the Hades pack and then the Abstergo pack, which was my favorite. I played through the remainder of the Season Pass content with Kassandra and her horse dressed to kill in the Abstergo armor outfit, haha.

Do you need PS Plus to share game feed with a friend and talk over voice chat?

Just release some damn gameplay, show the gameplay loop. We're almost a month away from this. I mean that for most of the games. So secretive, so unnecessary. This game will be dead on arrival. The way it's been marketed hurts it so much.

@Sub-Xero Right, perhaps my question was confusing. I'm getting a PS5DE, but want this special edition. It appears that, in this case, I won't be able to upgrade, since for the physical edition of the game you need the PS5 with a disc drive.

This is so Rockstar and I love it. They go for the same vibe. I approve. This game will definitely satiate my lust for a new GTA until it finally shows up.

@NEStalgia I don't think scalpers care about scalping Xbox, because it's not expected to sell out like the PS5 was, especially after the, although false, rumours Sony is making less stock due to COVID. No one's worrying about that with the Xbox.

@DotM You can watch the final minutes of the last event. The camera goes around it once and you can see everything.

An unscheduled pre-order dropping out of nowhere like that and still selling out in minutes every where speaks volumes about the demand.

It's just like Apple marketing features that are years old on Android and people deifying them for being innovations. Like the recent Smart Clips where you don't need to download an app to access a specific feature, only a part of it. It's a smart strategy and it works. But in a few years we'll look back and realize that as you said, it's nothing more than a marketing tactic.

The game would look better aesthetically if all the in-game models could be replaced with the old ones. The pretty environments can stay.

At the end of the day I wonder how many more games will have Smart Delivery on Xbox compared to the ones on PlayStation.

I can hardly think of any instance where a game has Smart Delivery on Xbox, but can't be upgraded for free on PlayStation.

All publishers that announced free upgrades, announced them for both platforms.

@LiamCroft I know you can keep using those 1000 Credits earned from a card onto the next one, thus avoiding spending money them, but is it mandatory that you buy those first1000 Credits at least once or can you earn them through normal play?

In Rocket League I only paid once for the Rocket Pass, then kept earning the decryptors back and kept them for the next one. Is this how it is for this game as well?

On one hand, yes, all three parties have utter ***** store interfaces. Recently, for the first time this generation got to play around with the Xbox One X's interface. I expected, since it's an X, it'd be quick and snappy. So damn clunky, so slow. There's no excuse, next-gen, not just the store interface, but the whole OS should move as quick, as snappy, as fast as my phone, PC or tablet does. This is ridiculous. On Switch I'm wasting entire minutes waiting 10 seconds for each 6 more entries to load. Why would anyone have the patience to scroll through the lists of games you make and discover new games if it's such a horrid experience?

On the other hand, I played this game on GamePass. No disrespect to the developer, but I would not want games like that covering the front pages of the store. Maybe some indie section somewhere. I was excited about this game, because it looks fun to play, but overall feels like an unfinished university project. It'd be a fine release for something in Early Access.

@ankehuber well given the majority of full priced AAA games in UK are usually £55, I guess we're looking at £63 or £65. Ugly.

Shadow of War or A.O.T. Final Battle would be sweet for me personally.
