Yes, got a brand new PS5 and a spare Dual Sense from Amazon Warehouse at the start of the month, one of the controllers had intermittent drifting in the right stick and more rarely in the left...so it went back to Amazon and I bought a replacement. I'm completely sure it was the warehouse one that had the issue, good thing too otherwise I'd have been stuck with almost as bad an issue as I had with my PS4, one controller had drift with R2 and any controllers still to this day disconnect from the PS4 for no reason and won't reconnect without a full reboot, I've lost many hours of unsaved gameplay over the years.

Aside from that a GAME email said yesterday they were packing my TV Edition, so fingers crossed I'll be lucky and get it on release day.

I could understand if I'd been handling it with sticky fingers or something, but I literally just got it at the weekend and have been very careful with it.

I've only just got one and have already found stick drift while playing Astrobot, anyone else have the same issue?
As far as updates I agree about 3D support, CD support would also be nice and something done about the main user interface as it's a bit of a backstep.

Managed to get a return code for it to send off today, so got a 12 month sub for ps+ instead for when I receive the PS5 late next month. All good. 😀

So the game's coming out for PS4 and PS5 but the demo's PS5 only?

I had to contact Sony quite a few times regarding it as it said my PSVR serial number had already been used, it clicked when I checked ebay there were people selling them for £18 - £37 and one person had over 16 of them, they had registered random serial numbers to get a load free to sell on. It's likely mine had been used by that person or similar. Thankfully I got one in the end but it took me having to annoy them a good bit for it to sink in.

Currys were useless against scalpers and sold out right away I was 151000 in the queue then suddenly 185000 in the queue, how does that work?
Then GAME put a queue up again just after 12.30, waited over 90 mins, first of all it said I had tried to put too many things in my basket when I tried to buy a ps5 on its own, then said it was sold out, and bundles that weren't already greyed out still said they were sold out. By that point they still had people in the queue, but weren't letting them know they had sold out.
Total waste of time!

Seems to confirm they're continuing Compilation of Final Fantasy VII since it fits the previous pattern:
Advent Children, Before Crisis, Crisis Core, Dirge of Cerberus...Ever Crisis, but as previously stated it's more than likely a mobile game.

I thought it was seriously lacking and can't understand why they're saying about the soundtrack when almost all of original composer Nobou Uematsu's tunes were rearranged into cheesy vending machine travesties.

I think Final Fantasy VII Remake is the only game released this year I've played...My backlog extends at least 2 years if not more.

I would have bought it, but they lost me when they stated it was first person view only.

My concern would be that it might indicate it's another bloody MMORPG, just like that Chrono Odyssey game.

Entered my serial number in (could barely see it!!!) and webform didn't send the info correctly, tried again and it said it had already been used, I bought it new so it had to have been an error. Contacted PlayStation customer services and stated all that with a picture of the serial number. I just got an email stupidly saying that the serial was invalid or used by someone else and not to reply. So annoyed!

Yep, watched 1 go per minute on UK eBay for around £800 and some over £1k, even as much as £4600.00 for one. Some people are beyond normal levels of stupidity.

Maybe in that one example, but there is a definite trend of the digital one selling for around the £700 mark and £800 for the disc version.

Bloody scalpers, I saw over 200 added onto ebay in an hour yesterday and they've been selling at an average of £800 at 1 a minute today, but some have sold for over £1k, worst I saw went for £4600.00 plus P&P!

Similar to the problems regarding inFamous 2. Developers redesign, character, then get annoyed they don't like better, prettier version of main character, because they don't realise they should have known to have that there in the first place but replacing midway through is a bigger faux pas. What's with these people? get a lead artist to create a character and STICK with it.
