It has felt like BioMutant was just a couple of months away from wrapping up development for a couple of years now, but finally, finally it has a release date. Yes, BioMutant comes to PlayStation 4 on 25th May 2021. A press release states that "more information on the game will be released in the next weeks and months". In true THQ Nordic fashion, the game will be available in various different versions, including a $399/£349 Atomic Edition.
The open-world title was announced all the way back at Gamescom 2017, meaning we've been waiting roughly three and a half years for it to actually see the light of day. Now attention will turn to sharing updated footage of the game running on PS4, and maybe even listing off a couple of enhancements for those lucky enough to own a PlayStation 5. We'll be sure to bring you that news whenever it happens.
