People complaining about modern day don’t really want an AC game - and that’s OK. I just wish one of these teams would put the A and the C back into an Assassin’s Creed game for those of us who DO appreciate the original intent of the series.

Looks fake. The colors of the PS5 and controller don’t match each other, much less the camera and TV. And the graininess is so much different on them compared to camera and TV.

That being said - it looks really cool in black!

I've got some bad news for you about that "ownership" thing. You don't technically own that game on the disc either. You are licensing (renting) it. Sure, you can still play it by never connecting to the internet again should the license be revoked. But that means no updates or online play possibly as well. There are always trade offs - and of course the sample size of game licenses being taken away from consumers is incredibly small (and likely will remain that way). So in effect, yeah you "own" that disc - but not the game itself anymore so than anyone who purchases digital does.

That’s a valid concern! I too am interested in what it will cost. As long as the all digital version is $499 or less, I’m in on day one!

I kind of agree. The big issue I have with Series X is that it won’t have any games for at least one year and potentially 2 that will not also run on the One. That has to be a limitation on what can be produced. And I already have a One X so I don’t understand the need for a series X for at LEAST a full year - and probably longer. It’s a weird strategy, IMO.

If you thought the PS5 was going to be backwards compatible with PS3, then you are either willfully ignorant or just have ridiculous expectations and are ignoring the limits that BC with PS3 brings to the table. It’s true that they could have made PS five backwards compatible with PS3, but did you want to pay $1000 for the PS5 and have it increased in size by another 25-50%? No? Neither did anybody else.

In addition, I’m just curious as to which PS3 games do you want to play that are not available through PS now?

If they revive EA Big and give me a remake of the original SSX for next gen, I’m in! Otherwise, meh.

I think it looks better vertical. But I’m having trouble figuring out how that’s going to fit in my living room!

When my PS4 and later Pro got loud, I opened them up and cleaned out all the dust. Then they were quiet again. If your console is loud, it’s telling you you need to clean it.

That looks an awful lot like the PS4 Pro Plus I thought the whole purpose of the V design was for cooling. I would expect something more functional for cooling than this.

I think this is right on the money. They are going to wait and let MS reveal price 1st. I believe Sony will undercut the pricier Xbox by $50 but will be above the cheaper Xbox.

I like the idea - but it seems to me an actual functioning treadmill would allow you to "play" for extended periods of time. I mean - 4.5 minute workouts are great - but not a way to make much progress in a game!

Honestly, if you are offended by a character in a show/movie/play being played by someone who doesn't precisely mirror the original source material YOU are the problem. The Witcher (like every story told since the dawn of time) is a story being told for a reason (whether that reason is to teach, send a message or purely for entertainment). If you don't understand the fundamental underpinnings of story telling, and you're focusing on the appearance of the players, you've missed the entirety of the purpose of the author's work. That's on YOU!

Jedi: Fallen Order has difficulty levels making the game incredibly approachable for anyone. Don't fret! Sekiro does not have those options.

I’d prefer a different story and protagonist altogether. Don’t get me wrong - I loved the 1st one, but the universe is so vast. I’d like to have some other stories told.

Can’t wait! This game has been at the top of my most wanted list since it’s very first announcement. Looks awesome!

I’ve got a nice 4K Samsung. My eye exam last year indicated I have 20/13 vision. If I’m having trouble reading it, the text is too damn small! Outer Worlds is only 1 of many offenders. Looking at you God of War codex...

Confused - How can you know you don’t like the character if you haven’t even played the game? Are you just stating that you don’t like the actor they’ve chosen for the role and therefore you wouldn’t like the job that he does in this game?

I’m an old timer and grumpy as well and a giant Star Wars fan to boot. I initially was not on board with Cameron Monaghan in the lead role either. True, he’s not my favorite. But after you play the game for a while it just doesn’t matter. The game is great - I love this game!

Excellent! I’ve held off playing the 2nd dlc in hopes they might make changes. Odyssey has been a great ride. Very underrated game, IMO.
