I finished and never picked up "The Taken King" - but after hearing lots and lots of great things about the expansion and what has been added Im planning on hopping into it again at some point

I highly doubt that the newest CoD wouldnt sell as a "stand alone" without the remaster ... its just a plus, everyone rumored about, many wanted/demanded it, so why not? its a big plus imo, one of the best shooters ever made, fan favourite, adds to the whole package - better than selling as a stand alone imo
Wheter or not BATTLEFIELD1 will lead the sales - most Fans wont buy both anyway and stick to one of them as always (only I am so crazy lol)

havent played this new version but the 360 original - and this game is really brilliant - highly recommended for anyone whos into the "metroidvania"-genre

@Bazza78 is it really that bad?? The last gameplay trailer I saw looked pretty damn good and promising ... gotta try the demo if it is available in europe as well

Just heard that Microsoft is also workin on a new/updated XboxOne wich can be upgraded ...
seriously: if all that fuss is true, than our beloved PS4 (and also XboxOne) will be "LastGen" soon. I highly doubt that developers will focus on "the old" PS4/One when developing new games. And if its just because of the fact that the "PS4k/Neo" has full 1080p/60fps as a Standard - that will mean that the same game will run and look much worse on the initial plattforms (I think of "Shadow of Mordor" - just compare the PS4 Version to the PS3 Version ... thats what came to my mind now).
All we can do now is wait until E3.
And: new Sony and MS consoles would mean that Nintendo will be pushed back technically and lose all their competition they may have had with the "NX". If the "NX" is technically "almost" on the same level as PS4/One, than it will be surely way too weak to hold up with the new and updated Versions of the Sony and MS consoles - which means for BigN: destroyed before even Releasing the Concept/final Name and Specs for their upcomin console, Third Partys will turn away (again!) completely and so on ..
Sony and MS Fans, people who just got a PS4/One - the diehard community, all split in two.
Sounds like horror? Indeed

Last Blade 2 is the one of the three games I sadly never got the chance to play since they were never released in EU at that original time.
One of those three was released a while ago before so my hope never died for the others LOL
Im talking about "Garou: Mark of the Wolves" which FINALLY made its way onto my XBOX360 (a while ago) as a download (and - hell - that game really is that brilliant as they all said), and last but not least ... CHRONO CROSS
When Chrono Cross also releases here - someday - I can die as a happy man haha

Im sooooo looking forward ^^ this will be my summer time filler until FF15 releases loved Star Ocean 2 and 3, 4 was a huge disappointment for me - pretty hyped for this one though, especially that fights start immediately where you engage the enemy without loading screen or extra battle screen- about time some JRPG does this right LOL really hope that costumes/armor and new weapons are also visible on the chars and that there are not only beautiful landscapes to explore, but also lively towns (I just love that in JRPGs)

oh I was really lookin forward to this game but after reading through the review I guess I will wait until those problems are patched (still have a huge backlog of games to finish anyway) - I really hope the devs work on a patch, lookin forward to hear news on that topic
I could live with that score because I only take reviews as an Info Point, but the mentioned problems/issues are there and bothering - dont want to play a game where I can get stuck regularly with havin to restart and losin my progres ... I hope they fix this asap I really think the art style and gameplay is appealing

sadly never played Killer7 (that one would deserve a HD remaster imo), but No More Heroes was fantastic and Shadows of the Damned was also pretty good but somewhat ... weird LOL
strange games like this keep it fresh so kinda curious how this will evolve

Did never understand why so many people think that this is a bad game.
I liked the story, the presentation, the gameplay - and I consider myself a Fan of RE, right from the first entry. RE6 is one of the only games in the series that I just finished once though - nothing comes close to RE4 in that department LOL finished it at least 12 times, 3 times on GameCube, 3 times on PS2, 3 times on Wii and yeah ... 3 times on the Xbox360 ... why the hell does it have to come out again LOL haha
Imma just wait for it to be released as a package

@BAMozzy hmm I clearly understand what you mean, although I think a matchmaking option is obliged. For example, I do play The Division so I know about what you wrote earlier - random people without headset joining, dont do teamplay and things like that. Its hugely annoying. BUT - such missions are important for progress AND are supposed to be a challenge and high level fun. A sort of matchmaking lobby before the mission starts would be a great idea - the "host"/"leader"/"creator" of the lobby can kick ppl that dont talk or cooperate right before the mission starts. Would be an easy way to gather a group of people thats on the same level, both experience and playstyle - just my opinion of course ^^

@Feena word ^^ my most wanted games are FF and Persona, hope they dont release anywhere near each other

I am seriously lookin forward to this for like idk YEARS now
my most wanted shooter this year - although I admit Plants vs Zombies 2 blew me away with its epicness - I think Im just gonna have Doom for my "bloodthirst" and Plants for like "calming down again"

glad to hear about some improvement (about time lol) but dont get me wrong - its always good to see developers fixing bugs and stuff
I honestly doubt that they can make up for this disaster
lookin at meta and amazon alone shows the results and the sh@% storm is well deserved - I bet most people traded it in already or re-sold it

sounds great - and well deserved - I would prefer even harsher penalties tbh, look at "LOL" for example, you get banned there easily for quitting/swearing and its a good way to teach some people a lesson on how to behave
I admit I would also prefer CAPCOM in giving more effort in the overall development of their games than in topics as such but ok they seem to have their priorities ...

I grew up with SF, SF2 was the one game that attracted me to the genre, and it was like a dream come true when I could play it on my SNES
Im a huge fighting game fan since then, and I love SF and played almost every entry, from the early SF2, to the Turbo and Super, Alpha, 3 and 4
BUT - this 5th one, is ... sorry, I dont even find words for it
Its a shame, and it makes me sad, to see what happened to one of my most beloved franchises
Im gonna skip it for now, until some day it may be "finished" and way cheaper
I really hope that every major person that was involved in the games development/release has learned a major lesson now
This is not what a franchise like Street Fighter nor any fighting game fan in general deserves
Until they patched and fixed the hell out of this and the price drops insanely low, I simply wont buy it
I dont want to give credit to a company like that
And - sorry - but the re-re-re-re-rerelease of the ResidentEvils from the past and the "umbrella corps"-game noone ever wanted just put even more salt in my open wound - oh Capcom, once my number one studio, what has happened to you ...

Although I sadly didnt play all the predecessors I am very much enjoying this - the story really is hard to follow for someone who is not familiar with the universe and leaves me quite confused
But the overal package - the stunning graphics, fluid controls, insanely huge character roster, many fun gameplay modes (and quite some for solo players too) should be a real showcase for other companies on how to do and present a fighting game these days
absolutely brilliant - for me a 9/10

after playin all weekend: the game is one hell of fun
I didnt play the first one, and actually didnt really care about this game until I read so many positive articles about it - and it really is THAT good
From a technical standpoint the game is close to flawless - the graphics are extremely good (colorful, lots of details and animations, very fluid), the soundtrack/soundeffects are fitting, the controls are spot on, no noticeable loading times, very fast connection, uncountable awesome stuff to unlock/level up, many different (and very interesting to play) classes, fun gameplay modes, much single player content ... the overal package is almost overwhelmingly good and addictive, the game is pure joy to just look at and makes just so much fun!
Some classes really are a bit OP (yeah ... you heard it .. Rose ...) and the game also crashes from time to time, but Im sure those minor issues will be fixed soon
Cant recommend this enough - if you wanna play just give me an add ^^

Im glad I own every current gen console - each of them has awesome games and I wouldnt want to miss out on any exclusives
The PS4 is my favourite though because of the following:

• JRPGs like Disgaea, Ys, Dragon Quest and so on are mostly exclusive to PS
• Cross Save/Cross Buy feature (although its mostly ignored by many game studios)
• fast downloads/installation times
• pretty fluid interface (although theres room for improvements)

oh god ... sigh ... this will be another test for my nerves ... LOL
Im hyped but scared at the same time

DOOM Fan since my early childhood (my dad used to play it and I watched ^^) so this is maybe one of the biggest games for me this year

I do fast travel - no "open world" - maybe except GTA - was ever "worth" the time of manually walking for me
After a few hrs in the game its all too samey and uninteresting to me, even The Witcher 3 or Fallout 4 to name two latest huge open world games didnt manage to raise my interest to explore and travel on my own foot
I dont think its me missing out on "crucial open world experience" tbh, in fact its more the developers fault in not creating an interesting-enough world to explore - most things in open world games are just time fillers and totally samey

sounds great - the first one is a masterpiece on its own, Im really hyped that the developers put so much effort in making the sequel even more epic. Multiplayer sure is cool, the only thing I reeeeaaaaallllyyyy would want to be improved is the shopping system: please make selling/buying more accessible! The camera could use some refinement too but overall the first one was pretty much awesome from start to finish - Im so hyped ^^

the most important feature for me would be to hide my online status - like being "invisible" - sometimes I want to play just for myself and its hugely annoying to always get messages etc. from online friends while playin
besides that it would give me some sort of "privacy" again, since I dont really want that my online friends always see everything what Im playin etc but I guess this is wishful thinkin

no mal LOL DriveClub is insanely hard - I wish for an easy difficulty tbh because I cant finish some events no matter how hard I try :/

After all those updates, patches and (mostly) free DLC it would be time to re-review DriveClub ... it easily deserves a 9/10 now .. easily

I loved the first one on the Dreamcast (I still have it) but I never got the second one
I hope they re-release the first two on current consoles too so I can play all 3
Dont like the idea of playing the third without knowing the second ..

must have for me - the first one is just brilliant - anyone whos interested: get it asap! More of the same? Yessss!!! Improved and expanded in every way?? HELL YESSS!!
