A while back, we posted a news article on a game called Stories: The Path of Destinies - then known as Stories: The Hidden Path - and declared that the project looked very promising. Featuring a roguish fox as its main character, fast flowing combat, and a vibrant world to explore, we've been keeping an eye out for this role-playing release ever since.
Then we realised that the bloody thing's out today on PlayStation 4, so we thought that we'd better act as though we really have been paying attention. The title's launch trailer's well worth a watch if you're interested, and we're happy to report that the game's still looking rather intriguing - we're especially liking the sounds of its branching storylines, which are determined by player choice.

Seems like a hidden gem, waiting for the review though.
Review, please
Hmm. This looks like something that could fill the hole that Dust left when I platted it. Need to see a review or 2 and a price point, but I'm definitely interested.
Now I'm all about the new Ratchet, maybe in the future I will check out this one.
@DominicanGlory Working on it.
Never heard of this before but, it does look interesting.
Stories is by far my favorite game so far this year, one my top five games of this generation and one of my top five action RPGs.
The combat is based on something the devs call sword-fu master the upgradable skills – counters, dashing, ect and the combat is smooth and very satisfying.
The overall narrative of the game is very mature, dark and violent which is contrasted by the cute animorphic inhabitants and brightly colored world. Similar to Bastion the game has a narrator. Unlike Bastion the narrator in Stories has a very dry, slightly dark sense of humor.
Funny thing is I pre-ordered both Stories and Ratchet not realizing they came out on the same day. I’m having so much fun with Stories that Ratchet will have to sit on the shelf for a while.
@GraveLordXD yes.
I am waiting your review guys!
This and salt and sanctuary are in my radar.
They couldn t choose a worst day for launching an action rpg....
Wow. This looks good. But april is a huge month for ps4. May be july before I purchased.
Wow. Only $15. Might pick up without reviews
Review or go home.
@PacificMustang Wow, you make it sound awesome! Need to give it a try! The combat also looks to have a hyper light drifter feel to it, and I am definitely down with that.
@Elodin I saw that too and said hmmm I have 10 bucks in my wallet already. Bought it & 3 chapters in and a ton of fun. This is going to be a good time working on platinum.
lookin forward to this one since I saw the first trailer ^^
Looks like my kind of game. Consider me intrigued enough to pay attention to eventual reviews.
