I’m having an absolute blast with the Monster Energy Supercross game! Fired it up a few days ago to wind down after an intense SOMA session but before I knew it I found the perfect settings (just arcade enough) and was blasting through championships, signing sponsor deals and shopping for new exhaust pipes like a madman. Ofcourse the game has its flaws and is far from perfect, but it was the motorcross game I never knew I needed right now.

Should have the plat wrapped up this weekend, then it’s back to SOMA and Valkyria Chronicles Remastered.

Oh and 2064: Read Only Memories on Vita, which is excellent so far!

Got the platinum for MK 11 a few days ago and started playing XCOM 2 for the first time. Really enjoying it and it’s a welcome change of pace from the reflex exercices in the Netherrealm.

Throwing in some Surviving Mars as well for some social experiments. I’m curious about the effect of only accepting vegan alcoholics on the general productivity and morale of the colony...

@RogerRoger That only sweetens the deal, especially at its current price.

It is indeed a gigantic file size, might have to spread out the downloads a bit. In return it is a huge amount of content, over a dozen different sandboxes to play in.

Thanks for the confirmation and the heads up and enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Surviving Mars, so good! One of the best city builders/management sims I have ever played (sorry Aven Colony, you know I love you too). No handholding, no tedious campaign, just a chunk of Mars for you to explore en exploit.

Also Hitman 2, downloaded the free Starterpack and played the included first mission. It’s basically more Hitman, with some subtle gameplay tweaks... Excellent, picking up the full game in the current sale next week. If you own Hitman goty edition, do you get the Legacy Pack for free when you purchase the full game?

Next to that, I’m also doing a bit of a clean-up. Removed some games from the HD to make room for new ones, which is always a tough one.

Hooked on Yakuza Zero but running a cabaret club triggered that management itch again so I picked up Surviving Mars in the current sale.

Actually very curious how it differs from Aven Colony, which I loved. Their Tropico series is great fun but brings a little bit too much tiring micromanagement to the table, for my taste.

Might throw in some Doom (1993) as well.

Far Cry 5, good ol’ laid back fun. Also Soulcalibur VI and after browsing through my darker games to fit the time of the year, SOMA, TWD Season 2 or the masterpiece Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs might get some playtime as well.

Oh and I also picked up the PS4 version of Doom (1993) so probably checking that out too.

I enjoy a few rounds of Xrd rev 2 from time to time. Never took the time to really get good at it, though. Love the option to switch between stylish for some laid back fighting with awesome effects and technical for serious open-end combo practising in Guilty Gear and BlazBlue.

That said, this looks absolutely glorious, looking forward to seeing some more character movesets and stages.

This gen has been nothing but amazing for fans of all kinds of fighting games.

Grim Fandango Remastered, they don’t make ‘em like that anymore.

Also For Honor mp to take advantage of the bonus xp event and I’m very close to the Onrush platinum, which I really enjoy but some of these challenges are a pain.

Hotline Miami 2, 99 Vidas and maybe some Persona 4 DAN on Vita.

Re: PSN Alone Generated More Revenue Than the Entirety of Nintendo in 2018

@makoshichi This article is not about Nintendo “losing the console war”. Nintendo is doing an excellent job! That is why this comparison greatly puts in perspective how big PSN is.

This is a website run by and for Playstation fans, very down-to-earth and sincere. Ofcourse there are jokes and banter but calling Push Square a fanboy den is not fair IMO.

Have a great weekend!
