This game should have been cancelled. Nobody remembers Beyond Good And Evil and nobody cares. Its like making a sequel to a 90's movie nobody really gave a ***** about. Dude they are making Dunston Checks In 2?! Who cares...

I know I'm in the minority but I'm excited to try this game. Played Apex for 100's of hours so I'm for sure gonna give this a solid try. It may surprise us. Its not really comparable to Concord since there is no entry fee to try Highguard.

As excited as I am for Persona 4 remake... whats up with Persona 6... Next year it will be 10 years since P5. Surely we can do better than a 10 year development cycle on mainline Persona games.

@RoomWithaMoose The answer is they are not regretting it. They chose this profession. Not only is the thinking at the level of a 5 year old you want to project the agency of a 5 year old on everyone else. Nobody is forcing you to work more than 40 hours a week. That Rockstar employee who is getting bonus checks is probably going to retire at age 50-55 if he is smart with his money. So who is wasting time now?

What I want is people to be compensated well for their OT. Game developers most CERTAINLY are with the bonuses they receive. Take Two gave Rockstar almost 400 million in bonuses for Red Dead 2. No doubt the developers of Sandfall are getting insane bonuses for Expedition 33s success as well. Ironically stories like this are never written about on these sites... You think a Rockstar emplyee is looking at a 6 figure bonus check and regretting all the OT he worked? You're dreaming pal.

@RoomWithaMoose See this is where you are just lying to yourself and unintentionally proved my point with the cookie comment. In our day to day lives we all have expectations such as fresh baked bread. But nobody ever advocates for the bakers or food service workers who work OT. If the power goes out linemen have to go fix the lines. Plumbers, electricians, truck drivers, police, firefighters, fast food workers, amazon workers etc. We all turn a blind eye to how much OT these people are working because we want the conveniences they provide. So spouting a platitude that only a 5 year old would think is reasonable like "OT shouldn't be expected of any labourer" is honestly insulting. Which is why normal everyday workers are sick and tired of these articles about the poor game developer and their horrible plight to work a couple extra hours. As far as I'm concerned these labourers have every right to expect game developers to work OT to get their games out just as we all demand the same from everyone else.

@HRdepartment I used to be a chef and am currently a welder. There is always overtime (crunch) on projects or events. I'm honestly getting sick and tired of reading the "plight" of the game developers crunch. having been through the kind of OT that people in trades and the food service industry were in its hard to find sympathy for people who need to work a couple extra hours in a climate controlled office in there pyjamas...

I finally played Dead Island 2 a few months ago and I gotta admit, it was a good time.

I'm actually surprised they haven't announced a new character yet. They had plenty of opportunity like the state of play and the game awards.

Its always amazing when a totally mediocre show that everyone agreed was pretty meh gets renewed for another season... But then I think about Rings Of Power and realize sometimes garbage TV shows just keep going regardless of viewership or reception...

My finger is literally on the install button if they would put out a PS5 upgrade for this game. Rockstar is so lazy with their old games its frustrating.

I saw it tonight and the theatre was packed. The other theatres showing it were also packed. I think people are just tired of Hollywood garbage.

@Kang81 I was there day 1 for all their games. Nobody did real time tactics like these guys. Sad they couldn't make it work.

This is why I enjoyed Game Pass so much. Lets me enjoy a huge variety of games that I might not have bought but really enjoyed. Sadly those days are numbered...

I still see 30th anniversary Controllers and Portals at Walmart. If I need a new controller I'll go for that.

I've been an Ultimate subscriber for years. I'm switching to PC only now. I Do play LOTS of games on Game Pass. So technically i probably get my moneys worth but this is way too big a price jump. Hopefully they don't price me out of PC too...

I know its a sequel but it looks just too similar to the first one for me to be THAT excited about it. Combat looks the same, duelling rings look the same, wind blowing the same. I might just wait a bit on this one.

Borderlands is a PC game to me. I'm gonna wait till they iron out the performance issues.

I know they won't do this but I wish they would allow me to use the PS5 disc drive on the PS6. Even if its just connected by a cord.

I was never upset at their strategy to make live-service games. I'm upset they made most of their best single-player studios develop them, then cancel them... Now since game development time is so high we may not even get a single new game this entire generation from some studios.

I know it takes a while to make a mainline Persona game. But surely if they skipped 1 or 2 spin offs we would get it faster?

I was going to play it but on PC it requires you to change a BIOS setting that I'm not willing to mess with for their anti-cheat system. Leave it to EA to always disappoint in some way.
