One of the most anticipated games of the year, Resident Evil Requiem is here, and by almost all accounts, it's another Capcom banger.
The developer's doing something a little bit different with this latest instalment, splitting its campaign between new protagonist Grace and returning hero Leon.
The former's story chapters tend to be centred around more traditional survival horror, while the latter's revisit the kind of intense action that a game like Resident Evil 4 is known for.
It's a balance that doesn't always work according to our Resident Evil Requiem PS5 review, but we conclude that this is still a superb entry in the long-running series overall, awarding the title a 'great' 8/10.

"On paper, Resident Evil Requiem is essentially a two-in-one package that delivers both excellent survival horror and action gameplay," we wrote.
