I was hoping they would be making a new original game and put god of war in the vault for awhile.

Assassins Creed is my guilty pleasure. I just love the loop. Love the different time periods. I'm so ready for this.

You missed an option in the what do you want next from god of war poll. Answer : Put the franchise in the vault for 10 years and work on something else.

I wish this would go the other way in Apex Legends. I had to quit the game because controller people had broken auto aim.

Sony is like a drug addict trying to chase the live service high. Doesn't care how it affects the family or friends.

They gotta work on the matchmaking balance. It seemed fine when it first released but now there are lots of 1 sided matches.

Even games like League of Legends can do 4 or 5 a year.

No wonder the Overwatch devs are salty. takes them like a whole year to add 1 new hero.

We already knew that giving fans what they want in a game like Marvel Rivals works. Sony has not attempted to do that yet. Only by accident with Helldivers.

Mr. Fantastic has basically the same kit as Zac from League of Legends.

Whether Sony wants to acknowledge it or not, PC is where this all ends up. Its just a matter of when. What Xbox is doing with the "this is an Xbox" stuff is where its all going.

I got really lucky at Best Buy. I asked and the guy looked in the back and found one. It is frustrating that Sony hasn't ramped up the production of these things.

@Uromastryx Since game development is so bloated and time consuming now god forbid these companies trying to get things done quicker and cheaper... BTW where was all this outrage when automation was taking over trade worker jobs...

The new Balanced graphics mode is really good. They should have opened with it.

The days of consoles are over. Now look at this totally original game my amazing company Tencent is working on called Light of Motiram! Its totally not a Horizon ripoff at all and has amazing microtransactions!.

If Shadow of the Erdtree wins GOTY this entire award show is null and void. Its such a dumb decision to have DLC get nominated for GOTY.

@Flaming_Kaiser I think that is what their plan is. Xbox is playing the long game. Eventually everything will be streaming.

Down on Xbox means they probably have new Game Pass subscribers which is probably what they want in the long run.

This isn't the first game on my list to replay but its nice to know that when I do it will look and run better on my pro.

@get2sammyb I cant think of a more financial flop than this. Back in the day Daikatana was a very memorable flop. Destiny 1 was also considered a pretty big flop critically when it launched.

Hopefully this will be a lesson for Sony and other studios to listen to feedback and constructive criticism more. Tread lightly in the live service arms race. Its reminding me of the MMO race back in the day. Everyone wanted their own WOW but most of them failed.

I've been playing it and enjoying it. Granted I'm only playing it because its on Game Pass but still its a good time.

Love this game. I was always tiptoeing around hooking up the PS3 to play it again but now I don't have to hurray!

It was good and it was nice to get more Spider-Man. But if the next game is just more of this... not sure how I will feel about that.

Its hard to take this guy seriously since he went to Tencent.

Maybe this is an unpopular opinion but I think Until Dawn isn't good enough to deserve either a remake or a movie adaptation.

Its kind of funny that digital foundry has probably sold more PS5 Pro than Sony has.

@Deoxyr1bose It never bothered me that Yasuke was the main character I was going to buy the game anyways. Granted it is weird that they want to tell a black story in feudal Japan... The big issue is that Ubisoft is so flippant with their respect of the culture. The half Tori gate is the latest misstep. The Japanese are very protective of their culture. Sucker Punch did it surgically where Ubisoft is wielding it like a cudgel.

This is how it should be. Things shouldn't be sold out like the PS5 was for so long.

I never planned to get a Pro. But after they showed Ghost of Yotei I was sold. It's amazing what a NEW first party game that you know will look exceptionally beautiful on it will change your mind.

I loved the first one but I cant remember a damn thing about the story.

There was a game that came out many years ago called GALAK-Z that has this same kind of 80's anime vibe. It was a roguelike and was really great. I'm not sure it did so well but I highly recommend it if you are looking for this type of aesthetic.

They really do just get what they deserve. Why couldn't Outlaws just be a Han Solo game? Then they take this wishy washy position where AC is "fiction" but we also want to respect the culture... Yet they are bumbling around disrespecting everyone and thinking they can hide behind the fact their main character is black. Its just so transparent and sad. Thank god we got Ghost of Yotei which the developers have a proven track record of actually caring about the culture of the game.

Talk about going from 1 to 100 after seeing Ghost of Yotei.

I got it installed on Game Pass. Gonna get to it soon can't wait.
