I was wondering what the feature was people weren't happy about, I guess now some netizens will need to be on their best behaviour when they get the notion to harass people.

Damn I thought that headline meant it took 5 seconds to load from the games section.

@Deadlyblack You also to sit for hours playing the game due to the multiple feature film length amount of cutscenes in the game, think it was like 4 hours. That install was the worst though, I actually believed it would shorten load times installing directly to the console back then.

@aric201812 I wouldn't mind them providing some kind of way to make it possible to digitize a game so long as the person can prove they actually owned the disc. Like how ultra violet DVDs and stuff worked even if it was for a fee.

Guess I really need to actually buy drakengard 3 this time if I see it on sale then, because I'd only hook my ps3 back up if I had a reason to... Nevermind, just discovered threads of fate and vagrant story are 6 bucks, okay I may be enjoying those again this weekend.

Until I saw this video I wasn't aware people had to open their consoles up to clean them often, although I do remember those stories about the ps4 having roaches getting in the first model, so I guess a periodic check for any reason would be necessary for some people.

I saw a pic earlier that showed what I'm assuming was supposed to be zion williamson yelling and the only difference was I could see the sweat since it was shinier due to being lighter, neither the current gen or next gen screen grab looked like him. This would have been a great time for a boxing game to come out, Fight night round 3 for the xbox and ps2 compared to their next gen counterparts was a night and day difference, this doesn't look that big a difference to me personally.

The side panels make this thing look weird, it's so thin on the bottom right but the left side and the top of both sides are a bit bulky, looks like a penguin about to trip over its own feet.

The OS on things nowadays is getting to be too much for the pre-installed storage. Can't wait until the consoles start coming with 3 TB in the hard drive with 500 gbs worth of os.

I didn't get my ps5 to play this game specifically but I'll probably obtain it soon. I'm not a big fan of fromsoftware games which is kind of funny because I own all 3 souls games, bloodbourne, and sekiro. I keep buying them with the hope that this one will finally be the one to get me into series.

Unfortthis trailer didn't do anything at all for me, I'm still looking forward to the game though. This and I cant remember what it's called but it's a game by squenix and PlatinumGames are the ones I'm looking forward to the most right now.

@Oz_Momotaro It's not so far removed that it actually is a different game, most of the story is the same except they added sosuke aizen and a girl he used to fuel his delusion.

For an even better/recent example because I forgot about it, you cannot use your saved data from persona 5 for persona 5 royal for progression.

Is this a rumor though? I feel like I've seen from similar places that this indeed would be true. I mean it kind of sux, but I'm pretty sure I couldn't carry my 360 save of the tomb raider reboot over to the definitive edition when I played it on game pass. I never actually played it despite getting it on psplus, but I doubt I could load up my TLoU save when I played the remastered version.

You can get the Platinum for it in under 15 hours so it's not really that hard to start from scratch, better yet you actually can Platinum it twice if you so desired.... but then there's screwball....ugh nevermind.

@mrbone I guess it depends on how far you fall into one camp or the other, neither has a particularly strong launch lineup at all.

@mrbone This is a weird comment since people were doing the same for the ps5 lineup when none even had a release date and a few weren't even new games, even more so when Sony made it sound like some of those games wouldn't be coming to the ps4.

@Thelegend159 Kind of weird seeing that particular list, because at one point destiny 2 would have been on it. I guess that means it'll hopefully be like that or ovwrwatch minus the over nerfing each season brought.

@710King This is what I believe as well, microsoft annouced the xbox like right before covid happened and then you really didnt hear much about it until after sony annouced the ps5, I think they both felt like they jumped the gun considering what all happened after the first annoucement in decemeber and how quiet everything was after july until actual prices and dates were annouced.

In previous years we’d have already had that information before july, so I was thinking they were holding off until one of them said they’d actually be delaying their console launch.

@rjejr Remember back when the ps3 had been announced? That thing had like 6 or 7 usb ports and was supposed to support 6 conttollers connected to it at once, I just looked at mine (the og model) and it has 4 usb slots. There’s no reason the ps5, which is way bigger than the piano black ps3, couldn’t throw a few more ports on there.

@KathyQ We’re probably in the same age range since I also played all 3 of the games in question when they were new. I recently played 9 again since of the 3 I’d only played it once so I couldnt remember much of the story, it’s worth a buy, espcially if you’ve never played it.

If the days between the ps5 and xbox have shown us anything... It's that even after all this time console launches using online retail is still a garbage can experience.

@dychomir I mean, wheb roger ailes or whate er his name was had ownership, they probably only made the playoffs like 1 time that I can remember (they put the lakers and kobe out interestingly enough) and they havent been a lottery team since ballmer has been the owner.... He should have fired doc rivers though, he's the only coach capable of that type of collapse.

Mighty fine real rumor you've got there.... Anyways, does this game really need a remaster, its what 5 years old tops? Why can't they just do a "ps5 optimized" mode and charge people maybe 10-20 dollars for it so long as they can prove they own it.

I'm still a bit skeptical about this game (because of activision), but at the same time if I dont hear any big negatives about it it's as good as purchased when it's out in the wild.

I know I should expect it given the site, but some of the comments are weird. Like theres one that says the xbox didnt sell out nearly as fast as the ps5, like what difference does that make if they still both sold out before the end of the day.... I also know it wouldn't be all gloom and doom if sony had been the ones making this type or purchase. Whereas now its "Bethesda games suck anyway" it would have been sunshine and rainbows "maybe we can see a kratos mode in Doom."

I mean enjoy what you enjoy, I just don't see how anybody can act like the moves of one corporation is a positive while the moves of another are negative all the time.

@DeepSpace5D Ah I know what you mean, I had almost the exact same experience with engineer and I tried to play it for all 3 games thinking that time would be the time I saw it through.

@NoFaceBigFoot Sony would lose too much of itself trying to buy take two interactive.

@Genejoke I think andromeda has caused too much damage, We already had all 3 games of the trilogy within 5 years last gen, but we barely even managed to get that one game this time around and it was such a let down. I hope there's another 2 or 3 on the horizon because I really love the series, but it's looking pretty bleak.

@GamingFan4Lyf Personally I'm a little more about the achievements than the trophies myself, but only because they were around longer since the ps3 didnt get trophies until like 2 years after I bought it.

I'm pretty much in the same boat, I've only got like 4 plats and approaching my 5th for P5R despite how long I've actually been playing on the ps3/4. Kind of wish the Platinum made a unique sound like the rare achievements though, that'd be a nice touch.

@GamingFan4Lyf I mean you still get the message saying you unlocked every achievement for the game, so its really pretty much the same thing, anybody looking will still see 100% on a game. But yea you cant see how many you actually have that for if you aren't looking actively. Needs a badge.

@ApostateMage Probably has something to do with people's perceptions of the game. I'd imagine gta 5 is gonna be full price again and still sell well next gen (can't believe I even said that, its already been ported yo next gen once).

I wonder what this actually means, I dont know what kena is and it doesnt sound like that big a game, what about games with all those damn splashscreens and logos, several opening vidoes you have to skip through and the process of actually loading into your file once you hit the continue button, is that actually done in 2 seconds?

@TooBarFoo I always wonder why people think football players having pads is some kind of negative compared to rugby, but then I see rugby players not being paid anywhere close to 500 mil and I see why their teams arent trying to protect their assets the same way.

@MarsChamp It's possible it didnt better, remember the ps4 edition has Spider-Man included because... some suits figured that would boost sales. And both madden and nba 2k have just come out.

Reading some of the comments here makes me think I havent really missed anything since I let my sub lapse in 2018. Was going to re sub in sep so I could play nioh which was the last game I think I got, but the complete edition was on sale so I just bought that. I already own SFV too so if thats the basic edition I guess I'll wait until a month comes along with like death stranding offered or something to play the other games I got through it which will probably be years into the next gen.

@Number09 Lol what are you saying? The playstation definitely is one of Sony's crown jewels... still though, I'd like to throw one on reserve myself, but I dont wanna sign up for a chance to sign up. Sort of reminds me when they "invited" me to sign up for that playstation credit card.

@Ps1toPSPlus How do you explain him and venom being includee in MVCI then? That one was alao a multiplat game and sony were the ones to annouce it. It not only came out after Spider-Man homecoming and whatever deal you claim they made on these games to bring him into the mcu in the first place, it came out a year before Spider-Man the game.

@Deltath Sony doesn't have the rights to Spider-Man the characterthey have his film rights, otherwise how do you explain doc ock, spider-gwen, venom, peter parker himself, miles morales, the sandman, and green goblin all being in UA3 which came out last year?

Personally I can’t see the next one taking place in vice city again, scarface and the amazing sound track really helped it out. They still haven't Explored las venturas or san fierro on their own so i’m kind of hoping you start in one of them and maybe if they another city then they can use vice, or another entirely new one.

@nessisonett It always amazes me when I see a new content rating, I feel like they get pretty out of hand. I dont know how old fear and intimidation are, but I thought all of those were covered under the violence umbrella.

@Fenbops The thing about trying to make the player feel bad about revenge falls completely flat when you start taking in to account the bodies you just to progress the story. I think I had over 200 by the time I got to tge halfway point, like it's hard to take the story about being obsessed with killing maybe 5 people serious when I've already killed hundreds by the time I got to most of them.

@Kafkaesque Nah thats not how this works, you brought it up so thats your job to provide an example of the thing you claimed happened. If you cant thats cool though.

@Kafkaesque It's kind of hard to say anything about people review bombing a game and looking for a workout schedule that disproves their point about a character. Those same people complaining will probably buy the next naughty dog game. Also what false advertisement, the game looked liked it was always going to be mostly about ellie to me.

@Octane I need a breakdown of Knack since I didnt get involved in this gen until 2 months after HZD released. Was the game that terrible and were the other options really so bad it became a top seller by default?

Maybe I didnt play it long enough or something, but from my shortt time playing it online. The mission payout was always trash compared to how long they took, especially when you were doing a mission that alerted everybody on your damn server to your activity.
