If true, it'll use proprietary SDD's that'll likely cost 3x what a standard SSD would cost? Has Sony learned NOTHING from the Vita's commercial failure.

@ShogunRok Absolutely, I actually have the current vanilla version of FF XIV and have sunk 100+ hours into it. I only login during the free campaign weeks. Usually binging it for 8 hours a day during those free periods.

@FullbringIchigo FF XV is content-packed, but the main campaign is less than 20 hours in length.

I suggest Fairy Fencer F: Dark Advent. That game is 100+ hours in length.

@roe Dreams and LittleBigPlanet 3 are basically PS4's Super Mario Maker's in-terms of having an infinite amount of content.

@FullbringIchigo You don't lose access if a game is delisted dude. You can still redownload if you purchased the game. The only exception I can think of was the PT demo and that of course was just a demo.

@Orpheus79V Actually bits still mattered till PS3. The pixelated 3D graphics were still a thing as late as the PS2 era even if it wasn't "as" noticeable.

Okay I've decided that I'll be getting Megaman Legacy Collection 1, Lords of The Fallen, and Plants Vs Zombies 2: Garden Warfare for a tenner.

I think I'll get Megaman Legacy Collection 1 and Dig Dug for an even $10.

Great update! I hope Polyphony continues to support the game through the latter half of next year when the PS5 is likely to launch. Because as good as it is now, it's still not quite as content-packed as GT5 & GT6, especially given the lack of a track creation tool.

Also for me the issues started at 8:00 AM and the service was completely down from 9:25 AM to 3:30 PM.

Trophy lists, friends list, and Playstation Store are still down for me, but the messages app, and communities app on PS4 are working again.

@3MonthBeef The biggest flaw of all is that the console would be a useless brick once servers shutdown and everytime a company goes under their games will be removed forever meaning that many of your favorite games would be forever out of reach if the company that developed or published it goes out of business...

@3MonthBeef If it is the future the industry will go the way of the dodo. For every gamer like yourself who accepts it there are easily 100 people who will quit gaming altogether if it happens because they want to own their purchases, plus regardless of internet speed there will always be input lag which makes fighters, platformers, and action games impossible to play.

@Areus That one was a straight port of the PSP game, while this is a remake. I wouldn't be surprised if Second Evolution also gets a remake for PS4 around or slightly after the PS5 launches.
