Leaked earlier in the week and then made official during PlayStation's latest State of Play broadcast, the PS Plus Extra and Premium lineup for February 2026 has now been revealed... but are you happy with the games that are on offer?
Let's start positive, at least: we think Extra subscribers are eating well this month, with Marvel's Spider-Man 2 topping the bill. The AAA first-party sequel feels like a big get for the middle tier, and it obviously comes highly recommended if you're yet to play it.
The rest of Extra's selection is packing quite a bit of variety. There's decent racer Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown, eye-popping indie Neva, nice and cosy indie Season: A Letter to the Future, and super colourful indie Venba.
Okay, that's quite a few indies, but they're flanked by both Monster Hunter Stories and Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin — two really good turn-based RPGs that are obviously being paraded ahead of Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, which is out next month.
PS Plus Premium, though? You're only getting one additional game — again — and it's PS2 Disney tie-in Wall-E. Hmmm.
