@DarthOreo What an oddly hostile response. It’s good they’ve finally patched it but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to have expected the game to have released with a stable frame rate.

It’s great it finally has a stable frame rate but it’s embarrassing it took Capcom so long to fix it.

Microsoft are definitely more at fault given OpenAI, but not sure I agree with this analysis. Sony have been wildly greedy and anti-consumer this gen as they pursue their strategy of indefinite growth at any cost to appease shareholders. They are literally making record profits off of PS5.

The go woke, go broke commentary online about this reveal is already exhausting.

@Nem Totally agree. The click bait has gotten really bad in recent months. The amount of articles which are just quotes from users on social media is really disappointing.

I cannot think of a more mismanaged company. It's such a pity it's the lower level employees who will suffer because of their dreadful leadership.

Between this and Konami's results, it's great to see some positive sales stories.

I'm not expecting it any earlier than Spring 2028 which would be about 4 years after Rebirth.

I’ll pick it up in 12 months when it’s out of Early Access.

I look forward to playing it in 10-12 months when they've released all the notable patches to make the game more enjoyable. Thanks to all the beta testers who bought early.

If Pearl Abyss truly made a game without tech issues then we would have seen it running on a base PS5 by now. It’s a major red flag.

How does an independent studio even afford to pay its staff wages when they've spent so long making a single title and have no other income? It feels like vapourware at this point and still sounds a long way off.

Good. There is no rush to next gen considering it doesn't feel like we've even fully harnessed the power of the PS5.

@Max_the_German Apparently they didn’t pay to feature their trailer. The Game Awards producers just really liked it.

I don't understand why they couldn't have delayed the Pro until this update was ready. It would have saved a lot of exhausting discourse and been a much better PR story for Sony. Though I suppose we are getting closer the launch of PS6.

Excited for this but I'll likely hold off for a bit. I'm not sure why they've released it so close to the I-II remakes.

I'm not a MH fan but it's actually disrespectful they've waited this long for such a significant performance patch. Fans have been crying out for it for months.

It's a shame they seem so incredibly greedy and ruthless with their staff. They are one of, if not the, most financially secure video game developers out there.

Maybe they could get one game out before considering another.

I wish they'd just get on with re-revealing it or else announcing its release date.

I’ve played a lot of games to completion and have yet to get a single Platinum. I’ve just never felt the desire. A lot of them seem to amount to busy work or tedium and I’d rather just play another title.

The combat looks just like FFXVI. Depends on reviews but I'll probably wait for a deep discount or for it to end up on PS Plus/Gamepass.

Now imagine how much they could be selling with a few first party single player games.

This is such PR nonsense. The games of the PS Extra service in particular have been really poor lately with more getting removed than added each month.

All of these people in the comments arguing about which company is least consumer-friendly when the truth is none of them care about you and just want to extract as much of your cash as possible.

I know it's trendy to bash Xbox on this site but it's actually a really worrying path for Playstation fans if there's no competition to keep prices competitive and a steady stream of quality first-party titles.
