I'm worried that Tariffs will affect PS5 specs.

4K UHD will get dropped due to added costs.

It was already an ify proposition, Tariffs can only make things worse.

MS and Sony many be forced to downsize Specs wherever possible.

The original Jumanji movie was a classic.

The new one is pretty bad, as you would expect.

The villain is really bland, he comes off like a mute fever zombie.

There's a ridiculously scene where they steal a helicopter and crash it thru the wall of the locked hanger.

That trick might work with a large truck, but a helicopter?

I miss getting 6-8 games on good months...

It's mostly why I got a Vita, for the Plus crossbuys.

As a Pro owner, my initial interest in PS5 is limited.

I imagine most games will be cross-platform at first.

Unless Sony provides PS5 BC for PS1-3 as well (we know they won't).

I'm just going to sit tight with Pro/PSVR and see how things shake out.

Sony could also emulate PS1-3.

PS3 might be a little challenging.

They could even sell these system emulators in PS Store.

But they won't do it, because they want to sell old games one at a time.

I have a Sony X800 4K UHD movie player.

Interesting that Sony hasn't said anything it.

The PS4 Pro famously shipped without a UHD optical drive.

Wonder when Sony will clarify the situation with the PS5 optical drive.

I bought a Pro, so I'm sticking with that.

All these games will PS4/PS5, I'm guessing.

But people who want to upgrade are free to do so.

I want BC for PS1-3 ideally.

But that will never happen.

I wish The Order: 1886 got a Pro support update.

I've heard the game runs Letterboxed to save CPU.

A Pro version could run full screen, which would look amazing.

It also might prompt some people to give it a second chance.

Soft launch (Spring) worked well for Nintendo.

Might not be a bad way to go for PS5.

Unless they have a ton of stunning games ready to go.

Then doing the Holidays/Fall would work as usual.

If they really want $20, these collections need more games.

All three of these Konami sets seem pretty light...

These newer retro bundles are getting more stingy.

Many of the Skylander games were buggy and visually unimpressive.

I had a feeling the Spyro set was not going to impress as much as Crash.

I'm worried that Plus will turn into just big multiplayer games that are loaded with DLC.

They like to dump those games out when things start to slow down, just to get more players and more $$$.

I'm disappointed with the lack of VR games, I thought they were going to add those when PS3/Vita were removed...

If there was an option to buy your way out of Plus (lump sum) and keep your games, I think I would do that now.

I seem to remember most of them were humanoid animal monsters.

Surprised to see Red Dead 2 on this Best of Pro list.

I thought the game looked very similar to the base PS4 (?).

I also read the HDR was badly done and made the game look worse (?).

I'd like to nominate D3 UEE for running in true 4K & looking super crisp.

Hard to believe they can fit all this extra stuff on a cartridge.

One of the most deplorable trends is Switch games with massive downloads to finish the install (Starlink).

No one's really happy with Blizzard right now...

But they could still do a few things that people would like:

1) Add Druid/Shapeshifter to D3 (maybe VIT as primary stat).

2) Release D1 (PS1 port) in the PlayStation store as
a digital DL.

3) Announce D2 Remaster for PC and console.

4) Soften their mobile stance on Diablo Immortal and release it for Switch as well (with other consoles to follow).

5) Then officially announce & date Diablo 4.

Can I play the games I already own (PS1, PS2, PS3) on disc?

Otherwise, it's pointless. I'm not re-buying everything I own.

Nice! I don't remember a PS3 collection...only Xbox.

I put in and patched Spyro, the fact that it (PSN) worked on Christmas was pretty amazing.

Honestly, the cartoon look of the remaster doesn't appeal to me either.

But I bought it on sale for $29, so my son can check it out first.

Even he was ambivalent, but we needed one more gift for him.

No way I was paying full price when they couldn't even bother to fill the disc.

Finishing a game and putting all of it on disc is apparently alot of work.

I'd like to play some old games without the massive jaggies.

There's no way VR is getting bundled with PS5.

The cost would be in the $800+ range, there's no way.

It'll probably be another two-part thing: $399 PS5 + $349 PSVR v2.

PS5 will be spec'ed for true 4K gaming and will have 4K UHD drive.

PSVR v2 will look & work similarly, but w/ higher rez and less fuzz factor.
