@Oram77 perfect dark is the game I’m most interested in from MS. As far as I’m aware there’s been no mention or rumours of it for PS5 yet but at the rate things are going it seems there’s a pretty strong chance of it happening I’d say!

Deserves to sell 10x that!

@BrintaPap this is how I feel.

Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft are all making massive profits and it seems they are using the "tariff" excuse and rising development costs (that's been happening for decades and isn't new) to justify increasing prices again. They could easily help the consumer by not doing so. However I understand they are a business and greed is real in business.

For their sake I hope the increase in profit they get per sale negates the lower volume of sales. If not I'm sure the prices will come down. It feels like they're testing the water of what price people will accept.

I'm like you and gratfeully can afford it but I'm not paying for something that I feel is bad value.

Meanwhile Ubisoft look over enviously...

I never thought I’d say this but my favourite pastime - gaming - is just becoming too expensive for me to justify.

If we end up all digital then at that point I think I’ll bow out. At least at the moment I can recoup some value in reselling physical.

Let’s not forget Sony started this at the beginning of the generation with increases.

Looks like I’ll be buying fewer games moving forward…

My wallet will be taking a rest from PlayStation purchases for a while. Between my backlog and switch 2 think I’ve spent enough on gaming recently!

Not only is it superb, I got this for £40 preorder. I don’t remember when I got such good value from a game.

It’s making Nintendo and even Sony look bad in the value stakes.

Yeah when it happened I did feel a bit sorry for Clair Obscur seeing as that deserves all the success it gets.

I played it just passed the Vatican level (no idea how far that is into the game) and don’t think I saw anything up to that point that couldn’t have been done in 3rd person.

Anyway I have to get back to a game that poops all over Indy in my opinion, CO: Expedition 33!

Expedition 33 all the way for me. Loving it!

@themightyant true I appreciated they at least gave 3rd person views for some cinematics and first person can be better for immersion.

Don’t get me wrong they did a great job overall, it’s a solid game. Just my preference would be different that’s all.

100k doesn’t sound massively impressive in all honesty.

The game’s decent but for a character like Indy I think I’d have preferred 3rd person.

Played about 5 hours so far and loving it. The game looks gorgeous and the combat is fun. I’d still be playing if I didn’t have to go to work tomorrow!

No poll loading up on my phone but I’d give it a 7.5.

Was the first first person game I’ve played in ages and it gave me bad motion sickness for some reason which wasn’t ideal lol

Can’t wait to get stuck into expedition 33 later.

Started Indiana jones, played twice, got motion sickness twice so am back to FF7 Rebirth which isn’t making me want to puke, wahoo!

Started playing this and it’s the first first person game I’ve played in years. It’s given me motion sickness for some reason each time I’ve booted it up.

I’m only at Vatican City but already wondering if I’m gonna make it through. Seems decent so far though…

This game totally surpassed my expectations, especially after all the negativity around it at launch.

The world looked amazing, I loved how it weaved through the story’s of jabba, lando etc and didn’t have any Jedi whatsoever (even though they’re cool) and fair play for the devs to mix up the usual Ubisoft open world formula with the reputation system.

It played like butter on my pro and I’m well up for some more so will pick this up. Love it when a game surprises you so much.

(No I don’t work for Ubisoft 🤣)

Have bought it and is being delivered today.

Might boot it up but have recently started FF7 Rebirth so I’ll try to hold off the temptation until I’ve finished that - which might not happen!

I’d be all over another stellar blade please shift up!

They could’ve at least put 100gb on the disc so only a 20gb download was required.
