The game pricing is insane and double what I pay for Switch 1 games. If there's no discounts to be found I'll end up only buying the mainline Nintendo games and everything else on PS5.

Metroid Prime is probably the only game I'd even consider at those inflated prices...

Metroid Prime 4 at 4k 60fps (and mouse control) sold it for me. The Duskbloods and Donkey Kong also looked sweet!

I'm sure my PS5 will love having this as company sat next to it!

Looking forward to seeing more on switch 2. I’ve always gamed with a Nintendo/Playstation combo so this’ll sit nicely next to my PS5!

The graphical improvement in generations is so minor these days the PS5 may as well hang around until 2030-35 when some kind of meaningful improvement can be shown.

With Covid and long dev cycles I’m one of those that feels like this generation hasn’t even properly kicked off yet…

PS studios have been all over the place since Shu moved to indies and Herman took over.

While I loved the world they made in Skyrim I couldn’t understand why people were so blown away with it. Found it shallow, monotonous and boring myself!

I hope the lack of physical release on this one is just down to its age and new releases like Indy have physical.

Otherwise I may be buying less MS games than I originally thought.

@termiki yeah I realise that. I played the old forzas and PGR on the OG Xbox and 360. It’s just I’m not massive on racing games so dirt and the crew will probably do for me unless the price of forza comes down so much I can’t refuse!

Dirt 5 and the crew are probably enough to scratch my racing itch but if this comes to physical or a big digital sale I might bite.
