It would have been a great month if I hadn't already finished Lego Horizon and found out it's probably the weakest Lego game for many years. Even as a big fan of the Horizon series, it just kind of sucked.

I've really enjoyed what they've done with the remake, though Rebirth's emphasis on mini-games did go overboard a bit. I'm hoping they've taken that feedback on board and can find other ways to add substance to the game.

I'm really excited to see what they do with the story next as Disc 2 was where the story really kicked in to gear.

@Ricky-Spanish I mean, that's hardly surprising. Almost every game released has a roadmap of paid content advertised within 5 minutes of the game's release.

I finished Mafia Old Country over the weekend, a 10 hour or so campaign with no real replayability and it had 2 add ons for guns and outfits at £9 each. It's bloody stupid.

More surprisingly, people still use numbers in place of letters these days? I'm shocked they didn't go full douche and replace the S with the $ symbol.

TikTok and over exaggerated facial expressions told me everything I needed to know about why this holds none of my interest.

Tales of Xillia is a good shout, but I'm half expecting Tales of Symphonia Remastered Remastered. They love re-releasing that game. 😂

Leon would be around 51 in 2028, if Raccon City was bombed in 1998, so he'll probably be selling fruit down the market in this game.

Should have named the game Hindsight as in "In hindsight, we should have cancelled this game and found something else to do".

Very well deserved too, the game is great and helps to prove that you don't always need live service games to make an impact.

Very much looking forward to this, Persona 4 Golden is my favourite of the series.

It definitely looks too good to be true, but as for it being bland, I suppose if it was a gatcha game or full of sex appeal, then Sammy would be more interested. That appears to be the only thing that gets reported on by him these days.

Meanwhile, I was sitting there thinking "This is their big reveal?". It did absolutely nothing for me, I can't stand fighting games and you can't turn your head without seeing something Marvel related these days.

I'll add them to my collection, but nothing I'm interested in playing this month.

However, June this year unfortunately isn't about the PS5 for me, I'll be too preoccupied with the switch to another console for a while.

That's because people just call them Trophies and not trophy challenges. The Trophy list would be easy enough to look up on TrueTrophies or other Playstation Trophy related websites.

They don't HAVE to give anything for an anniversary. How many spouses forget their anniversary?

We're not entitled to anything and the sooner people realise that, the more bearable society will be.

The Datsun DS2 car was before both of those, but in terms of games, Dark Seed II used it first.

DS2 for me will always be Dead Space 2, and Dark Souls II will always be known as "Dark Souls is an incredible series, except for that one".

@Sarcasmatwork From what I've watched of these challenges in the past, they can choose which order they play the games (usually starting with the hardest games) and if they take a hit, they start from the first game again.

Most players end with Dark Souls 3 as the general consensus is that the bosses are the easiest to beat without getting hit.

It's an insane achievement, so a huge well done to him! The dedication to his cat is something I feel in my heart as I recently lost my cat of 18 years and memories of her sitting beside me as I played floods my mind.

PushSquare mentioned in the announcement post that they're built in to the touch pad, so it looks like they possibly don't light up but won't wear off with use.

Once again, I'll mention Dead Rising didn't release on PS3 so why do you keep adding that in the list of PS3 remasters?

Once again, a small group moan about something trivial, a game, and a company backs down and apologises. This is why the world is the way it is. "I'm offended so you need to do what I want".

If they want to the game to be representative of their culture, shouldn't the game also depict their views towards mental health that is still seen as a weakness in Japan, and families will often disown disabled family members or sufferers of mental health because it brings shame on their family?

Work on that before insisting that a game is made the way you want it to be made.

I used guides on Soulsborne games, some of the endings and quests are so obscure and demand a certain way of progressing that I always wonder how they even figured it out in the first place!

Most people are just horrible individuals, especially on the internet. I wish I was born a cat, it's embarrassing being part of this species.

Does it really matter? It's just a game. Your energy is better spent doing something productive, instead of just being outraged for something as insignificant as a game protagonist. This society is ridiculous, we need some bloody perspective that stops us from taking offence at every little thing.

@Ludacritz Technically not incorrect, Bethesda Softworks owns the franchise and published the games whilst Bethesda Game Studios was spun off from Bethesda Softworks, so more games have been released under Bethesda's ownership.

I'm a huge fan of Metal Gear and Kojima, but the fact of the matter is, Konami own the franchise, it's not Kojima's.

@Ludacritz They own the series now, so it is theirs. You wouldn't say a used car that you bought is still owned by the previous owner.

Granted, a different company created the series, but they no longer own it and Bethesda has made more games in the series at this point.

I luckily completed the quest before the first update, so I unlocked the Platinum no problem. Well, no problem with the glitch, many problems with a few of the simulator challenges…

To those saying that this is inappropriate, I'd argue that Chun Li being searched as Fortnite over Street Fighter speaks more to the demographic that is searching on the website. Fortnite is primarily marketed and played by a younger audience, and there is a very slim chance that younger people do not know about that website already.

People need to stop putting the onus on everyone else to shield people from things and make more of an effort to protect themselves and others from what they consider inappropriate. You can't cry foul that PushSquare published this article about 18+ content when the majority of PlayStation's first party studios create 18+ games.

Your comment had valid points, as did StylesT's. Telling them that it has nothing to do with them is not cohesive with a public comment section.

As for the topic, I much prefer a locked frame rate, be that 60 that should by now be the industry standard, or 30 if all else fails. A fluctuating frame rate can be awful and depending on the user can cause discomfort. If your engine can't keep a consistent frame rate, just lock it. I suppose that's easier said than done, as I have no idea how it actually works, but I'm going to tell them what to do anyway!

To be fair, this is a good thing. If you play on PlayStation, you get a few bonuses but it doesn't completely lock other players out of modes, like Cold War did. This is the most consumer-friendly way of doing marketing deals.

I own a PS5, but I play CoD on PC so I'm very happy that I'm not being forced to buy the PS5 version if I want to play the full game. I don't see a downside to this.

I finished every Steam achievement a long time ago, and finished up the Platinum and additional trophies on PS4 a few months back, so I'm excited for more!

Isaac is one of my all-time favourite games, for it's gameplay and some incredibly personal reasons relating to my life at the time, so it's safe to say it means a lot to me. 🙂

Very nice, but they don't even bother to mention the entire development team. It's always the guys at the top that get the credit, but the game wouldn't exist without the team. Fair enough, award the leaders, but at least thank the staff as well.

Forget Silent Hill, I want a Koudelka remake! 😂
