It's still a good number considering the price and the still small ps5 install base..It's another reason we won't see a ps5 pro any time soon with so much hardware available.

After 2 years of supply constraint it's time to support your console with full force. Just stop bothering with PC. The sales there was just ok at best. Nothing to write home about.

GT7 was my latest..I enjoyed every moment.

Death stranding must be the game i dropped faster than anything..I got zero enjoyment from it.

My wife plays the quarry with ps+ extra and i play dying light 1..man DL1 is a very good game running at 60frames. Great fun.

@EVIL-C Yeah i believe ps5 is the superior platform cause gamers pay to play the best games..you and me included offcourse. And it's the reason you won't see productions like HFW and god of war in gamepass any time soon. You won't see any VR headset also in xbox camp. To me you just sounded like another gamepass evangelist searching for another free month with a rewards program. whatever makes you happy man. I don't care..but don't insult us that gamepass is the thing we all need and it's the best cause most people here don't care about it.

The PS5 is definitely on track to 100+ million sold despite the slow start.

Cheating was the main reason that i left pc gaming for the playstation ecosystem and never looked back

Haven't played elden ring yet..Is the game patched to adress performance issues? (PS5).

So is it any better or worth playing?

I'm on the fence bying elden ring but my previous experience with demon souls was a mixed bag..I just couldn't get much fun from the game after all..How elden ring compares?

I might try fallout.. any ps5 upgrades? like the basic stuff, 60fps?

I absolutely enjoyed the platinum trophy..I even won some races online with a B driver rating.

Makes total sense..almost every new game sold better to ps5 than ps4...the old console is becoming a fifa/warzone machine or even a glorified media player.

Bring back local co-op is all I'm asking.

@bozz Digital foundry dropped a video yesterday explaining that PC version is the worst..console versions are fine with the PS5 being the best.

Nintendo could also add a sim card to the switch and anyone would stop bying smartphones at this point in Japan.

Sure the game is a bit overhyped..hope it delivers but I expect something around 7.5-8.0 review scores.

I was in love with the game back in my army days..PSP was the only portable and durable form of entertainment back then.

Very happy to see people voting with their wallets for quality over quantity and endless subcription services.

@Tharsman Yes you can donwload everything from your ps5 as long as you have an active ps+ subscription.

@Tharsman You can still backup everything to a flash drive and cancel later.

I was spoiled to get one year of ps+ around augoust sales for about 30euros. But after they revamped the service they stopped offering discounts so i dropped it for now.

@PCGamerInDisguise No it's not "money to be made"...It's more than 90% of their total revenue.

@PCGamerInDisguise So why investing in so many console generations and peripherals? Maybe sony will abandon their ps store and that sweet 30% profit in every transaction? No they still need to sell their console by huge numbers cause that is the golden goose for them.

Couch and co-op games aren't a good fit for PC.

RE2. It really is the best game in the series. I wish they could push the hardware a bit more with the ray-tracing mode.

@Luigia What makes the situation worse is that the ps4 is built like a tank..they just won't fail so people upgrade.

I still have my copy..i might revisit it if it's free.

@Godot25 I'm not forgetting anything, i know that's literally free money for them but they can't expect to sell like crazy either so i would focus my efforts on ps5 right now as stock is improving.

@Godot25 They aren't huge. they are ok considering the huge install base of PC's. In contrary sony sells 10+ million copies throught their consoles for AAA games.

Time to revert some policies and stick to what made playstation so great. They did an easy moneygrab when they had trouble to produce enough ps5s but the time has come to give the console their ultimate focus.
