@AhmadSumadi Mobile phones are also prone to theft,total destruction or loss. Consoles on the other hand sit at home kinda safe. I sold my ps4 after 7 years of nonstop use nearly in mint condition. My ps5 looks even better after 5 years.

I want to see in which base platform the game performs better.

If the gaming industry wants to survive this mess they need to start manufacturing their own components. Like yesterday!

Three Graphic Settings: PS5 players can cycle through Fidelity Mode (Native 4K with Ray Tracing at 30 FPS), Performance Mode (Upscaled 4K at 60 FPS), and Performance RT Mode (Dynamic resolution with targeted 60 FPS and Ray Tracing). Interesting.

Xbox is in a really bad state cause it's almost impossible to find any retail space for their games and consoles. Even ps4 games are still in stores but no xbox.

I also have a ps4 copy and never bothered to use the old upgrade system. It was around a tenner. I might replay the main story now cause online mode is a weird mess.

@PlaysGames Do not buy new ones have the old repaired. It's an easy fix for mobile phone repair techs.

@Slayer25c It was totally servicable for a wife or a kid but they ruined it for that scumbag tactic you mentioned.

Non interested without the PVP portion that was great. They included it for Gears reloaded, however i don't know if it has a healthy amount of players online.

In other news sony managed to trash the Windows remote play app as well. Version 9 is unusable for a long time. It's a shame cause there is a PC in every household and it was a neat feature.
I guess they will happily sell you the ps remote handheld instead.

Making exclusives is the right call for microsoft but they don't seem prepared to loose a lot of money. It gets dedication and a clear message to stir the ship right.

Destiny 1 remaster would sell really well. Not as a live service game but one and done pvp/pve shooter like COD.

Goldeye 64 remaster or nothing. Couch co-op a bonus.

Cost of living crisis is real. Without insane hype or marketing propably most games will be easily ignored.

Marathon will be ps+ material very soon.

Worst case senario they need to merge the game with Destiny 3 to keep afloat.

Most American tech companies are out of touch lately. They think they shape the world with their decisions believing they have papal infallibility.

Might start No mans sky as a space alternative.

@GirlVersusGame I couldn't agree more. I got my platinum trophy during pandemic lockdowns. Time well spent. I'm thinking to do the same thing with my PS5 copy too.

At least in Greece you can avoid 24% tax if you buy like a business not an individual.

I see some truth in that. Big tech companies will happily sell you subscription or renting fees for everything. Every year is getting harder and harder to own high end tech.

Sony should consider dropping ps+ paywall for live service games and get on par with PC in that matter. PS+ is becoming a serious setback for this kind of games.

Anyone see image improvements for the base PS5? I always do balanced mode with VRR as my tv supports it.

Very happy using my 5 year old phone and my og ps5. Those tech companies won't see any money from me any time soon.

I would recommend people to try some board games. Like settlers of Catan. You can have a lot of fun, is way cheaper and a great way to socialise.

As all manufacturing is going to Asia so is video game development. It was inevitable. The westerns started a lot of time bombs lately to feed the ultra rich again again.

@Reeneman I see no conspiracy just AMD's incompetence to improve. I guess they are chasing the AI bubble as well.

My question is why the base ps5 is left behind. It supports AMD's upscaling tech that nonone tries to improve.

I traded my copy maybe 10 years ago. It stings now cause i would like to replay it.

Microsoft isn't good with hardware. They should stick to software. They managed to even botch mice and keyboards, from top manufacturer to collecting scraps.
