Microsoft is in panic mode..ps5 stock is improving and sales took a turn in sony's favor..

Bundles are a good way to fight scalpers. People will complain no matter what i guess.

What is the problem with bundles? ps4 was also heavily bundled in it's lifespan and that worked miracles.

I love the game but please try to reduce pop-in polyphony..it's my only complain. Also Vrr support would be nice.

What about the ugly notch?

Watering down your brand can be a double edged sword..Short term you may see extra profits but long term you could lose customers from your platforms..loyalty isn't forever..

Don't worry about the price..uncharted the legacy collection can be found as cheap as 20 Euros in retail. The price will drop quick.

@pyrrhic_victory Couldn't agree more..the only character that stands out to me is duke..and he's just a merchant..village hasn't delivered the hype for me..7 was way scarier and better..

@Matej if you are skipping frames i guess you should check your disc drive..

This feature is important if you are using your ps5 for blu ray playback.

@Reeneman The 360 camera movement in race was a nice addition..Fingers crossed man.

I hope they try to improve pop-in..there are huge amounts on ps5 and breaks the immersion..However I really enjoy the game.

@nomither6 steps back from what? No its a massive improvement from ps4..the ps4 feels ancient tech right now.

It's a shame that sony offers so much choice these days yet the ps5 can't outpace the competition..I know supply constaints are to blame but microsoft got away with so few AAA games it's ridiculous..

Sometimes some exclusive deals have to do with sales numbers..I wonder how many copies FFVII sold on xbox?

Most countries didn't have ps now so it's a major win for Sony..the games list is a very good start.

Playstation is a healthy ecosystem that users are willing to spend money to get new experiences. We could say that a big part of them are game-philes.

They could do miracles if the game wasn't cross-gen..

It would be a nice comparison between how much money these developers make selling their games on playstation and how much they grab upfront from gamepass..My guess is that their sales on xbox ecosystem was always lukewarm at best so gamepass is a better deal for them..

@ShogunRok Returnal and demon souls are so time consuming (and great games) they will limit the games you play..Imagine paying a subcription for elden ring and nearly 4-5 month you don't touch anything else.

@Bismarck Haven't played the game yet but i guess not every game has to reinvent the wheel.

They always do some groundwork for future updates..VRR was present in an older update but activated later.

Finally some good news for sony in contrary to the team in green dealing with a DRM fiasko and offline games completely unplayable for days.

So it's all about software sales and subscriptions..They have to boost the attachment rates of games sold per console.

@Bismarck It doesn't matter cause there will always be quiet months that older quality games will sell well.First party sony games have really long legs.

I recently picked up GT7 it's a great game with very accurate controls..i was able to get 1.000.000 credits with around 40 minutes of play so i don't get the hate campaign..

@Would_you_kindly so where's the catch? Servers full of cheaters and hackers for almost any game.

I tried cyberpunk yesterday and there is a noticeable difference with VRR..it almost eliminated all frame drops except the half second studder when the game saves.

Let's also don't forget that last months we saw targeted hate campaigns against every exclusive sony title..almost every youtuber and press (mostly USA) over criticized HFW and GT7 like they are totally garbage and they have nothing to offer. USA gamepass evangelists claim that it's better to play old games for cheap than pay for next-gen titles. Yes they go that far..Microsoft not only pays for chip priority,it also pays to control the narrative.

My LG oled will be happy..elden ring will be tested first by youtubers..

Rumor has it that microsoft overpaid chip manufacturers for chip priority..I didn't see a single post about it and it's weird cause this site is the first to write anything bad about sony true or false.

Don't forget that ps now wasn't available in most countries..so the new subscription model is a win.

The game is a next gen experience..from zero loading times to extreme particle effects and best sound I have ever heard in a game.

I opened my console today but no updates popped up. Neither Returnal..are they region specific?

The game is very fun and the shooting is a blast..everyone with a ps5 should try it.

With the ongoing chip shortage and sony and microsoft failing to meet demand cross-gen games will be the norm so keep your expectations low yet another year.

I've read reviews about the game being offline for 3 days and that you have to pay for the cars, not to race..There is an ongoing agenda to harm first party sony titles..same happened with HFW that was called out to oblivion for minor bugs.No game is perfect and none will be.

I hope this doesn't escalate to a driveclub situation..

In case you are living in a bubble ps4 has been pirated with custom firmware and stuff..so it's a heavy DRM first party game..i know it sucks but Sony can't afford to loose money..just saying..

@Sakisa ps+ and retail games can be dead cheap too bro, don't start me talking about second hand copies..

@suikoden It's a shame that microsoft can get away with series s and sell this machine even a ps4 pro with an ssd is a better investment .

Playstation nailed the racing game of this gen..GT7 will sell boatloads, elden ring is also a massive success that plays and runs better on ps5..HFW is nothing less than awesome but please someone elaborate why xbox sold more units in february than ps5? My take is that the ps5 have serious supply problems with it's "exotic" hardware..(dualsense, ssd, cooling system, tempest audio engine).

Metacritic user score dropped to 7.6 which it seems fair given the numerous technical problems.
