For some games like bethesda rpg (oblivion and skyrim) mods is a must for me so I always play it on my pc instead of consoles.

Just make ps6 that a bit more powerful than ps5 pro, smaller than ps5, using horizontal design like ps1-4, and maybe dualsense 2 that have 5 inch screen for streaming ps6 games.

And have steam deck like portables option for ps1-5 games (ps6 using cloud), by the time ps6 launch I think ps5 performance can be achieve using available amd (for portables) cpu.

Xbox gonna jack up the price for all their games so people subscribe to gamepass, the only games that saved is their remake/remaster. Oblivion and soon gears of war remastered will sells way better than their other $80 games.

The power of pc mods, if sony censor something the modders will uncensored it in minutes lol.

They should have make day gone 2, I remember the first game, although scored in 70, become number 1 in top ten sales for a couple of weeks. And one of the reasons the score is low because there's a couple of bugs and sony didn't want to delay it and just release it as it is 😕

And f sony live services games ambition, you can't just make single player developers suddenly become live services games developers, it require different set of skills, and really good luck since most of live service games fails.

It's intentional price so gamers just subscribe/rent the game on gamepass rather than buying it, it's there to make gamepass seems like a really a good value (which is true if you have a lot of time for gaming and have xbox console). Same with doom the dark ages, good games, just not worth $70 because gamers get less compared to doom 2016 and eternal.

@nomither6 I already played and finished the first and second gears of war on xbox 360, I think the campaign is about 10 hours long which translates to 15-20 hours for me since I usually play games slowly searching every nook and cranny 😃

I though it's single player demo, not paid multiplayer demo

This game reminded me of gears of war 2, which I mean is the gears of war 2 trailer song, The Last Day. In your heart, you know is to be true...and you aree already know how this will end.

Which is the game will not be successful and dont nod probably close. And somehow this will be gamers fault. Man I miss gears, can't wait for gears of war reloaded on ps5.

This looks really interesting, the interaction between enemy and environment is super cool, it's really cool when enemy interact with physical object (or other enemy) in the games, if this is gameplay and not just CG, they have a hit on their hand.

And I 100% disagree that the game is "a bit too bland of a concept to really grab our attention", this is the exact opposite for me, lol.

@Toot1st Because I used to have xbox and rarely buy games? Unless its cheap or discounted of course. Gamepass is just too good of a deal, why buy games when you can just subscribe to it and play all the good games there.

@KawakiisaFraud I actually like xbox series s, it's cheap and the perfect gamepass machine. If I'm a kid I'll go crazy about gamepass and this console lol, for just about $15 per month I can play all the latest games and don't need to buy games anymore.

Of couse now I'm an adult, I have the money but not the time to play games whenever I want

Like I said before, gamepass is just too good, from the latest doom to indiana jones to call of duty and next gear of war, there no reason to buy games when you can just subscribe $15 a month and get all of those games. Beat buying and finishing one games for $70 per month.

This silent hill feel fresh, I like silent hill 1, 2, and 3 but the later game isn't good imo. I have high hope for this game

The problem with playstation other live service games is, it's really clear the games made because the executive just want money, the design is money first and games second. This is the second live service games that feels like players first (the first is helldivers 2).

For single player games I think it's not worth it to port games to xbox if the games porting cost isn't covered by gamepass, most xbox people will wait until gamepass rather than buying it. Unless it's call of duty, which is already in gamepass 😅

This is one of the best sony state of play, there isn't that 1 games that make this sop really memorable, but I don't think there's even 1 bad game in there. And games like pragmata looking great is a really nice surprise

It will be cool to have split-screen multiplayer but I think this mode is abandoned in the early version of the game because even the console version doesn't have it, and I don't think there are people playing split-screen mode in pc.

It's been so long since I played ridge racer and ridge racer 2 on psone, I already forgot about the number of tracks. I do remember ridge racer type 4 is the best rr on psone, I finished the story for each of the car club 😃

Yeah nope at that price, maybe when it discounted, the psp version has a lot of content but I remember the psone/arcade version is only having 3 or more track.

This game is good, I watched let's play of the game, it looks really fun and the story looks interesting. It's not spoiler since there are so many "Lives" in the game, the LP is mercenary, but I plan to play as paladin, the main story is the same though.

It's like a mix of switch animal crossing and zelda link awakening remake. Still undecided whether to buy this on ps5, switch 2 (if I can get it), or on pc.

Sony had a good thing going with their ps4 single player exclusive games development cycles, and the top executive think "hey how about we change all of that and make live service games instead", what a blunder 😕

I want the options to change type 1/type 2 to normal male/female, just give players the option to choose 😌

@Rich33 The buyouts itself is insane, my first though when it happens is, yeah playstation is finished in usa if they can't get call of duty games on their platform, a couple of years later and now we're see xbox exclusive on ps5 and cod still multi platform. I definitely didn't predict this outcome.

In the end I think buying activision is the beginning of the end for xbox, you just don't buy 70B games publisher just for exclusive (unlike 7B bethesda back then), you buy it for becoming third party publisher.

It's so weird we're getting forza and gears but xbox still does this exclusivity deals, I don't think there are any people that choose xbox over ps5 over this game.

Same with sony if the do 3rd party exclusive that doesn't include pc (like stellar blade), sony already sells their own exclusive games on pc, why they block 3rd party games pc release with exclusivity deals.

I think it's a combination of the price (should be $60 for 15 hours game), gamepass (perfect for short 15 hours games compared to something like oblivion remaster and clair obscur), and the game is not on disc on ps5 which is very annoying.

I still want to get it when it's discounted though since I like doom 2016 and eternal.
