loads of games have dlc but apparently this one is cutting content ?

people moan if they tell you what dlc will be in the expansion pass but then moan if they dont tell you

with a sub service play the games when they get addded because you have no idea when they will leave

Bend have released 1 game in 12 years are Sony really going to fund a new project from them for another 5+ years?

most games are 7/10s which is fine

most people i know who have played Dragon age veilgaurd actually enjoyed it

strange how everyone says they hate subscription services yet there's 45 million ps+ members and 30 million gamepass members

personally i like PS+ extra

EA have have actually got subscription services correct. sell games day 1 make most of the money then a year later they go on their sub service

I doesnt think it makes sense for day 1 releases but back catalogue stuff yes sub services make sense

@Keyblade-Dan i paid £40 on facebook for the whole psvr setup so i could play the first 3 Astro games as the first 2 are free and sony gave away astrobot rescue mission to everyone.

after playing through a bunch of VR games i then sold it for £40

wonder if people will go back and play the other 4 Astrobot games i know i did

@Mostik @UltimateOtaku91 I think its the nostalgia that improved things. I liked Astrobot rescue mission but i liked Astros playroom more and Astrobot is more of that

Day 1 doesnt make financial sense but if one of the richest companies in the world doesnt make as much money as they could why should i care doesnt stop me using gamepass to play stuff like black ops and indiana jones day 1

I like the welcome hub and ability to put whatever wallpaper i like on there.

you do it by putting an image on a usb stick, display it using media gallery, screenshot it, then select change background media gallery

you dont need to spend £300 million on a game for it to be good.

this is the 5th astrobot game and everyone makes out like its a brand new IP

EA have never made any money on any Dead space game they have all lost money so you cant really blame them in this instance

just remaster the resistance games and release as a collection guaranteed sales minimal effort come on sony you like money do it.

ps3 remasters are they way to go

I hope this does financially well enough for more remakes

because now days just releasing a good game isnt always enough

@elvisfan1 dont know how its so much cheaper every game ive bought on disc this generation ive sold for what ive bought it for

so playing games this generation has cost me nothing im not sure how you can get cheaper than that

i think they could spend 3 billion pounds more wisely than buying them

I dont even think the spiderman films have been any good since the first two Toby Maguire ones

if this had actual models of toys from years ago this would be huge

if you disregard remasters, remakes, 2nd party releases, timed exclusives, games that also came out on ps4 and most games are also out on pc.

the list of first party ps5 exclusives is very small

its a shame they make good games but not enough people buy them.

this has probably got more to do with them finishing two games in the last year and not needing the increased head count. Telltales the Expanse last year then this year life is strange.
they must have been working on both simultaneously that would require a larger head count than usual and

also I dont think either game sold that well

Journey to the savage planet was an underrated gem of a game good mechanics and amusing as well

pretty sure its still on ps+ extra

people do not understand what type of game this is they automatically assume its a reskined uncharted and say nope should be in third person.

It is made by the people who did chronicles of Riddick escape from butcher bay its that type of game and that was first person

I think blooper have made great strides as a developer loved the Medium and Silent hill 2 was a very good remake.

i think they are now hitting there stride and I will play Cronos new dawn as so far looks right up my street

Astrobot is the 5th game in the series that uses alot of Nintendo's previous ideas and Elden ring DLC should not be up for game of the year.

but i though everyone loved digital games so why do people want a disc drive and why are most ps5 consoles sold the disc version

or maybe in fact people want the choice
