As part of the ongoing PS Plus 15th anniversary celebrations, Sony is giving out a bunch of free PSN avatars next week.
Sadly, said avatars haven't actually been shown off yet, but a quick outline on the PS Blog reveals what we need to know.
Available to PS Plus members from the 5th August, the collection includes avatars based on God of War Ragnarok, Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, Diablo 4, and Twisted Metal. It's unclear whether they're the only featured games, but we suppose it's a decent lineup by itself.

We remember a time when PSN avatars must have been surprisingly big business for Sony — back in the PS3 era, when they had their own prominent section on the PS Store — but they were very much pushed to one side towards the end of the PS4 generation.
So with that in mind, it's nice to see avatars making some kind of comeback, even if it's just down to this special occasion.
As soon as we know what these avatars look like, we'll be sure to cover them here on Push Square. Until then, let us know if your PSN profile could do with a fresh look in the comments section below.
